They are no help they barely want to help find car and part you are looking for. Plus I recommend walk threw junk yards this one is capable of giving you anything they want.
I hate hate this place is around they always have the nastiest damn attitudes never trying to help always want you to know like you're a mechanic yall are the car experts sir they always waking up on the wrong side of the bed breathing hard when asked what they think is a dumb question this has been going on for yearsss how tf are they even still a business but I guess we need salvage yards I know saying do better will not help this place but simply go to hell
Adam is such a nice person. He brought my car home after 4hrs of waiting. It wasn’t his call but he got the job done because the guy that suppose to have brought it had every excuse and on top of that he stop answering my phone call. Charged $200 to take the Car a Block to the House and put in the Yard. Left Car on the side of the Road blocking the Mailbox and didn't give a Receipt. I don't know why the City Started back using you All!!
I live in Jacksonville Fl. I called them for rear seats for my pick up truck. They went went and informed me that they have the seats ready for me to be picked up. Drove up from Jacksonville to Macon Georgia Thursday morning. When I got there the parts were ready as they promised. Great service on point. The following weekend i installed and they fitted 100 percent. Thank you!!! Pleasure to do business with.
The starter went out on my car and Terry arrived in a timely manner, got me and my vehicle to our destination with no issue, and he was very professional and friendly. If I ever need a tow (god forbid), I'll be calling these guys again.
Terry was AMAZING! My vehicle was disabled at the front of my apartment complex, and he came all the way to my apartment and up the stairs just to get my key. He saved me a walk in the heat! He was also here within 15 minutes rather than the suggested 90 minutes! He had a great personality and willingness to help and was very efficient!
Absolute waste of time and money. Took them 4 hrs to pull 2 head lights and a fender. Messed up the fender which is what i needed. Will Absolute waste your entire day, and theirs. How do you even make money, taking 4 hrs pulling a pair of headlights? Bet they make more than 10 an hr, so by my math you lost out. No profit, no gain.
My transmission could have been pressured washed it messed up my suv but it's good the service made it alright I would recommend them just ask them to pressure wash your part first 😭😭🤦🏽♂️💪🏾😂💯
Dont ever use this company. I had to use them twice and both times they were late. And the woman who answers the phone is extremely rude. Do not waste your time or money. They should really invest on watches.
This company is very unprofessional. They are very rude when it come to customers service. They also don’t like to look you in your face when you are speaking with them. I don’t understand how anyone deal with this company honestly.
They sold me a part that want any good but the service and the return went smoothly. I would shop here again because great service is very important to me.

First off the initial experience was dismal customer service was very unprofessional the woman who answered the phone acted if she did not want to be at work and it emerge through the phone with her bad/short attitude. Second it took 2 hours for the wrecker to show up, of course the police calls takes presents over local non-emergency calls and that's understandable but nevertheless. And third the wrecker driver bent and scratch the bumper on my truck when dragging it on the flat-bed, I didn't see it but, a concern citizen call into my company and informed us of the incident. Although the bend and scratch was noticeable it could be repair with a hammer and some paint. I call the manager about this and he said he would check out and even get it fixed but to no avail it wasn't. So in a shell I will not recommend anyone using this company for anything.
i didn't like having to wait 2 hrs for a 10 minute tow with AAA. driver was quick to provide service when he finally arrived but service was very slow. i have better things to do than to wait 2 hrs while having impatient kids with me complaining about having to wait so long before leaving
Pretty good wrecker service, the guy jeff helped me bigtime when i was broken down on the side of I-75 with a blown turbo. He did a good job towing me to Gilbert Truck Repair in macon and I would use them again
This is the most dishonest business , you better think twice before calling these crooks, Ackerman damaged my vehicle and Ackerman lied to my face about it. Anyone that uses this crooked business will regret it
