The location itself is sketchy and unsafe(you will literally hear shooting and sirens if you sit there long enough).
One of the main techs is number 07 and Highly Incompetent is the nicest way I can describe him. This is it a drill. Went there for three different issues in December 2025 and paid over $800. None of the issues were fixed the first or second time around. I went for rework and the noise under the car actually got worse.
I went to the Tucker location, the apologized because apparently the sway bar link wasn’t torqued down to its specs. Still lose and definitely a safety hazard. Tucker location also advised to return to this location since the ongoing leak wasn’t fixed and it should be under rework warranty. When I went back for rework, the front desk suggested, the issue could have happened “after they fixed it”so I need to pay for a different part and the labor. So It is not at all possible that the same technician that failed the other jobs failed to replace the correct leak source. I filed a complaint to Firestone Headquarters and will be escalating this location for malpractice to the Better Business Bureau.
I came in because my car was shaking , was told it was my transmission mount and possible my engine mount (paid $700 discount ) my car didn't shop shaking in fact it was worse . I went to my neighborhood mechanic ? he lifted the car and said it was my 2 back tires (SEE PICTURE) $200-$300 w labor. I'm trying to figure out if y'all are a tire shop how did y'all not catch this and just tell me to first change my tires? For less money ? I guess I know have new mounts ??♀️ hope this helps!
I needed some new tires and found myself stopping at this Firestone location. Ryan was willing to work with me and he cut me a great deal on brand new tires. Thanks Ryan! Great customer service!
We had an emergency first thing in the morning I literally was about to panic but the staff here were so comforting and was able to change my flat tire in a reasonable amount of time and Dr. King was so professional, he went OVER and beyond and especially made sure we were educated on what to do in the future! Thank you sooo much!
Their customer service is 100% the best at the Memorial Ave Firestone. Ryan is on it! He helped me from the time I called to price brake rotors and pads until he rung me out. Not only did they beat everybody’s price, they offered a special and could book me to get there right away. Ryan had to get the rotors from the warehouse and they were waiting for me when I arrived. They worked my job in immediately. It seemed like everyone who walked in the door was an old friend. They know cars AND how to treat customers.
This was not a pleasant experience at all!!
On arrival for service, I made it clear to the service advisor that previous services (oil changes) left bolts missing off the underbody splash shield which, at one time, resulted in the shield falling down and griding on the highway. I had to pull over and tie it in place temporarily while dressed in my work clothes. He assured me that he will put a note on the ticket for the technician. To my disappointment after checking post-service, not only was all the hardware missing, but the entire splash shield was absent from the underbody. I contacted the advisor, and he confirmed that the shield was there sitting in the service bay.
With this gross negligence by the technician, I am not even confident that the tires were rotated, or the oil change actually performed properly. So, for peace of mind I simply asked them for the shield and the clips/screws so I can install it myself.
I received no form of apology or statement of regret from the service advisor; no offer for a discount which I left up to their discretion instead of forcing the issue.
This will be my last visit to this location which, sadly enough, has one of the best review ratings east of I-285.
Shame on you!!!!!! Very unprofessional and unacceptable service!!
Ashley and Dwight were so incredibly helpful. They kept me safe to be on the road and it was very affordable too. I am SO thankful to them!!!
Update: I had a nail in my tire and Ryan was SO very helpful too. Thank you to this location; 5 stars still stand 100x over. :)

Great Service at Firestone
I was at Firestone and Ashley helped me. She is a very good worker—very kind, easy to talk to, and did a great job on my car. I really appreciate her help and the excellent service. I’m not sure if she is a manager or a staff member, but she is a great worker. Thank you, Ashley, and thank you to Firestone!
Went to get my car aligned and my tires replaced. Dude told me that he was going to do my tie rods for whatever reason and that I cannot drive around with rusted tie rods, for which they charged me $1400. At least the other locations will test drive when done fixing it, they didnt even do that. Wasted my whole day and when I finally got the car back and started driving it my steering and the alignment feels and sounds TERRIBLE. Steering groans and when I try to slow I hear a scraping metal sound. Havent been able to get car back in shop lately because of my job but yeah I should have listened to the one star reviews.
That's what i like a place you can trust for the care of your vehicle. At 1st i wasnt so convinced but after my regular mechanic passed away and bussiness got shut down by family, i couldnt trust a place where my vehicle could be taken care of without the person being honest about whats being done to it and what it really needed. I knew what my car had wrong and thats exactly what they diagnosed it with!!!! You guys have a permanent customer right here. Please keep up the good work. Thank you so much!
Bought 4 new tires along with the lifetime alignment, and Mike was amazing with getting everything done even got me in earlier than the time I had scheduled for. Highly recommend, and will be back .

I have to rate them 1 star. I bought a new set of tires for my 2016 Honda Accord from Firestone and got the package that allows for rotation and balance with each oil change. The only other place I take my car is the dealership for maintenance and service. I just had my 160k service and the dealer advised me that I have TWO BROKEN LUG STUDS on two different tires! I know they will try to get out of being responsible for it. So to save myself the frustration, I’m gonna take it to a Firestone in a different area. I can’t imagine how they could do this and not say ANYTHING! That’s what makes me know it was foul play!
Ryan was the manager on duty to assist me. His professional demeanor and attention to all customers was superb. In the midst of the store being busy, he took care of everyone. His entire team was on it with all customers. They worked good together...I appreciate the service!
I visited several other auto care shops before coming to Firestone, and the difference was night and day. Ryan and his team provided exceptional service — professional, helpful, and genuinely caring. Yes, car repairs can be expensive, but they made sure everything was explained clearly and done right the first time. I came in for an installation and an air filter replacement, plus my engine light had been blaring at me for WEEKS. “DR.” King took great care of my auto needs. The entire team was courteous, knowledgeable and authentic. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance!
I had an excellent experience here. Kirk assited me with all my needs and walked me through every step of service. My tires were in bad condition, and I got all 4 changed for a very reasonable price. They also did a free vehicle check and informed me of other services that needed to be done, and the one I accepted I got a deal on.

I took my truck to get an oil change here and immediately got another one after at jiffy lube, because I don’t trust a single thing they did.
First, it took 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.
There was oil left all over the hood of my truck and spilled on the engine.
The tech pulled my truck out, drove and parked it all with the E brake on.
Everyone in the shop just appeared clueless.
I’d trust my dog to service my truck over this place.
Firestone on 5034 Memorial Dr Stone Mountain provides excellent and professional service. The store manager Mr. Michael Hoggatt is always very helpful. I highly recommend this location for service.

Great experience. Mike was awesome in helping me get my tires situated. Ashley was so pleasant and attentive. When the wrong tires were delivered. Mike assured me that he’ll make sure things get taken care of and when Tire Rack sent the new ones, he was on it to reach back out to complete the process.
Once again, I want to give a rave review to Firestone on Memorial Drive and all the team members!! I had to go in today to get a re-inspection of balance and alignment. Mike worked me in which is very much appreciated. Since it was last minute and I was a walk-in without an appointment.

I had a very positive experience here today. I came in for a diagnosis and oil change and they worked with me on the price for the brakes I needed. The front assistant was nice and kept me updated. This is the Firestone in the A I would go to.
Brought in my bagged FRS to get aligned and at first it seemed like it wasn’t going to work but they pulled some strings to make it work which I appreciate. Shoutout King for working with me and the gentleman at the front.
