The good folks at Watts Collision Center took real good care of my Subaru Outback Wilderness. Bringing it back to “Like New” condition. Their customer service was excellent keeping me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend them if you’re in need of auto body repair work on your vehicle.

This unfortunately is my second time using Watts. All I can say is that their team is great. They encouraged me to check in periodically on the progress of my vehicle and were very upfront with the time it will take and how they do things. I believe they were honest due to their experience with how parts are received after they order them. My truck looks like it came off the showroom floor once again. Fixed my car from a car accident and detailed it. Never expected them to clean it. The interior looks amazing as well as the outside. I am so happy and I highly recommend them!!!

I have a 2004 GMC Envoy XUV and couldn't get the retractable roof to close. The tech hooked up his computer and within 10 minutes had everything working as it should. I had called several other body and mechanic shops and was told that they were not able to do this including the dealerships. Very friendly people that do good work. Thank you! Joel Agan 9/16/24

Had some work done there a couple years ago and I definitely won't be back. Had a radiator put in just to find out it was used after it failed a short time afterwards. Had the hood painted just for the clear coat to peel on it just recently. Very sub par job

Always a great job. Stopped by several times and they are always helpful. My car was back to before accident at the time they said it would be ready.

I walked in and showed them An issue I was happening with a strip inside my door- they took a look at it, ordered the part it came the next day! They called me I brought my car in the next day and magic! Fixed me right up for a great price and amazing customer service!! Highly recommend these people are so sweet thank you so much!!!!

I was in the car business for 21 years. I was a general manager of a Ford dealership where I oversaw all departments, including The Body shop, Watts collision is by far the best I have seen. I would recommend them 100%.

The repairs took a lot longer than expected but at no fault of Watts, getting automotive parts in 2021 are a nightmare for a lot of businesses including mine. The manager Tyler Woods was professional and honest the entire time, highly recommended!

My car was taken to Watts after a free fell on it and caused some significant damage. From the first day down to the last, the staff communicated with me on the progress of my car, and were always beyond helpful and professional. When I got m car back it was absolutely perfect. Someone backed into my 2017 Chevrolet Volt, damaging the front driver-side. I was delighted when the other driver's insurance listed Watts as a preferred service center because I have had work performed there before so I know of their skill and attention to detail. They do honest amazing work. Replaced door and removed dent from rear quarter panel. They did an awesome job and I would recommend to any others and would also use again! They are on the expensive side but are definitely worth the price. I would go to them over anybody else for the amount of quality work they do! They are also very friendly and good and honest peoples.

Reasonable price, didnt take long to fix my car. Damage to the right passenger door. Only issue is they didnt line the door correctly so you can hear it bump every time it closes. Took it back to be looked at. and they said it was fine. Whatever I can live with the bump noise even though they didnt finish the job correctly, still decent price.

Went in because my sunroof was leaking bad. Took it in, it was just a clogged drain and only cost 50 dollars! I also had water stains on my head liner and they cleaned it! I did not expect them to clean it at all. They are phenomenal with customer service and just plain service, thank you guyss!

This review is long overdue. 3 years ago I opted to use this facility because they are a State Farm certified shop (bad move State Farm). My 2012 BMW 335i was brought in for some major work. The car was tagged in the rear and caused frame damage and inner and outer quarter replacement, plus some more. The point of impact was the rear passenger wheel. The car was never done when promised. The due date was extended 4 times! One time it was extended because they had to order a new wheel bearing, yes the same wheel that suffered the impact. Why this part wasn't checked in the initially stages is beyond me. I blame this on lack of experience, troubleshooting and diagnosing skills. I blame a lot of my issues on these 3 things, keep this in mind. When I was finally able to pick the car up there were many things still wrong. I had to drop the car back off for some mechanical issues. My rear differential was making a horrid knocking sound when shifting into gear, more so when going from a drive gear to reverse. They had their independent shop do some of the mechanical work, items like wheel alignment and re-coding the new battery. Both of these items were never done. After dropping the car back off it came back clear and free (or so they said). The knocking still existed and so did the other problems. After working with State Farm (btw this was both parties insurance company in the accident) I was able to take it to my personal BMW specialist mechanic. State Farm ended up giving me 2 more supplement checks to make up for this. I was still finding issues 2 years later. I am now going to list all the bad workmanship points as they happened. 1) Scratched black window masking. They removed my quarter windows and scratches the black masking that is on the inside of the window. Only fixed was replacement, State Farm paid. 2) Exterior window trim had clips that are used to attach to the body. These were broken and the trim piece just glued back on. 3) Back window wasn't tinted when I picked up and I questioned. They had broken my rear window and didn't replace the tint. 4) Axle nut was crossed threaded when installed. My mechanic noticed this when it was up on his lift diagnosing the differential noise. The nut came loose enough that the wheel rocked when I leaned against it. The wheel was on it's way off! Huge safety concern, could have been catastrophic. State Farm paid for a new axle and another wheel bearing. 5) Differential bolts were never tightened down. This was causing it to twist and make the knocking noise. The differential was essentially being held in by the axles. 6) I had always smelled gas when I would have my windows cracked. 2 years later. There is a 1 way flap in the battery compartment that was installed the wrong way. This caused the outside elements to enter the car. Not only were exhausts gases coming into the car but it also prematurely wore out the battery. State Farm paid. This shop is not very skilled in the areas needed to make a quality repair on any car. The paint work also had prevalent orange peel. I do not recommend this shop and State Farm should revoke their certification.

Over all they seemed professional on what they were doing no doubt. But a few small issues. One I took it up there told them what the problem was they took pictures of the paint and said they’d have to get it approved by Chrysler, no problem. I had my jeep up there for three weeks and not once did I get a phone call saying anything about the progress on the jeep, or the fact they never started working on it because Chrysler never contacted them. I never had a rental car because I had an old truck at home to use because I figured it’d take a week at least. So I call the other day and there like ohh yeah we haven’t started yet because Chrysler never paid them. ( still my issue is it’s been 3 weeks and I was NEVER called.) I go up there today and when I seen the jeep I noticed it was pretty dirty from JUST sitting there.. so I was like alright no big deal, at least they could of done is hosed the dirt off and keep it semi clean. ( it takes just a few seconds.) so they pull it out front I was like cool, I get in the odometer had more miles on it then when I left it, 40 extra miles on it then when I dropped it off, also they filled the tank up. I was like alright. ( I had 3/4 of a tank in it when I left it.) I got home and called and they said oh it’s never been moved it got parked and that’s where it sat... if it never got moved why’s there 40 extra miles and a full tank in it. Their not horrible but driving someones car around when they have there own, and it being a professional business. Not cool one bit. I will definitely be installing a camera in my jeep here on out because of shops like that.

Watts just repaired my car under insurance of an accident that wasn't my fault. I'm so satisfied with the results! Not only did they repair the damage from the accident, but they repainted and slightly repaired small marks from other damage. So timely and willing to work with me given that I was out of town on pick-up day. I would totally recommend.

They are awesome. They didn't mind me calling and checking on my vehicle every day. I was promised my car by Monday or Tuesday and when I called Monday to check on the exact day, Taylor confidently told me it would be ready Tuesday ... I love a place that can set a time and date and actually stick to it. My life is entirely too hectic to be put off for a week or two like some places do. The workman was fabulous. I was T-Boned on the passenger side and you can't even tell it.

Excellent service and always do what they say they will do! We have had multiple business vehicles repaired and have never had anything other than a great experience. We will continue to always use them for all of our body repair needs.

This is a top notch Shop! I have known several people who have used this shop and they have all highly recommended them, so when my daughter had a fender bender I knew exactly who I wanted to fix it. Their customer service is as good as their workman ship. I highly recommend them to any one who wants a quality job and good prices.

Acura suggested that I have the repairs done at there facility due tot he car being 6 years old and no one could match the paint. Watts Collision Center repairs were exactly what the car needed.
