Yes I went to pick up my vehicle on Tuesday morning at 9:00 I retrieve my vehicle continued to pull out of the driveway of the IAA in Winder and my power steering hose was busted and they refused to identify it saying that it wasn't their fault in my opinion I wouldn't trust them
Don’t buy from this location i won the car it’s was runs and drives on add,but when i came to pick it up vehicle and i started the car and drove it half a mile transmission stopped shifting then tried to return the vehicle they refused to take it back

I’m heartbroken and beyond disappointed. After my car was towed here following an accident, I returned to retrieve my personal belongings—only to find that everything was already gone. Valuables, irreplaceable items, and even the in-between things that make daily life function—they were all missing. I was handed a small bag with just an air freshener, my garage door opener, and a photo that I had on my dashboard. That’s it.
When we asked who had cleaned out the car or who might be responsible, we were told there was no record. They claimed a separate detailing company handled it—but couldn’t provide a name. How is that possible?
As a medical student, this situation is especially painful. Some of the equipment I rely on every day—tools that help me learn, treat, and care for others—were in that car. Now they’re just gone. On top of dealing with the aftermath of the accident, the stress of insurance, injuries, and trying to find a new car, I now have to deal with the fact that my belongings were either carelessly lost or outright stolen, and no one seems to care.
It’s disgraceful. Whether through negligence or complicity, this company failed at the most basic level of decency. If you value your time, your belongings, or your peace of mind, stay far away. No one should have to experience this—especially when they’re already going through so much
Horrible customer service! Very rude when I went to pick up my car and I was 3 mins late. They would not let me have it. I drove an hour to get there, I have cancer and can barely walk. They didn’t care at all. It was a Friday so I had to wait until Monday to get my car. I had to move my chemo treatment because of it. Again, they didn’t care, and no I didn’t show up late as in the were closed, it was 4:33 when I arrived. They close at 5! So once again HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
MY SONS PS5 WAS STOLEN OUT OF MY VECHILE ON THE LOT. THE COMPANY TOOK PICTURES OF THE CAR WITH THE GAME SYSTEM IN THE CAR AND REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING STATING IT WASNT WRITTEN DOWN AS INVENTORY. DAWN WAS ABSOULUTLY USLESS. SHE PROVIDED NO HELP AND FAILED TO EVEN LOOK AT THE CAMERA. THE PICTURE THE COMANY TOOK WAS ON THIER WEBSITE AND IT WAS TAKEN ON THEIR LOT AND SHE STILL SAID IT BASICALLY WASNT HER PROBLEM WHEN CLEARLY IT IS A COMANY ISSUE BECAUES I SEE OTHER REVIEWS STATING THE SAME SITUATION. I WILL BE GOING TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO LET THEN KNOW OF HAPPENED. I ENCOURAGE ANYONE THIS HAS HAPPEN TO TO REACH OUT TO THE DISTRICT MANGER (SHAWN PORTER) OF THIS LOCATION. I WILL BE DOING THE SAME. IT SEEMS THEY MAY BE STEALING PEOPLES ITEMS AND RESELLING OR USING FOR PROFIT AS TO WHY THEY DID NOT WANT TO ASSIT ME WITH GETTING MY SONS ITEM BACK.
My phone was stolen after my car was repossessed and they refuse to take accountability because it wasn’t “written down as inventory”. When I went to retrieve my property I made the lady that aware that everything that was in the car wasn’t written down & she told me that they don’t put everything. The manager Dawn had a different story when I called and said “they write everything down” . This is absolutely false. They are liars and thieves. If you ever want to work w these people, don’t !!!
Between the hours of 2 pm -2:30 pm on Friday the 13th of October an Employee driving the heavy equipment bringing vehicles to be loaded from the back lot to the front parking lots was driving recklessly through the front parking lot..It's posted the speed limit is 5 mph he had to be doing at least 20 + mph with vehicles on the forks bouncing.All while being on his phone.And not just once he zoomed in and out the gates multiple times. Him being careless is going to get someone hurt.
If we could give this place. A 0 I definitely would Dawn the branch manager should be definitely fired including Morgan and quontisha the fact they have people on the floor giving out false information and they cover themselves and lie it's crazy. They said that if I had any problems or things missing to take ot up with title max snd that they couldn't do nothing to it being a lie. My car was damaged while being there and they also asked Dawn to give me her area manager phone number and she refused to do so. They definitely need a new manager for this store and truthful employesss
The workers are not friendly, when you come to pick up cars you always wait 2 hours, but if you're 5 minutes late they don't give you the car.change you manager .
Worst place to spend your money. l bought a car, water damage. when I went to pick up the car was something else. car was damage on the front right side and also a nice spoiler was stolen after the pic was taken. a zone manager came out and offered me $89 dollars for the damage and parts missing on the car... the way they being operating this location is not right. You buy one thing and when you pick up they'll give you another thing.. l buy thousands of dollars every year in iaa but they just don't care about customers. done buying from this location.! hope they realize soon what they are doing.!
Horrible branch! Lost keys to a vehicle and have come up with all sort of excuses. Damaged vehicle with forks more than it was! Manager Dawn is useless and has a cocky attitude. DO NOT BUY from this branch!
Don’t buy from this branch , specially their title max cars…
They will list the tittle max cars as run and drive, just to get them out the door
Also keep in mind the run and drive definition will change when it fits them to get a car max out of the door

Their towtruck people damaged the underside of the vehicle that was repoed. They also left my bf and I stranded because I wasn't aware that anyone was looking for the vehicle. On top of that they opened and dug through literally every single compartment in the vehicle. Btw car got an oil change 3 days ago and tires have only been on for maybe a week. Beyond frustrated with this whole thing. I get that repo people have to do their jobs but had I been aware I would've handed the keys over so it could be towed correctly and I would have gotten my belongings out but instead it was taken from a Walmart parking lot and everything was in it. I've been sol since it was taken because all of my tools for my job were in it. Screw this place 😒
Very Strict rules regarding pickup and storage fees. They will not work with you if you have any issues that delay pickup. They will immediately start charging extremely high daily storage fees with no help to address - other than you need to get here and pick it up.
I lost my car title I went to this branch to get a duplicate, Mario at Iaa did a wonderful job took care of my situation. I would recommend this insurance auction to anyone. Thank you so very much Mario Keep up the good work.

It's an auto auction.i was sent here in a semi to tow an inoperable truck....had to call wrecker...but. the staff were very nice and accomodating.. thank you iaa.....great job finding great employees.....
Bought a car online from this branch and it was marked "Runs and Drives". Drove 3 hours to pick it up and when I started it up and drove it onto the trailer, it shot out about a gallon of oil in 30 sec from a large whole in the engine! I went back in and explained the situation to the branch manager who stood behind the claim and told me "Well it DOES run and drive technically because you drove it onto your trailer." Was completely useless and unwilling to help. Made me wait an hour and a half to speak with the regional manager (Steve Cummings) who was equally useless and stood behind his claim that it runs and drives. He admitted to me on the phone though that they don't actually drive the cars at all but still certify that they run and drive. False advertising?
The only thing they offered was to let me sell it in the next auction, without fees(had already paid them $700 in fees to buy it). At that point I agreed and sold the car for a loss.
Unfortunately that's not the end of the story. I gave them my address to send the check and they of course mailed it to a different, wrong address. When I finally did get the check, it was $100 less than I expected, because they still charged me to run it through the auction.
Beware of what you are buying because they have no issue misrepresenting something to get it sold, and will assuredly not do the right thing when it comes down to it. Dishonest and incompetent, what more could you want from a used car auction!
Went here to get my personal possessions from my car that was rear ended & totaled 2.18.18. I obviously wasn't thinking b4 I left other than an asphalt yard. The rain the day b4 made it a muddy mess going back & forth from wrecked car to rental. I neatly ruined my favorite gymshoe platforms when I had the perfect boots @ home. The process could be improved upon especially for ppl's 1st time having a wreck. The staff was extremely helpful an almost apologetic for the procedure that I had to go back to the office for a simple item.
