When you walk into any business and are greeted by positive good energy it makes you want to patronize the business. I immediately heard Curtis when I walked in and smelled coffee. She was super polite and even offered me some of her coffee while I finished shopping. Great customer service!

I had a flat tire an hour away and was advised at another autozone on what to purchase to remove my tire. They opened the item for me as necessary and told me I could return it if it turns out it’s not compatible with my car. It wasn’t and when I attempted to return it to my local autozone which is this location I was denied. The policy clearly states you can return anything as long as it’s in original condition and packaging. I was told by an employee and a manager that even though it’s not used, bc the package is open, that it’s not in its original condition. Clearly a bold face lie as I have returned an item here before. I drove an hour back to the store I bought it from and not only was I able to return it but the manager told me that the employees at this store lied to me about the return policy. I’ve contacted corporate and made a report and will be receiving a call from regional in 24-48 hrs. Shame on yall.

Got quick service. Joshua put in a new 12 volt battery after testing to find mine low. He suggested first that I check with Toyota to see if it might still be under warranty. It wasn’t! Impressive.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the customer service at this place was horrible. Horrible customer service. The employees are either untrained or just uninterested in helping, and they’re quick to shift blame onto customers for their own sytem's mistakes. Even if you know what you’re doing, avoid this place unless you enjoy getting the runaround—because the moment something goes wrong and the manager isn’t around, the employees will absolutely give you the runaround. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, or patience. _______________________________________________________________

I had ordered a part. The part took a while to come in so I canceled it. Young lady said she will credity, get back to my card. She did not follow seizures, had to go back in the store and tell them the credit was not on my card young lady had a attitude. The same one that told me she would credit it back to my card bad business

Ms. Debra was extremly helpful. Although, she was on her lunch break; she helped me find and inspect the items I needed. She went above & beyond ensuring I received the proper customer service. It's rare these days to see such dedication and concern, and for that I am very grateful.

"I had a wonderful experience working with Xiomara - Manager. They were always prompt and courteous, making the entire process easy. I was particularly impressed when they went out of their way to help me find the perfect product. My car broke down, and I couldn't pick up my parts; I don't leave far; but I don't have another car, and Xiomara definitely; worked the extra mile, and sent her co-worker with our order. God Bless Xiomara and her team, many blessings for all....and I will be back!"

I use to dislike coming to this location but the new manager, Zee, is a gem!!! She and her team are really helpful!!!! But don't try to pull one over on her or you'll find out! She is direct, to the point, no nonsense, and extremely helpful. They also work hard to keep the store clean. I came in first thing in the morning and they were scraping things off the floor trying to make it look shiny! I'm not going anywhere else. Excellent customer service!!!!

The store at this location sucks. I needed help locating the air filter, one employee wore gloves and came to my car. I thought he was going to get his hand dirty. O ce I opened the hood, he looked around, pointed at something and told me that might be the air filter. I asked if he can help me check to see if the air filter needs to be replaced or not. He said you need to take it out yourself. I looked at him and he looked at me for a moment. Then I tried to take the air filter out myself but failed in the end. Then he said you can have a mechanics change the air filter for you but you don't have to. Then he asked me if I need a new air filter or not. I said I can't even take the old one out. I said thank you and then he walked away.

Zee and Jim really came through for me today. It feels good to have a real human interaction when so many of have forgotten what it feels like to be a part of a community. My battery died and I would have had to walk to the store and back to my car 2 miles with a heavy jumper box… Zee made sure I had a ride and Jim came to the rescue. Curtis was extra friendly too. He saw me go to lift this heavy jumper box and without missing a beat he came to help. That’s community.

Very poor customer service. Not only with me, but, also to the lady in front of me who simply needed windshield wipers. She was limit with English, but, that's not a reason to speak rudely to a customer. As for myself, he was very rude. I was disturbed but really disturbed when the worker said, "I don't have time to figure this out!" This was in reference to opening the remote to get a new battery. My response was "that's not a good way to speak to a customer." The statement and the tone was inappropriate!!! The MANAGER was no better.

I had the worst experience at this AutoZone. An employee named Mrs. Jenkins is involved in a scam operation with her husband. When I arrived with car problems, her husband was outside, pretending to be associated with the store and soliciting mechanic services. Unfortunately, I was naive and trusted him when he offered to fix my car and get the parts at a discounted rate. He did manage to get the parts I needed at a lower price, or so he claimed. After paying him upfront and waiting for a part to arrive, he never came back to complete the job. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to take a loss like this. It’s heartbreaking that something like this happened to me, especially at a place I thought I could trust. I urge others to be cautious if visiting this location.

I have to give a big Thanks to Mrs Judith M and Dallas Hughes store #4848 for their excellent service. Also Dallas was so informative with the issues I’ve been having with my truck. I will no longer be going to my normal auto zone. This location will forever be my new auto zone to shop at.

Went to Autozone and the Service and assistance i got from Zee i would give 10 stars if i could. For Starters she not only listened but gave us advice on what to do moving forward. She knows her thing. Knowledgeable, Problem Solver, Friendly and we left knowing this is a place you can trust. Best Customer Service ever! Thank u guys.

I recently visited AutoZone on South Deshon in Lithonia, GA, and I had a fantastic experience. The store manager was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She not only assisted me with finding the right parts for my vehicle, but she also explained in detail what was wrong with it. I had previously visited the dealership multiple times, but they were unable to diagnose the issue. However, the store manager at AutoZone provided me with clear instructions on what to do when I got home and ordered the necessary parts. When I returned to the store to let her know the outcome, she also gave me a quote for my back brakes. I must say that the customer service at this location is exceptional. I am extremely grateful for the excellent service I received, and I would like to express my gratitude. Thank you!

Forget about they having the piece I needed at the moment. The service was beyond just being polite and courteous. Kyle and his coworker ( I wish I knew his name to post it here) went about and beyond helping me figure out what was wrong with our vehicle and even made some calls trying to help us to find a tow company and a mechanic. We are thankful that on a rainy day and in need, we ended up at the doors of this particular location. Amazing service!! Thank you.

Normally when I check the hours of a store before I leave the house, I would expect them to be open 15 minutes before closing time. Unfortunately this store had the doors locked at 7:45 when they close at 8. That being said, I am aware that I should have made the trip earlier. I was not really upset until the staff which were hanging out chatting behind the counter, looked directly at me and went back to chatting without acknowledging the fact that I couldn't get in. Very disappointing, even though this store is very close to home... I will be venturing to another Auto parts store in the future.
