Best car lot in macon I bought a Jeep Cherokee I loved it until it got totaled from a accident where me and my son got hurt. But we are alive and I'm very grateful. Josh was an amazing guy helping me every time and as promised he would find me my dream Jeep a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Xl. I'd go give them my service again.
Let me just start off by saying how much I appreciate 247 auto sales!!! I was so stressed out trying to find a vehicle. I called and spoke with Josh and he was so kind and reassuring he told me he got me and he kept his word. As a matter of fact everyone that worked their were so friendly. I was approved for an 2018 Toyota Highlander that is beautiful inside and out. The process was not long. I will definitely do business with then again!!!!!

What ever you do, don't waste your time or money on any vehicle from 247 dealership. They are the worst and sneaky people 🙄 😒 to deal with. Said the battery was dead in a vehicle I asked about, so they jump started the vehicle and allowed me to drive it . Seems nice but after a 30 min drive the tire pressure sensor light came on. That was due to the tires and rims off of a early model truck they had on the vehicle. I should have known right then noooo, but I was sold on it cause they said the employee had the original tires and rims at his house and I can get them in two days. I took the vehicle 6miles up the road after purchasing it, and came back 4 days later. I started the vehicle and the check engine light was on. I called the dealership and the first thing out their mouth was sold as is no warranty. Took the vehicle to the original dealership and it is 2,300 dollars to fix the vehicle. Save the money in your pockets when dealing with 247 auto dealership and keep moving down the road.
Seems like a great place if you enjoy being talked to like a child, or just want to hang with some rude people. Glad I called first, and got treated the way I did before I went here. Seems to be the trend after reading some reviews of the place online, but then again, what can you expect from a car salesman, really?
Do not purchase a car from them! They were supposed to fix my sunroof & seatbelt and I kept having to call them for updates! I bought my car over a month ago & they never fixed it now everytime it rains the water comes through my car because they didn’t fix it !
Do not buy anything from them they are a rip off I repeat please do not buy anything from them. They lied for over a month about fixing a car I purchased for my daughter. They never fixed it and told me to get if fixed because he was tired of me asking!!
I have not got a vehicle from this business YET but I am trying. The customer care I received from the gentleman that answered my call was simply amazing. I felt as if I was having a conversation with a family member. Great people for sure!!!

Recently my daughter wrecked the car that I purchased for her. This time she wanted to be more independent and by a car on her own. After shopping around we found 247 auto sales in Macon, GA and she was very excited. After getting the car, she found out that there were 2 important things wrong with the car. So, I called and got a gentleman on the phone by the name of Josh. He listened to my concerns and he apologized and asked if I could bring the car back. Now, to be honest I thought maybe they were gonna give us the run around. But Josh made sure that our issues and concerns were taken care of. I was amazed! He not only did what he said but did it in a timely manner. Josh was very empathetic towards me and my daughters concerns and had excellent customer service. Josh truly is a asset to this company. I was amazed by the professionalism and courtesy given to us. I strongly recommend going to see Josh or asking for him if you decide to call. This is not the average used car facility. This is a place that when you drive away, you can feel comfortable about your purchase. Now I don’t know about everyone else there but I do know that Josh is the man if you go to 247 auto sales.

Got a car, then 2 weeks later the engine light comes on. I had a diagnostic done on it, called Josh. He said that he would have his mechanic call me. Never got a call. I got parts, still no mechanic. The next week the car didn’t start nor make a sound. I called back, again, I was told the mechanic would be in touch only this time he asked for my address so the mechanic could come look at it. Mechanic never showed. My son then called and was told that the mechanic was tied up and that it is an “As is” Sale. If I’d known this would be the treatment, I would have turned the car back in before the tenth day. They kept taking my payments knowing that the car was faulty and a lemon. That is really sad. It’s not easy coming by money to just have it taken away on what they knew was junky from the get go. I could have used the money to buy a better car from a more caring dealer. Lesson learned….smh Be careful because people do anything during the COVID-19 pandemic to get money, I guess.
This place is horrible! I bought a car from Jeff over a year ago and he has me on the weekly plan. He towed my car the first time I missed a payment and told the towing company I had no insurance. I had insurance still, because my policy has never been cancelled, but since he sent the tow truck they took the car anyway for a false "no insurance claim" and $100. I was made to pay over $600 just to get my car back after he came up with all kinds of towing fees. It has been horrible business the entire time I've dealt with Jeff and I encourage anyone looking for a vehicle with an upstanding, honest, and understanding company PLEASE choose somewhere other than ZNG AUTO.

Only getting one star because that’s the only way you can post a review. These people are dishonest and will fabricate a reason to claim you’re being fraudulent. By doing this they do not have to refund any money you put down on a vehicle.
Jeff and his staff were very friendly and helpful. They got me into the right vehicle for my family. They also serviced the vehicle when I had a issue and got me back riding w no problems. I most def will be back when I need another vehicle.
Very Very Good people... I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience but as for me... went and got a car had some issues gave them a call... the owner or the head man went and got me the car that I actually wanted! I mean it gets no better than that! Even worked with me on the down payment and stayed open a little longer to give me a chance to get off work! I’m talking about y’all may not be understanding what I’m saying... the people went out the way to make me happy! Also gave me several options as to how we can straighten it! But before giving me any option I was asked what do I think I wanna do! Great people and service! I pray the business continues to be successful for 100+ years!
Bought a car from Brian Washington stating that all it needed was an oil change to get rid of the engine light, but as it turns out the car had recently had an oil change and it instead had major electrical problems. Brian does not return calls or messages. Do not buy your vehicle from this place as they are dishonest and will it do anything to make things right.

*UPDATE* Had a bit of a mechanical issue with the Ford Escape and they reacted very quickly, paid for the repair and followed up to make sure everything was okay. Outstanding customer service, really appreciate their integrity.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM ! If I could give 0 stars i would. I️ bought a 2012 Chevy Camaro from these guys. And when i bought it , it didn’t have any oil, and power steering fluid. It was so much wrong with the car it’s sad! I️ took the car to get inspected a week after i bought it, because i was having so many problems and the list came back long! I have bad brakes , a bad o2 sensor , rotors, bad transmission , and i need a new purge valve. When i took the car to Chevrolet he said that they put in a o2 sensor that didn’t even fit my car they just jammed it in there and rigged it up ....Jeff , the owner, also said that he would get me a new bottom grille it’s been a month and still haven’t seen it. The mechanic zip tied my fog lights in and broke the interior of my front end. THE CAR IS A COMPLETE LEMON. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy a car from here. #zerostars
