My car was making a rattling noise in the front when I stumbled upon Joe's. Not only were they friendly and professional, but they definitely know their stuff! The first repair shop I took it to before coming to Joe's quoted me over $500 off the top, but David was able to accuately identify the problem within 15 minutes! Turns out, I just needed a new tire! THANK YOU JOE'S for saving me $100s if not $1000s of dollars on an unnecessary repair! I'll be sure to bring any future car repairs here! DJ & Dave, you guys are amazing! I would give 10 stars if I could!

I totally recommend coming here. I had an on going issues with a past mechanic, who basically scammed me out of money and didn't fix my car. So due to the hack job my oil was leaking everywhere, which degraded my serpentine belt. I was honestly really scared to trust another another place. This place was really upfront, and honestly pretty genuine. As a woman, we tend to get talked down to a lot or overcharged when it comes to mechanics. When I had first talked to them, I didn't feel talk down to. A j on the phone genuinely wanted to make sure my car was safe for me and wasn't going to cause me any further issues. My car no longer has an oil leak and is running good! For the first time I feel like a can breath when it comes to my car stuff. I am only going here from now on. Also they have a lot of awards. When I went into the shop I was really surprised and but I can see why they have so many. Take your car here.

I truly can not recommend another shop. Tj and Joe are always transparent, communicative, and professional. They do not price gouge and the work is extremely high quality. As a woman sometimes I get peddled around in the car industry (despite being a car woman) but these gentlemen have ALWAYS treated me with the highest level of courtesy and integrity. It’s no surprise to me when I looked them up to write this review that they have 5 stars, they deserve it. I hope their pillows are always cool, they never step on a Lego barefoot and that the money keeps flowing in.

I've been SO impressed with the honesty & integrity they showed me! They did an inspection on a vehicle I was considering buying and found that there was a gap in the service history records at the very time the vehicle should have had the major serpentine belt replaced. DJ took it a step further and examined to see if there was the required sticker showing the belt had been replaced. It was not there. DJ wrote an estimate on the replacement (I didn't want to wait till the belt failed), which I took to the dealer. The dealer met me halfway on the price of the repair and I had Joe's do the repair. While waiting for the inspection and then dropping the vehicle for the repair, I had the opportunity to observe other customers dealings with the business. DJ and the team at Joe's are the real deal! I'm happy to add my 5 star review to all the others. They are honest and competent; not always easy to find these days!

**Updated 6/2025 - had to get a new (to me) car - and will keep taking my car! Went for Emissions there today- was able to get in and out quickly for a very reasonable fee!!*** I'm new to the area, and originally went here on recommendation from a Facebook group. They were upfront about pricing and options, and called with the estimate before doing work. ***The part put into my car was faulty, and stopped working 3 months later - they had no issues replacing the part, and taking care of everything on their end.*** You have a loyal customer now!!

Honesty, speed, customer service, you name it Joe’s Automotive does it. This place is my go to for servicing my truck. The customer service is outstanding and DJ is great to deal with. Highly recommend this shop. It’s nice to feel comfortable taking my vehicle to someone and trusting them to take care of me.

I was so happy to find this place! Hearing scary noises coming from under your car is the same kind of scary as hearing monsters under your bed when you're a kid, you know? I recently purchased my son a used car. I searched on google for 2 days trying to figure out where to take it for alignment & bulb change. Stumbled across this gem. I stopped in, spoke with DJ & he put me on the schedule for the following day. He was very nice & explained to me everything he had done. Just a few word's about Joe's. I am a 76 year old widow living on a very fixed income which all seniors say, but true. Other than a few minor issues burnt out headlight, oil changes breaks tires just general stuff haven't had anything major happen to my 2014 Toyota Highlander. Well my luck ran out had to replace water pump and a serpentine belt. For some no big deal to me a really big deal. Joe's worked with me, giving me a discounted price I could manage. Tough to find a mechanic you can trust and these guys are them. I have two vehicles I routinely take to them and DJ has always been extremely helpful and honest. Trust them with your vehicle, you won’t be disappointed!

I'm thoroughly impressed with the honest and exceptional service my brother and mom received at this mechanic shop! They visited today with an issue they thought was major, but it turned out to be just a plastic piece stuck in the pedals. Despite it being a minor fix, the mechanics could have easily taken advantage of the situation and charged them anyway. However, they chose not to, showcasing their integrity and commitment to transparency. This level of honesty is rare in the industry, and I appreciate their dedication to building trust with their customers. From now on, I'll be taking all my vehicles to this shop, knowing I'll receive fair and reliable service. Kudos to this team for their outstanding work and ethics! My mom is very thankful, thank you for brightening her day!

This will be a second or third review but I believe in supporting good local businesses. DJ does a great job and his crew is first class. I had been working on my wife's car for months myself trying to figure out an issue. DJ's crew had it for a day and they got it figured out. Great job! I'll always take my business and encourage family, friends and coworkers to do the same.

They are the most honest and down to earth people I have met of all the auto shops I've ever been to. They were on-time or ahead of schedule for everything and I couldn't have asked for better people. I strongly recommend them!

Incredibly impressed! Joe the owner of the shop was fantastic. I came to see them because every time I would press the gas pedal there was a delay in acceleration on my Jeep. As a college student I didn't know what was wrong with my car. So I made an appointment and dropped my car off. Then I got it the the next morning and they fixed my problem with a great price! I will recommend this to everyone I know & will continue to go there for now on any time I need work done on my car! Thank you to Joe and your team for a job well done as always.

Only great things can be said of my experience at Joe’s after taking in 2 vehicles to be serviced for brakes and a damaged drivers side mirror. DJ was very knowledgeable, transparent, and also looked out for my best interest as far as pricing and the best options for what I needed done. In the automotive industry you don’t come across too many genuine people that want to help you out and not charge you as much as they can. For one vehicle I had a battery issue that I told DJ about when picking up another vehicle that was having work done. Within 10 mins he was pulling the 2nd one in the shop and getting everything squared away so I could safely drive home. HIGHLY recommend anyone to bring their vehicles here. Thanks again DJ!

Joe's is great! DJ will take good care of you, not overcharge you, and get you back on the road quickly. I can't recommend them enough. Edit: one of my favorite things about DJ is that he'll always tell you exactly how much the job is going to cost down to the cent right up front. I can't say enough good things about him and his team.

Top notch mechanics, good turn around, they repair what’s needed and advised other needed repairs for approval first. Good guys to work with! Another shop had quoted needed emmision repair that was very expensive which we couldn’t afford at the time. Had checked the state site for referral and Joe’s was only one in my area. Took car to Koes and they found system needed a hose only and car passed with top results and was one quarter what other shop quoted. Have since had other work done and same great honest service.

I'm giving this place a 3 star. ONLY because the honesty part is whats most important. I went to get a part put in my car. Timely manner. Clean place Dj seems friendly. However, my mother's rosary has been hanging from my rear view mirror for 2 years! Today when I park my car at the garage its hanging just fine..!!! I've gotten repairs and maintenance done and NEVER was anything destroyed!!Once they are finished I get in my car to find the cross on the driver's side floor! How is that possible? I go back inside to get some accountability AND an apology and I don't! Just the "idk how that happened". Even if it was an accident which I'm sure it was. YOU NEED TO BE CAREFUL! AND IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW IT HAPPENED NOR THE PERSON WHO DID IT WANTS TO CONFESS, THEN APOLOGIZE ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANY YOU WORK FOR! YOU GUYS ARE A TEAM! THIS IS EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE! AND UPSETTING! THE PART OF REPLACING ISN'T WHATS UPSETTING. ITS A KEEPSAKE YES, BUT... AN APOLOGY FOR YOUR CARELESSNESS MATTERS!!

I called DJ and spoke with him about doing a prepurchase inspection on a truck. He was straight forward and told me about how he does inspections. He got me scheduled for the next day to bring it in. Brought it in and DJ and his crew were awesome! They quickly found several issues that would have made anyone run for the hills. Rather than continue the inspection, he brought me into the shop and showed me the issues. I will definitely be bringing the next truck I find to him for inspection. As well as recommending him to any and everyone that needs maintenance done. They don't make you feel like you are a wallet and actually make you feel like you are valued. I have been using Joe’s Auto for years now. Their amazing work has helped prevent me from purchasing a new vehicle. A couple of reason why I use them: They are honest - Time and time again they have diagnosed the root issue and not tried to get me to pay more than I need. In some situations, they have even recommended not to get something removed/replaced because of the age of my car and how I use it. Integrity - Just today, they diagnosed an issue that they weren’t sure if they accidentally caused in the process or if it was already there when inspecting it. They went ahead and waived the charge and took ownership of it. Friendly: DJ, David, and the gang couldn’t be nicer. They are straight to the point, with a smile! Quality of Work - Flawless. Nothing more needs to be said. I couldn’t recommend this place more. When the unfortunate happens, at least we are fortunate to have Joe’s Auto. -Pete

Had a wonderful experience at Joe's Auto Service. The Owner, DJ, is kind, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. He was very responsive when I called in about my car being unable to start and on the same day, he got me i to the shop, switched out my battery, and got me on my way in less than an hour. It is clear to me that DJ and his crew know what they are doing and I am looking forward to coming back here for future car maintenence and repairs. I Highlg Recommend you try them out!

I was referred to this mechanic and now I see why they come highly recommended! I came in because I was under the assumption based on a franchise dealership's advice that I needed rotors. However, DJ had my car's brakes and rotors inspected and they let me know in reality I had quite of bit of miles left that I could drive before having to replace them. I appreciate their honesty as they could have told me otherwise and had me pay for services not needed yet. While there, other clients made comments of how they only bring their vehicles there for this reason and are well-respected in the area.

I went to see DJ today about my brakes. I thought they needed some work. However, after a test drive and taking the wheels off, DJ told me they were in good shape and didn't need any work. I offered to pay him for his time, but he didn't charge me! Do you believe that? It's great to know there is an honest auto mechanic that you can trust! I will definitely tell everyone I know about Joe's and go there when I need a mechanic again!
