Excellent Service from Nelson at O’Reilly Auto Parts – Stone Mountain I came in to replace a front headlight that had gone out. After installing the new bulb, the light still didn’t work, so I asked Nelson why it might be happening. He immediately identified the likely cause—a burnt fuse. Only someone who truly understands how cars are put together could diagnose it that quickly. Sure enough, he was right. Once the fuse was replaced, my headlights worked perfectly again, helping ensure safe driving. I’m grateful for Nelson’s knowledge, kindness, and quick problem‑solving. Excellent service.

This wery unprofessional location Im wery big fan of orily stors but from all location this one is disappointing me like person and costumer give me wrong information send me to other store and when back to him after home manager Nelson and he co worker lady ignor me and don't wone say simple Sorry I suggest you guys don't use stone mountain location until you can simple pick up from shelf and pay you are in wrong location I will send this to corporate office to becose the pipe on cell phone don't like answer me back

I came in with a dead battery and it needed to be tested and then replaced. The manager was so helpful and responsive with all the questions and issues I had. This is a great store with a great team!

Store manager Jose is the worst ever. I was there to make a returned and call me a layer in my face when I told him I knew he could make the return without the credit card. I wiñould never go back there again

I had a phenomenal experience with Benny and Jose. Helpful in guiding me with purchases. Then when I returned to get help with my vehicle they spent a good 30 mins assisting me in the freezing cold. Thank you gents.

The employees here will go out of their way to not help you. Trying to have them order in a drain plug that shows to be in stock at every store around, and the lady behind the counter refused to do so, telling me "you should just go to that store"

I used to love going O'reilly's. Because they always had when I was looking for customer service was always top-notch. But as of late the employees you have working at this location needs more training, a desonated Lunch room area so they don't eat at the counter. And an attitude adjustment. In my opinion, I don't believe 1 or 2 of the employees appreciate the job that they have since I heard him saying they didn't get paid enough money. More training is Recommend.

Waited 2 hrs for a battery to be put in my car that did not fit!!!!!!! The worst experience of my life… I will never EVER go to this location again. I felt bad for the young man who assisted us because he clearly didn’t know what he was doing. I went elsewhere and got my battery put in, it only took them 6 mins! I missed two appointments today for NOTHING!

New Battery lasted exactly one year with purchase of a warranty. Not only was the customer service bad with the representative on his cell phone but he wouldnt take my battery to put it on the charge machine. He then told me thats the life expectancy of their brand economy battery then proceeded to sit down and scroll on his phone. Dont buy.

Went here to recycle oil. Staff was friendly and helpful. Got to teach my boys how to properly dispose of used oil. Store appeared clean and well stocked.

This used to be my favorite auto parts store. Not sure if it’s a management change or what. But service lately has been very poor. For instance: I took a battery in to be tested and they put it in a charger that would take 90min but didn’t tell me. I wasted time waiting when I could run other errands and returned later. Also, in 2022 they gave me a battery with a 5/20 date on it. Then they got all annoyed when I asked for a newer one.

Not everyone knows about car parts, so be aware of who is helping you out when visiting any auto part store. Be ready by having the things needed on hand by name just in case you get a rookie to help. This store has been a lot of help when it comes to car parts and tools, a wee bit pricey but never go for the cheapest either (sometimes the cheapest can get you in a lot of car problems real quick). Know your brands, ask where each part is manufactured to avoid injuries or damage to your body or car.

This is my preferred parts store. I was in a few days ago to pick up a couple items. Ileia assisted me with not only finding the products that I was looking for but also took the time to answer any questions that I had. I appreciated her time and attention. I would recommend this store/ location!

I went to the Stone Mountain store to buy a battery for my daughter and was greeted by Ileia Muhammad. She got her battery tester out and tested the battery. She said it was good and even tested it twice. She knew what she was doing. She recommended that I disconnect the battery terminal to reboot the computer. We did that and the battery charged up fine. She lost a sale but earned a lifetime of good will for her store and herself.

I enjoy this parts store, aside from the very Patient and personable associates I have, on more than one occasion, been able to find tools or other items that autozone and advance didn't have on hand. And for some reason when the shop i use tells me to go get something first name comes out is always O'Reilly so I guess they're stuck with me?

Stopped at this location for interior door handle driver's side,glad they had it,saved me from having to use vice grips,just wanted to say very clean.store inside and outside store personnel very helpful and friendly and great prices good people to do business with. Highly visible location right on hwy 78/stone mountain freeway. Plus many other amenities in all directions things to consider when you are out traveling.

Tyreese handled my parts needs today with notable skill and professionalism. At no point did I feel rushed or that I was asking for too much. He quickly fielded my questions and got me out of there with what I needed. A+ job from an A+ store as a whole. Been here many times and they are always on point!

Came to this location to return a un used item. The cashier was friendly but had to go to the back to desk with a manager that never came out to speak to me face to face. Apparently he told her not to return the $500 item to my card with valid receipt that was only 5 days old. Told me I had to go across town to return it to the store I picked it up from (the location had to order it from another location). I left the store and had to call the manger and he says it’s policy to return at the purchasing store only. I called 2 other near stores and they told me they don’t know why I believe his name was Lathan or Ethan didn’t return the purchase and that was not policy. So I was given the run around with this location and wouldn’t recommend this location.

When I visited for a battery replacement on December 23rd, the staff members were outstanding in their efforts to remove the corroded cable from the old battery. The manager, Omar, quickly and efficiently resolved the problem by completely replacing the cable clamp and connecting it to the new battery. He and the staff were delightful, caring and efficient. I highly recommend this business.

Very helpful friendly Staff. I am a mechanic and have been going here for years. It is very difficult to find good knowledgeable parts people but this store has them. The managers have found me parts that everyone else told me were impossible to find on several occasions.
