Wally went above and beyond to check the tires and brakes of the vehicle I planned to drive in order to safely follow him as he took the vehicle in need of repair to the mechanic. I can not thank him enough for his friendliness, time and patience! I will only work with this company for now on!

I didn't know it, but if you have AAA they will bring you a NEW battery. Hook towing brought me a new one in less than half an hour! Wally was great. Very friendly and efficient! He told me they are now doing the AAA calls. I definitely recommend them if you need if you need service!

Wally, from Hook Recovery and Towing, answered my call to AAA requesting help with my car that would not turn on. He came promptly and was very competent. He suggested that I bring the car to the dealer since the battery was still under warranty. He was able to get the car running, but since it was unclear how long the charge would last, I decided to let him tow the car. I appreciated his sending me a photo of the car at the dealership and letting me know that he had left the key in the drop box. Every aspect of the service was very professional.

Wally, himself, is the epitome of Customer Service! I am truly grateful that Wally is the service technician who was dispatched to help me via AAA. Day one, he showed up and did a thorough testing of my battery and related systems, communicated a wealth of information so I would understand everything that was happening in my situation, and he did so with the most personable and professional disposition. Day two, I decided to purchase a new battery through AAA. I was fortunate to have Wally answer the call to replace my battery. AAA did not communicate to him that this was an actual purchase and installment but Wally made it happen and he did it all with such grace! He went out of his way and beyond the call of duty to juggle his schedule, squeeze me in, and go to his shop to get a battery to come back to install the battery for me (after another testing). I SO appreciate the integrity, treating people the way everyone wants to/should be treated, and doing it with such personality. I cannot recommend Wally and this company enough!

I had a flat tire on the side of the highway and Wally kept me updated with his personal phone to let me know where he was and came quickly.

Amazing experience at a not so amazing time. Had a vehicle mishap and needed a tow. Called AAA and started the process. Hook Recovery and Towing in Macon Ga was dispatched. Wally arrived at the Buc-ee’s on Russell Pkwy. Extremely knowledgeable exhibiting a very professional demeanor. We had to be towed 125 miles and hitched a ride, which included our 2 pups, with Wally who was also an excellent driver. This is definitely one of the best if not the best experience we’ve ever had with a towing service. Highly recommend!!! Thanks Wally.

Shout out to my man Dave! He came out and got me after my tire went flat and couldn’t be moved due to not having the correct lock key. Took me to a nearby 24 hr tire shop that got me taken care of. He was professional, had great communication, and he showed up in a timely manner. He even attempted to see if he could get it figured out without the tow to save me money. They genuinely care and if I’m ever in need again, they’ll be my first call! Thanks again Dave, happy to be going home tonight.

Hooks towing and recovery is who AAA sent out to jumpstart my diesel truck. They are amazing, and I would definitely use their services in the future! They went above and beyond to ensure my truck got jump started, and even followed behind to the parts store to make sure the truck didn’t die in the meantime. Wally to the rescue! Of all days, my battery acts up in front of Publix on New Years Eve. Wally kept me updated on his arrival time and was very efficient in getting my battery started. Prior to this visit, I'd considered cancelling my AAA but Hook renewed my faith. Thank you!

Wallace was an absolute BLESSING to work with. We blew a tire and busted our rim while traveling to vacation on I75 hours away from home. We were picked up within 15 minutes and on our way to the shop. Since it was after hours we had no choice but to book a hotel next to the dealership and he was so incredibly kind to drop us off and allow us time to unload our items. We would blow a tire again just to have him come get us again! He was a true angel!

I was in a rough spot and one of the drivers "Nick" helped me out immensely. Communication was 10/10, I helped him out with the location of the vehicle, he found it with no problem. The original plan was to tow it to a shop for a tire replacement. I asked Nick if he could put the spare on if my brother brought the key to the car, he did that for me. Saved me time and money by putting that tire on for me. Great down to earth person. 5/5 recommend 👌🏾 Note, the service was used through AAA insurance, I did not have to pay.

Great service! We had a flat tire on 475 and did not have key to unlock wheel. Hook arrived quickly and took us to a dealership where Hook's driver helped the dealership change the tire because their service dept. had already closed. Could not ask for better service!!!

By far the best towing service I've ever used! David was able to get my car out of what seemed an almost impossible situation but he knew exactly what to do and how to do it! I definitely highly recommend them!

Best towing experience in my life! Upon calling AAA, I usually have to wait hours for towing when they employed other towing services. With Hook, I only had to wait 30 minutes and the driver showed up even earlier than expected! However, I do realize that response time can vary based on conditions. Wally, my tow operator, was very professional and courteous as well as helpful with information about my dropoff location. He made sure that I reached my destination, well before they closed! I will definitely request Hook the next time I need a tow, with or without AAA!
