ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE. I’ve had two cars from them, they were both turds. Had a 2011 pathfinder in which the catalytic converter would go out every 6months and would have to get it fix before emissions. And not to mention the payments were above 600 a month for a 2011 vehicle with 130,000. I finally had enough and purchased a motorcycle with cash and let them take it back. The only reason I went there was because I wasn’t sure I had enough credit or down payment for a new car (hindsight, 20/20 I did). Fast forward 2 years later I’m starting a new career and had a 96 jeep that was paid and bought for but the engine started knocking after work and with me starting work at 5am in Atlanta I needed a vehicle fast that day and no time to wait. So I made the worst decision possible and went back. Surprisingly they took my jeep for a down payment lol and had a little talk in to about the previous car deal (Wish they would’ve denied me at this point). Picked out the smallest cheapest vehicle which was a 2018 ford focus with 115,000 (which is what I thought at the moment) and 4 long terrible hrs later after the sales guy had left me in his office for 1hr + while he was outside trying to flirt with and sale a woman a car I was on my way. First impressions were terrible the car was filthy and vibrated. 2 weeks later the car started vibrating even louder. A month into it you couldn’t even have a conversation with the passenger. During this it started to skip when driving especially when coming from a stop. (I was aware that the 2018 focus had transmission issues). Car would drive slow and skip then once out of 1st would drive slightly better. In the past I’ve only got the run around treatment with the service contract. Call in and get told “ohh the service manger isn’t here. He’ll be here Friday or next Monday we’ll have him call you”. Yet no one came calling. When you’re paying way above asking price for these cars (all turds)you would expect a little more attention and service from these people. Anyway while I waited patiently for the “call”, I noticed all my tires where bald (they sold me a car that had bald tires and a bad alignment also) so I put it in the shop, paid out of pocket for alignment and 4 new tires. Payment was due the next day and I wanted to see if they’d make it right, especially only having the car a little less than a month so I waited to make a payment and sure enough they came ah calling trying to collect . Talked with someone and they asked why I didn’t make the payment on time and explained I just spent hundreds of dollars on something that you’d think would’ve been done prior to selling a car. They asked for proof and I sent it thinking okay maybe they’d make it right NOPE, told me to make the payment asap. So I did. Fast forward month and months later after still fighting.(Ik how they are, they will keep the car for week at these cheap shotty car repair places and not Care that you’re without a car). So after months and months of nothing and paying 550 a month for something that is more than likely gonna leave me stranded and not get any satisfaction from driving and honestly straight up annoying to drive and lastly only worth no more than 3,000$ (they charged me 20,000) I have parked it, unregistered it and uninsured it, I AM DONE WITH CAR MART(AKA TURD-MART) AND IF I CAN HELP IT I WILL NOT LET ANYONE BE USED AND TAKEN Advantage OF JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE IN A BIND OR THINK THEY CANT DO BETTER, NEW FLASH YOU CAN DO MUCH BETTER. If you have a decent credit score and at least 1.5k please do yourself a favor and go to an ACTUAL dealership and get real reliability. Especially since you are already gonna be paying new car prices. Give or take 50-70 more a month. And they will actually give you the time of day and make sure you’re takin care of. (And if your left wondering, yes I would much rather take a hit on my credit like before than to be handing any more money to TURD-MART. Thank you for time and reading(if this is ever read lol). Even with bad credit you can walk away with a car! The interests rates are high but sometimes you got to do what you got to do to get ahead. one things for sure that makes it worth it is that if you car breaks down and its anything to to with the engine itself they cover it. not only did they tow my car to the repair shop at not charge but all the repairers were covered after a 75 dollar deductible. after contemplating i realized that's not a benefit i want to lose out on as a single woman. I feel protected cause I know car mart has my back and that i have reliable wheels ! Thank you for your great and honorable service.

This is NOT I Repeat, Not a good dealership. They will have your car sitting for 3 months to whatever time and This Place DONT DO LOANERS AT ALL. This Dealership Sold me a LEMON and I only had the car for 2 WEEKS. Then told me they can't do anything about it but keep making payments. Then WES the manager of CART Mart NEVER COMES TO THE PHONE WHEN UR CAR HAS A PROBLEM. He makes up lies and say all his cars are Good and nothing wrong with them BUT THEY ARE ! I ADVISE NOBODY GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. I had 2 CARS FROM THEM 2 BE LEMONSSS. Then when you tell them something wrong with the car they look at you crazy and stop answering phones. ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND FULL OF CRAP

My experience here at America's Car-Mart was exceptional. The team here was very friendly and professional. Donna was amazing, she walked the lot showing me all the cars that fitted what I was looking for and answered and my questions and made sure I was happy with the car I was choosing. The purchasing was seamless and very professional, she stayed late to try and get my purchase finalized but we had to finish the next morning but c got the deal finalized I am happy with my new purchase. Absolutely the best place to get a car from. I cant say how amazing the people are here. Danielle is great. Always helpful and sweet very personable and will always take care of you. Wes is also amazing he makes sure you are taken care in every way possible from helping you picking out the perfect car to getting you in and approved. These 2 people have made my experience so great that my daughter has got both her cars here as well.no issues no problems such a smooth process. Definitely go visit them and get your car from here. I would not recommend any other place than car mart in woodstock.

I just want to come on here and say Kyle from Woodstock car mart , was amazing, I was stressed and needed a car before the holidays , and the cold and I walk everywhere, went to another dealership who was taking to long and I came in the door at car mart and walked out with a car. Excellent service would recommend any and everybody to this place. For two toys and 500$ will most definitely have you in any car you want. Sam and Wes and Danielle was the most courteous and everyone is authentic as heck. Thanks guys, love and respect most definitely.

Carmart of Woodstock is a wonderful place of business! Everyone takes care of all of their clients very well! I have been with car mart for years and have absolutely no complaints and HIGHLY recommend this dealership for all of your vehicle needs! If they don't have what you want, they will find it and give you a great price doing it! Recently I had some issues with my newer vehicle and without hesitation Wes and Aiden got me into a new vehicle of my choice immediately. I cannot express how grateful I am too have come across this dealership! Being a single mom with 2 kids finding a deal is a must in today's economy. Go check them out, they will not disappoint!

Car Mart is the place ❤️❤️❤️❤️. I just purchased my third car! Which I love very much!!! Manager Wes Bailey is the best manager hands down! He cares about his customers he goes above and beyond to make sure his customers get what their money can buy! He works with you. Wes being an outstanding leader show and reflect his staff. I love the staff! For me it feels like family! Everyone knows me by name! They make you feel welcome they go out there way to make sure their customers are taken care of. Whether it’s a payment or purchase they listen and work with you. Starting from the time you walk in from the time you leave. The front desk is friendly. A few of the original are still there but the new staff are just as friendly and helpful. I’m so glad that I’m apart of car-mart family!

Drove my car for 2 months with the air bag computer bad before they would do anything . Keep it week got it back but they lied about ac works on it when I got it got it scanned gonna take 1600 to have fixed on top of the fans delaying on going off and it jars car sometimes when they act up every time you call to speak to the managers they say they aren’t there or they out of town something home office opens cases for manaagement to never respond I’ve suggested for a refund or exchange for different car they team isn’t that knowledgeable on cars I told them no electrical car it has electoral steering electrical fans and more . If I keep having issues out this car and they don’t take action I will I will be contacting a lawyer . Do not buy from this place unless you went throw your money down drain . The car only worth 10k they charge me way more

Since February they neglected to fix my car. in fact, they deleted the codes, the whole code history in the car: and I have proof of that. I also have pictures of the The warning on the dash…it’s very obvious that the reason they don’t want to fix it is because I have $10,000 worth of interest over four years and it will take almost 10,000 to fix the actuator and the transfer case.. Which have been malfunctioning since February.. they say they work with everyone, but they don’t.. yeah, and they’re nice until you don’t make a payment or you’re late..I lost my my father on March 2.. and they act like I’m trying to run away because I’m in Michigan.. if that was the case, I would’ve simply pulled out the 2 GPS is in the car. I have been diligent telling them when I can make a payment and paid them 350 yesterday which is more than a single payment and today they come to get my car.. yesterday they told me everything was fine if I made my payment.. but I find out today my car’s been up for repossession for two weeks.. I am tired of the lies… The smugness..The comments they make because I am white, I have all necessary, documentation, pictures, recorded conversations in person and on phone calls ..the way they have treated me is wrong and now I have no choice but to sue them .. I will get everything back that they took from me .. stay tuned for updates,,,, As of this morning early, I got a call from Wes, the general manager.. and there is a solution he is willing to meet me halfway, which is fair enough to me

Just bought a vehicle from them yesterday. One of my cars took a shit and I wasn’t looking to dump a huge load of money into a new car. Incidentally I was on Facebook and this ad popped up and I decided hey why not. Reached out and got Ayanna and let me say she is the shit. Customer service is exceptional and she was very straightforward as I’m very straightforward. Went to the lot the next day and ended up getting beautiful red ford flex. The car rides like a dream and is so comfortable and has everything amenity wise. Wes is a friendly and professional GM and I would definitely recommend him and the team to anyone looking for a decent car. Thanks again guys for making this process easy for me????????

I 100% fully regret ever buying a car from this place. Most of their cars are junk and I unfortunately bought said junk. This car was perfect and met all my needs but now looking back, I wish I never did business here. I’m left with a car that stays breaking down/in the shop. Their said “mechanics” are trash. Your car will be worked on by them and come back in worse shape than before. You get the constant run around with them. This place is all about money and not about their customers. I asked about exchanging for a better car and one that can actually get me from A to B but of course no. so I’m stuck with back and forth fixings and left without for long periods of time. My car is yet again needing to be fixed but I can’t afford to mix work and for them to keep it for weeks at a time. They do not offer you a ride while yours is getting fixed and they still expect you to pay even when you don’t have a ride to and from work. This place is nothing but STRESS. I’m still trying to play catch up on my bills from last time they kept my car and leaving me without work for weeks.

Man where do I began!!! Aiyanna was the best salesperson because she had been patiently working with me and waiting on me for the for the past eight months or longer ….she took her time every time I came to look and went out of her way to negotiate an amount that would work with my budget….she is a true gem and an asset to this company and I’m truly satisfied with my purchase! ❤️❤️❤️ Also; thank you Wes for your assistance and to Mack for the quick repairs on the small issues!!!
