While visiting AutoZone Supply store on Memorial Drive in Stone Mountain, Georgia, USA, I was EXTREMELY fortunate to have three (3) supremely professional AutoZone employees assist me when the rain suddenly poured down. This brought to mind Tony Joe White's 1967 song "A Rainy Night in Georgia" made popular in 1970 by singer Brook Benton and in 1972 by singer Ray Charles. Muhammad S. was the first employee I met who greeted me with a sincere smile as he held the door open for me to enter (how chivalrous!). Muhammad S. helped to change my failing windshield wipers by SHOWING me how to change the wipers as I requested. I also purchased a front headlight that day as well. After visiting (the very best!) BrownLee Auto Master mechanics of Stone Mountain to have work done on my vehicle, I had to return to AutoZone the next day for new turn signal lights. That day I met customer care professional Maurio, who was STELLAR. Maurio showed me where the back turn signal lights were located, and how to replace each, by TEACHING me, without condescension, the manner in which to replace the bulb. All of these young men, Maurio, Muhammad S. and Muhammad A (who sold the bulbs), were exemplary, SINCERE, WELL-MANNERED professionals who handled, with GREAT PATIENCE, and APLOMB, the pressures of competing customers, some of whom were quite demanding and rude. I HIGHLY recommend this AutoZone if you are visiting or live in the Stone Mountain, Decatur or Tucker, Georgia, USA areas, especially if they continue to employ inimitable professionals like these young men. ~In Peace and Purpose, ? ??Wednesday, 25 February 2026

5 Stars! Dag was a huge help especially!! Came for a diagnosis on my car only starting after a jump and found out it was the battery. Dag changed it out in no time! Car is running perfectly now. Will be back, and referring others!!

I came into this location on December 3rd, and used my debit card to purchase a battery. Once I left; later the next day someone began racking up unauthorized charges on my card. I traced it back to this Auto zone. Someone needs to investigate this matter.

Today I visited your AutoZone store to ask for a battery. While I was at the counter an employee named Nicole began yelling at her manager who was calmly and politely trying to de-escalate the situation. As a customer I felt it was appropriate to address her attitude but instead of handling the feedback professionally she began yelling at me as if I were one of her employees. I chose to ignore her behavior and sought assistance from another employee but the entire situation caused a significant delay. I ended up waiting nearly an hour and a half just to get a battery knowing my car was dead because Nicole was upset after I called out her unprofessional conduct. After speaking with other employees it was clear they are frustrated with her behavior as well. One employee even confided that they are afraid of losing their job because of her. It is deeply concerning that staff members feel this way. I want to emphasize that the manager I interacted with was incredibly helpful and did everything possible to resolve the situation. However Nicole behavior toward both customers and staff is unacceptable and needs to be reviewed by headquarters. I respectfully request that this matter be taken seriously as such behavior reflects poorly on the store and affects both customer experience and employee morale.

Upon arriving at the AutoZone on Covington Highway, I experienced excellent customer service. However, since they didn’t have a battery that fit my car, I needed to drive to the AutoZone on Memorial Drive. I arrived at 9:16 PM and immediately sensed that the service at this location was lacking. The manager exhibited a negative attitude towards both her team and the customers, loudly proclaiming that the store closed at 9 PM, despite their website stating that it was open until 10 PM. I was there to purchase a battery, but when I found that my tool wouldn’t fit, the manager refused to allow the staff to assist me with removing a single screw. I waited for half an hour in the parking lot, but they still denied my request for help. I believe that, under better management, I would have received the assistance I needed. I had assumed that AutoZone had a policy in place to help customers with tasks such as battery and wiper replacements etc, but unfortunately, the manager’s unfriendly demeanor was evident from the moment I entered the store. Ultimately, I had to drive 20 minutes home to replace the battery myself. The manager even instructed her employee not to lend me a tool because she didn't trust me not to take it. In reality, I have plenty of tools at home, so stealing a screwdriver was never an issue for me. I will certainly not return to that location.

I came to this location last week to get help with finding parts for my car. I'm a woman, so this task hasn't always been the easiest for me. Amir helped with me all of my needs and made this process smooth. He explained everything in detail. I will definitely be going back to this location with future needs!

I just watched a commercial for auto zone. It was pleasant to watch, thinking people can get a good experience there. Unfortunately that's not true. Because this store has the worst customer service ever. I need my battery checked. Instead of the gentleman coming out with us. He gave us the meter to do it ourselves because he was coming out because it was raining. Then on top of that when we brought the meter back I'm. He gave us a computer to look up our codes. What in the hell? I've never been to ANY store that the agent wouldn't assist a customer with there needs and explain the information well enough for the customer to understand. What's going on here? This location? The staff? Y'all need to clean house and start over with that young crew and those old heads that works morning staff. I had a bad experience with them once as well. Yesterday, I stopped by Autozone for a battery and other supplies that I needed. The store manager, Amir B’s customer service was exceptional and outstanding! His help was tremendous. He assisted me with replacing my battery along with other things he brought to my attention that I needed for my car. The store was clean and well managed. I will definitely be returning to this autozone for sure thanks to Amir! Excellent representative!

I will never ever go to this store. I have found the rudest employee of all time here. I was in the aisle looking for something and found this employee. When i said "excuse me! Where can I find....." He cuts off and says, "go and get to the line and I will answer your question". And he said this loudly to intimidate me. Probably he was upset on something but I am done with this place.

Manager sold and install $windshield wipers at $26+for each wiper. The dam wipers flew off in a downpour. I did not have receipt and the manager refused to offer me anything. He would not accept my digital info of purchase on my card. Was rude, disrespectful and called me “granny.” I am 75 years old. I had to insist that he come outside and at least look at it. Went to NAPA for wipers. Installer said the piece that keeps the wipers from flying off was not installed properly. I have what was left of the auto zone wipers. If I were a man I would not have been disrespectful. NAPA also said that one piece was bent probably in installation. The manager took more than enough time to install the wipers. I’ve done it before in less time. Angry and disgusted. I don’t have money to burn.

The check engine light came on today in my 2015 Ford F150. I stopped by AutoZone to have the check engine light diagnosed. I was helped by technician Gee W who provided me with a self-service diagnostics tool. He instructed me on how to use the tool. I connected the tool to my truck as instructed. The tool collected information about my vehicle including the mileage and VIN. I returned the tool and Gee downloaded the info and provided me with a report on my F150. Gee suggested that I take the vehicle to a certified mechanic and have the vehicle further diagnosed since I was now armed with information about the check engine light.

Very helpful workers here! I needed some wipers ASAP while on vacation, so I grabbed what I thought were the best wipers available for my vehicle. Turns out the fitting was completely wrong, even though the website said the wipers would work. But the guy behind the desk was very helpful, took the old wipers back, picked out some new wipers for me, and let me put the new wipers on while he processed the exchange. Thanks for providing such excellent service!

Amin.A provided a quick and responsive service for my headlights and fixed them within minutes of me entering the store. He made sure the lights were properly working prior to finishing and I was very pleased with the result!
