We got in town from North Carolina on Saturday vacation when we learned the transmission needed replacing. That next Monday, I took in the diagnostic from O'Reilly's and was told that replacement was the most likely solution. He asked a few specific questions which let me know he was familiar with Dodge Grand Caravans. Since we were on a tight schedule, I had them go ahead & get the reman unit on order. They kept us advised of the timing, and completed the work earlier on Friday than we had been advised. They also came in under the earlier quoted price. We immediately took the car north and had no issues on the trip. It was a tough situation, but Neese was up to the challenge and our car is back on the road. Thanks a bunch! Rob & Becky

Jeremy at Neese was kind and did a great job fixing my car for a fair price. They fixed my car in less than two business days too. When I asked how long they had been in business, I learned that Neese has been in business for over 55 years and has been owned by the same family for over 40 years. That longevity in any business only happens through great work, excellent customer service and fair prices. If my car needs repairs in the future, Neese is the only place I’ll take my car!
Stopped by and asked if thy had a gasket for my TH400 speedometer cable. They said no, but would order it. Took my number and I never got a call back. I called 2 weeks later and was told that someone would call me back that afternoon with a status. That never happened. If I can’t trust them on their word for a small part, I would not trust them with any repairs. I also understand there was no big money to getting me the gasket, and if that was the case, just be upfront and tell me they aren’t in the parts ordering business. I would have understood.
Was told i could come in at 9am and have diagnostics run on my car by Jeremy. I showed up at 9 sharp, and noone was there. Fifteen minutes later one employee showed up, i explained the discussion I had with Jeremy, and my sitiuation, he assured me I would be taken care of. Never recieved a phone call, called back left a message, no return call. Waited half hour and called again, same result. Drove there to pick up my car Jeremy was sitting at his desk in front of the phone, with no clue as to why i was there, this place is a joke. I should have known by the state of disrepair the property is in that i was dealing with a lazy unprofessiona person. Do yourself a favor, go to Christian brothers and be treated like someone cares Neese transmission is a joke.
I've gone to Neese twice so far. They're great. The location may not look as glitzy as others but so far the quality of work has been terrific (better than other outfits in the area) and the price was competitive when I compare pretty much any mechanic within Canton. They're my go-to for car-things I can't fix. :)
I took my truck with a TH400 transmission to Neese because reverse would not engage. I chose Neese based on location, reviews, price and years in business. They "rebuilt" the transmission. I had to take the truck back twice because the shift points were completely off and the shifts were weak. They dropped the transmission a total of 3 times and it was still obvious that it was not properly rebuilt. That was about 1.5 years ago. I have less than 1000 miles on the truck since then, and the transmission just started slipping horribly. The fluid is black. I now have to find a reputable shop and pay to have the transmission properly rebuilt. Avoid this place like the plague. You may get lucky or you may wind up stuck somewhere with a bad transmission.
Price is always important, so I'm extremely pleased with their reasonable repair estimates. But the HONESTY and kindness of this shop is outstanding and worthy of 10 stars! With the exception of tires and alignment, they perform brakes, oil changes, and most every service your vehicle would need. I can't say enough about Holly and her team. Definitely recommend!
Well after what felt like transmission was shifting with every turn I decided to look at the work neese had done.3 out of 15 bolts taken out were replaced.dip stick not bolted to transmission. Wiring harness not bolted on. flywheel cover gone. Heat shield gone. I put engine in the truck the year before so I know the bolts were there. My hitch was also missing from the truck. $2300.00 for this.

Neese takes care of my 2003 Tahoe like it is their own. They always fix the small stuff and never price gouge on anything. I don't want a new car, I love this truck and they keep me on the road!
I was having an issue with the transmission in my 2006 Chrysler Money Pit. I thought I was in for a new car purchase and a giant lawn ornament; but I decided to at least get an official diagnosis. I didn't want to drive it too far and luckily Neese was right around the corner. God bless these guys! They had me diagnosed, fixed and back on the road the next day! My Town and Country drives like a new car and at a price I was happy to pay! Fred even gave my little son a toy he had sitting in the office. Seriously great service by seriously great people at a seriously great price! I've found my new mechanic!
Honest. It's amazing what good care Fred and his people provide for his customers. He's upfront, honest, and just wants to make you happy. Great people. Nearly everyone I know in my neighborhood takes their cars here.
