Why someone has to get on here and tell you your tow truck is way too large to go through Duncan drive-thru is beyond me you represent a company a business so you should represent a little bit of courtesy and just walk in instead of holding up everybody in the drive-thru on top of tearing it up because the truck was too big anyway ?.... Just saying if you represent a business you should represent a little bit of courtesy too ??
Stay away people and save your money they try to scam people by adding extra things to bills the man try to get the keys off me which I own and then thought if I pay 1,000 was normal . I get if yu have to pay for services yk but man never seen that much for towing.
I am all for a business making a profit, customer service was friendly but as I asked about final billing I could hear charges being added in the background. I haven't seen a bill this large ever for 24 hours in the lot before. Just because someone has to pay for a service does not mean you should take advantage of that.
