They are some crooks. I paid these guys to get my vehicle back in cash and the receipt doesn’t reflect the price. Items are missing. Truck sounds like I’m dragging a brick across the ground when I stop and it didn’t sound like that before.

Christin or Kristin P exemplified peace customer service. I showed up without knowing I needed an appointment and despite being busy as ever she took great care of me. I’m appreciative of her hard work.

So my car was impounded 1 week ago, by eagle eye recovery! At 1st I was super scared reading the reviews and was sure I would be a victim too! HOWEVER eagle eye uses several impound lots to take cars. Smith Dan Motors in Rome were the ones that had my car. And let me tell you if this helps anyone because I was a nervous train wreck until yesterday when I got my car. Nothing was missing from my car whatsoever I had cash and a failry expensive pair of sun glasses along with my purse and nothing was missing! They were there in time for me to get my car didn’t have to wait and the lady that was there was very nice. The only down side is that I paid my dues on Monday morning and had to wait till yesterday other then that I hope my post helps others not to be worried because I know that I was very much so so worried! ?

These people are ridiculous. You cant even talk to them you have to talk to a computer which is just even more ridiculous. These people roll back driver ran sacked my car like he was the police then stole my rings. You have took that fake one too. But you only took the 3 rings that was real. I want my stuff back ASAP. That is not how you inventory a car. Someone needs to get intouch with me today.

This place has not had my vehicle for less than 48 hours and refuses to release it back to me I will be getting lawyer involved

Extremely unprofessional office...

I had a appointment confirmed appointment for today 8/06 @ 11:30am and no one is here and they said they are closed because they are short handed. And now I can't get my car until Friday. This place is the worst.

What kind of company steals people’s belongings out of their car? I went to pick up my belongings out of my car and I thought they were so nice until I realized they stole a couple of items out of my car!!! DISGUSTING behavior!

So I have been having a hard time getting through to someone that can help me but the guy Adam was amazing he was very helpful and was genuinely willing to help me he made this experience a bit easier with his attitude and sense of humor I'm very thankful for his care and customer service.. Company requires you to sign off that nothing is wrong or missing with your vehicle before you get to check if everything is there. Questionable at best

I wish I could give ZERO STARS because this is a joke. Having to make an appointment to pick up your car after making a payment. I can't pick up my car for 2 to 3 days after because you have to make an appointment & you don't have any appointment available for 2 to 3 days out. Then charge me a few cause you cleaned my car. This is the worst treatment for a customer I've ever experienced. Please do better. Why do we have to make an appointment to get what belongs to us & no same day appointments that's ridiculous. Rude people by saying I'll transfer you for everything I asked. Just tell me I have to go to a website to schedule an appointment. Don't transfer me to a machine to tell that.

Just to get personal items out you need to schedule an appointment? When I asked they stated for privacy. Like if there’s thousands of people there. I have important things to retrieve like ID and some personal docs. Other lots let you go in and get your stuff and go.

So I came here to give Sunni her flowers for an awesome job she has done today. I set an appointment to retrieve my belongings but I ended up getting my car back. When I got there she had my things put up safe. She was very nice and it made my day when she made things easier for me. I'm glad to have my car back and more glad she helped me. Thank you Sunni for making this hard time easier for me.

Some of our stuff was missing which is crazy that they think people will not notice. Trash.

Their lack of customer service is ridiculous. They don’t ever answer the phone or give call backs.

These people are greedy and they prey on vulnerability. It’s disgusting. It’s okay though, evil never wins.

Someone destroyed my grass when they removed my car and took a sticker off my car that meant alot to me.

horrible customer service, never answer their phone. have been trying for 2 days to reach someone to redeem my vehicle and they ALWAYS send me to voicemail then i get the automated message that their office is closed. would not recommend

Took weeks to answer the phone but i was able to get my belongings before the "throw out" date.

Knowing our car was going to be picked up and the amount was paid, they ran through my suv and took all my belongings out like it was a police raid. Mind you I have children so it could of just stayed in. Why someone would do that is beyond me and then they’re nasty ahhhcess don’t wear masks . So I was glad to leave there and be done with cross contamination. I had to spray my car down because why someone should enter someone else’s vechile without masks in a pandemic is beyond me. TAKE YOUR KEYS AND DISINFECTANT!!! THEY DO NOT CARE
