Victor and the crew took care of me after I was in an accident. I was rear ended and the person who hit me had progressive insurance. Victor coordinated with the insurance to make sure my car was fixed correctly. He kept me updated with what was going on and my vehicle was fixed quickly. Can’t explain my experience! If I could put 10 stars I would. First time coming to this shop and the atmosphere Victor and his team give are beyond beautiful. Not only do they offer so many services but there is no other shop better than them! I was welcomed, provided with great intel on my vehicle, and amazing prices. Victor was beyond helpful and kind! Finished in 3 days!! Beyond impressed with this team! He went beyond and above; most certainly exceeded my expectations. This is someone who will get my business and many more!

Victor and his crew did an absolutely incredible job on my truck, couldn’t have asked for a better job if im being honest!! As soon as I dropped it off they immediately started on it, he worked with me great through the process to make sure I was in good hands, also you can’t beat his prices!!!

Castillo’s Detailing and Body Shop is an absolute jewel in the rough! We had to get our Frontier truck repainted due to the manufacturer’s original paint chipping/peeling after 13 years. Victor gave us a very fair price and he and his team did an excellent job in a short time window. He did exactly what he said he would do in less time than we expected. We were SO pleased with the results that we decided to leave our other car there to get sealed and buffed. It is so nice to know that there are good, trustworthy local businesses to go to!

He sold me a car for 3500 added 200 for tires never put the tires on and won’t respond. When I did pick up the car I had to jump it off for a week because the battery was bad it is really ridiculous. Not to mention I gave him months to make it right before I came here. And now they have been trying to work with me but haven’t answered or responded to one message until I got nasty months later.

Victor and his team were very professional and extremely helpful! They did excellent work on my old truck and gave the paint and body new life. His team went above and beyond our expectations to help us with this project. We highly recommend Castillo's!

I was very satisfied with my experience! I had the hood painted on my 1969 mustang and it came out great. He did a great job communicating and finished the job in two days. He is a very honest person with high moral values. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Big shout out to Victor and the crew at Castillo Body Shop & Detailing! I needed a rush paint job but did not want to sacrifice quality, they overdelivered on the time and the quality. Dropped the car off Friday afternoon and he called me to come get it Saturday afternoon. I had several areas I needed to refinish, and they took care of all of them. Victor is a standup guy, and you will feel like you have been lifelong friends when you deal with everyone at Castillo! Give those guys a shot, they will do you a fine job!

Took my new mustang to get racing stripes and a new spoiler and they did a fantastic job. Victor gave us a good price and also threw in clear coats and so much more. He also cleaned the entire inside for me to.

I really needed tires for my truck, and saw the tires sign and stopped in. Friendly staff and crew. They treat customers with respect and talk to you kinda make ya feel like family. They didn't have my tire size in stock but one of the guys went and got some and within about an hour or so I was on my way. Prices are fare and they are upfront with what they do and don't add on any hidden fees. They were actually cheaper then another spot I had went too. Plus I didn't have to wait a day for the tires like I would have at the other place. My new set of tires feel like I'm driving on a cloud even with the bumpy roads Villa Rica has to offer! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Took our truck when everyone else turned it down. Wouldn’t touch it because of aluminum body. But he in faith took it and with Gods guidance did a great job on our Ford F-250, That was hit on drivers side.Replaced And repaired everything looks like a new truck. Paint job was amazing. Victor the owner was super kind and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Danny the new shop guy is very knowledgeable and a great asset to the company. Thank you for having him.

Castillo did an amazing job! I got my tires for my Mercedes from them, and they also did my brakes. They are very nice, professional, and affordable! I highly recommend these guys to anyone in the Carrollton, GA area who need work performed on their vehicles. They not only do detailing and body work, but they also do mechanic work on all make and model cars. My wife car would not start. Nevertheless, they used their wrecker truck and pulled it in into their shop. They got her vehicle back up and running in less than 24 hours! They even did some minor transmission work on it for free. These guys have earned my respect because that wouldn't have gotten done anywhere else! These guys were very busy, but they made the time for us! That just goes to show you how customer service is their #1 Priority!!!! So very glad and I stopped by their place on Bankhead Hwy that day because I now don't want to go anywhere else. They are experts at what they do and they can be trusted to the absolute best job! Paint job looks good I brought my car in to finally get it looking like how I’ve always wanted it to look. They did well in bringing my vision of my car to reality. Victor did a good job and was very friendly with me the whole time. He really knows how to work with the customer.
