Horrible hope I don't have to use them again. I paid $940 to get my vehicle it had gotten towed when I got there to pick it up I gave them $940 cash and the vehicle had been pushed to where the tire came off the rim I had asked to borrow a jack and air compressor he replied they didn't have one a few minutes go by I'm trying to figure out how to get the tire back on the rim and pumped up so I asked him again if I could borrow a jack he said there wasn't a tire company and he didn't have one then it was taken us a minute to try to figure it out so he ended up going to the shop and pulling a floor jack down there for us to use after getting it jacked up I was having to send someone to the store to get something so we could get it back on the rim when I told the guy that he would be right back he got upset and went and got the other wrecker that had an air compressor made on it so he hooked the air hose to it and told us we had 10 minutes so he can lock the gate so after paying all that money at first he was refusing to help us two different times and just because he didn't want to wait to shut the gate back he decided to let us borrow the jack an air compressor he was very rude from the time we got there and him unlocking the gate to us leaving
The way Gary took care of my daughters car was fantastic! He was so nice and professional! He even met us the next day even though he was closed so she could get everything out of her car. If needed I would definitely use Gary's towing services again. Thank you Gary!
DO NOT USE THEM ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A LOWERED VEHICLE. They are very rude and racially bias. If they do damage to your vehicle during a tow they won't admit to it and they will tell you " they don't care, and they are not going to do anything about it, to take them to court." If you try to contact them about what happened they will put the blame on you if. They told me to never call them if I need a tow because I got mad because they messed up some rods on the bottom of my husbands car. They are a poor excuse for business men. They don't know how to talk to customers.
