I bought an engine from these guys. I got it installed. It lasted less than three hours. Their warranty is no good. They laughed in my face and told me they would sell me another one for half price. I would never use this company again and neither should you.
He claimed we had been driving the car for two weeks. We had only had the engine for 8 working days. The car had a blown head gasket when we received it. The engine broke the very first time we drove the car. I test drove the car it ran hot and caused the timing and chain to tear. The timing and chain looked fine at the time of our installation. My customer had had a stroke the week of Thanksgiving and did not get out of hospital for a week during that time. They had no sympathy for my customer or the situation and just kept using the same lies as if the warranty doesn’t cover the engine for more than two weeks. if you have to take them to court. he makes up lies and will go to court and raise his hand and I swear to God to tell the truth, and then the next breath tells multiple lies to the judge. While we’re in court, he was caught recording the judge and the testimony of other cases. Almost arrested for it. they spent several minutes deleting images and text messages he had been sending out. I’ve been in the car business for 20 years. I deal with junkyards every single day. I have never had to take someone to court. This is only the first review that I’ve ever left negatively in my life. This company may do good business, but if there is an issue With your warranty, you’ll find out the warranty is no good.
Went and picked up a transmission for a customer. It was closing time and we were 30 minutes behind. They made arrangements to make sure we was able to pick up our unit on a weekend. Got back to the shop and installed it for the customer and the part has worked great for a few weeks now! Recommended!
I was sent to this company by Oil Express and so I thought this company was a great company. I paid cash for my motor $1900.00 the rep never mentioned a certain time frame on the motor and told me that if I had any issues to just contact them. I purchased my motor on 11/6 and it got put in their system on 11/10/2024 and oil Express installed the motor on 11/12. We’ve had to take the vehicle back twice and thanks to oil Express but since it isn’t throwing any codes they told me to contact bell motors.I found out today that I had a 90 day warranty and that my warranty was up on the 6th even though he said it was put in on 11/10. So basically he said there is nothing he can do and as part of the core they also got my old motor as well. This company is a BIG JOKE!
If I was you, I would not spend a single dime with this place. I operate a mechanic shop. My customers bought an engine for $1800. It lasted a total of three hours. The refund and warranty is a joke. They will not do anything to help you.
do not fall for a warranty with this company They are a total scam. You will be like me, regretting ever doing business with them.

I called for a part, and my friend Ronnie was not only helpful but kind. It took a day for him to verify that my part was goid before he sold it to me. He did everything to make the purchase happen, and always did what he said he would do. Ronnie is highly recommended, you can tryst thus man!Thanks, Ronnie, I'll be buying from you again!

Needed a window for my 2008 Dodge Avenger. They have great prices and excellent customer service. They also allowed me to return an part I didn't need with no problem. I left very satisfied.
They put a motor in my son’s 2003 Ford Expedition and also have an heater core put in my 1999 Ford Expedition. I have been satisfied with the work they did and I also like that they all are so friendly. Love listening to Marty joking, I recommend anyone that need car repairs or parts to give them a call
Nice people, but so disorganized. They wasted 2 hours of my time without ever finding The Thing that they said. Yeah, come on, we got it so I drove 30 miles and waited 2 hours for them to apologize and they were.

I come all the way from Decatur, Ga to get my car fixed they tell you the exactly what’s wrong without ripping you off. Mark always takes care of me and my family We love Bell’s Motors it’s definitely worth the drive.

From the very 1st time i walked into the door at Bell's Motors Inc. I was treated like family. You know as a woman you don't always feel that comfortable walking around and automotive place. But at Bell's Motors I was made to feel so comfortable that I sat around there talking with Marty, his granddaughter and the other guys that were working there for about 45 minutes. The rear end in my Tahoe needed replaced. Not only did they have my part at a reasonable price, the owner Mark Bell had his driver deliver it all the way in Blue Ridge, Ga to the mechanic for me. Easy to do business with. Eager to help and get the job done. We asked the man who picked up our car if they would remove the radio for us since it was not damaged and we had just installed it. This place was a lifesaver! My wife and I traveled from Dalton GA to get a wheel to replace the cracked one we were driving on to a place called Gray & White who told us they had it but when we get there and wait for 30 minutes they tell me they don't have it, that where bell's come in and saves the day. Bell's treated us like family and tried to make up for the mistake and poor customer service the other guys have and they succeeded. This place went above and beyond and had earned a repeat customer even though we live so far away but it's worth the drive.
He's very caring for his customers. His prices are great. When you call him for a part he always do his best to have it ready. His workers are very nice also. He's an easy going gentleman. Highly recommended!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! WHAT KIND A BUSINESS IS THIS! We are a car dealership and we order parts from different places very often all the time they accept check or credit card. A few days ago we order some parts from this shop and they accepted a check. Yesterday we order an engine for a 2005 F150 , today we were waiting for it, we put the car on the lift when the engine arrived they only want cash as a method of payment , I tried to pay by check or credit card but they didn't want it. We are wondering IF THEY DON'T WANT TO PAY TAXES or somebody wants to steel some money. I CALL AT THE OFFICE NUMBER BUT THEY DIDN'T RESOLVE MY ISSUE. I hope the owner can see this review and contact me. We are a serious business. On the website says that they accept credit card.They wasted my time, my mechanic time. They don't care. Please I hope you can help me.
