Diamond Towing rocks!!! We hit something in the road on Interstate 16 where all the roadwork is being done and got a flat and scratched up the rims of the tire. Diamond Towing was there almost instantly to assist us. Call them for all your tow needs: reasonable, reliable and fast!!

On 26 Mar 2024 about 10:00 AM I called Diamond Towing for assistance. Needed a tow from Hartley Bridge Rd. to the Honda dealership. Called twice and both times I was advised to leave a message but instead I got the old “this mailbox is full. Goodbye “ A great way to get business. I’ll definitely not try again. Called Ackerman and got great service!
My wife broke down on I-75 this morning at 7AM. Her Jeep didn't get towed up until 330 PM this afternoon. I find this totally unacceptable. And no one informed us. A 40K vehicle left unattended on an interstate. 😡 Our insurance can't recommend this company to us ever again.
Great reasonable prices compared to other companies. They towed my car 40 miles and I didn't go broke getting it done. Mr. Quint (I believe that was his name was very nice and professional. They were awesome!
If you are from out of town and looking for a tow please call Diamond towing! Bill was so kind to us when our car broke down at a gas station on the way home from Florida last weekend. He came to tow our car quick. When it started after he arrived, he followed us to get a new battery!
I was stuck in downtown macon when my alternator went out. Another company told me it would take an hour and a half to get to me. I was so upset. He told me he would get there in 20 minutes and he did. Got me home and was very friendly.
Diamond Towing is great! We were on our way to Florida for our vacation when we had a tire blow out. Billy (the owner) got to us quickly and was so kind! His price for a tow was really reasonable too. I can’t recommend this service highly enough!

Billy pulled my Mercedes out of a ditch in my back yard today. I had underestimated just how drenched the soil is in Macon. I had attempted to park in the back and detail my car. it just sunk in the ground. Then there was mud everywhere! I called Billy, he came on time as promised, he was very patient and professional in taking care of my car! If you ever need to have something done fast and right, Call Billy.
Billy was great. The wait wasn't long and he was very helpful. He even tried to help us plug our tire but the tire was messed up pretty bad lol but he was friendly and genuinely nice

Set up appointment to have my car picked up and taken to dealership. Left work early to meet him at the time he set. Waited an hour and called. He had totally forgot who I was and the appointment. Did nothing to help me. I guess the other reviewers were lucky. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Stay clear.

I gave a five star rating for the simple fact it would not give me the option to put as many stars as he deserves. He is man of his word turned down higher paying jobs to come out and do my tow because we had an appointment. The very next day my wife locked her keys in the truck and when I called him he had just gotten home and was getting ready for his date night which he then put off to go unlock my wife's truck. Completely selfless man speaks wonders of what kind of man he is putting the wellbeing of others before himself. I would never recommend anyone else nor would I use anyone else besides Diamond Towing and Billy. Thank you again Billy!
The driver who happens to be the owner of the company is very friendly and definitely cares about the person needing towing. I called him and he answered immediately and said he would be there in 20 minutes. He got there in 10, no lie. Quick and professional about the job. He even offered us cold drinks which he keeps for the customers. The whole process from pickup to drop off was less than an hour. I highly recommend this dude. He'll get you squared away.
Wish I could give Billy and Diamond Towing 6 stars. Prompt, friendly, and EXCELLENT price. By far the best towing experience I have ever had. I was stranded on the side of I-75 at midnight in the pouring down rain and Billy came right away and towed my car 20 miles. I was floored by his willingness to come quickly and his fair pricing.
He arrived before his estimated time. Got to work right a way. Very professional and extremely careful with my vehicle. I was able to get home in time to have dinner with my family. Will call Diamond again if I need towing service.
