Took my wife's car in after it was messed up by a sloppy oil change by Mavis. Turns out they kept most of the bolts holding the cover over the oil filter , and it slid over and fell, scraping on the road. Raul fixed it in about 5 minutes for a fair price. His helper is his wife, very nice people.
Well stocked garage, outstanding expertise, and top notch customer service.

This guy is the best mechanic I’ve met. I’m a car enthusiast and this guy really takes it the extra mile when it comes to taking care of his customers. I would highly recommend r and r auto repair. I’ve been here multiple occasions and he’s taken care of me the same every time. I swear if you see a bad review it’s probably not realistic. I’m telling all my friends and family to go to this shop for now on.

Traje mi suv aquí hace tiempo por la razón que tenia una fuga. Lo traje 2 veces seguidas y aún todavía tengo la fuga. Y lo peor de todo es que me cobró 2 veces.

Rual provides friendly service and he diagnosed and repaired the issue with my headlights. However, he did not call me or give me a customer work order. As soon as I got in my truck, there was an ABS code that wasn’t there before, my shift indicator was stuck in at 1 and I experienced intermediate issues with my other gauges on the instrument panel , and my apple car play wasn’t sitting flush with the trim and dash how it was before. Every good mechanic will be upfront with their communication with customers and inform the customer what is happening so they understand how the issue(s) gets resolved. I’m thankful that my headlights are working so I can get back on the road.
Raul is the real deal. Fast and affordable. Put my new alternator on the same afternoon I brought it to him. He showed me other issues I had with the suspension. He even had a couple of like new tires to replace the worn ones in the front. Highly recommended.
Our car wouldn't start after returning from out of town. My husband tried everything.. So I started searching for auto mechanic shops near me. Came across R and R. The reviews were great. Spoke to Raul and ask him what could it be. We had our car towed to the shop on a Saturday night by Sunday afternoon, the car was repaired. Raul is the real deal. My husband and I are so grateful that we found him. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. He deserves it.
My husband’s Mercedes wouldn’t start, and we had no idea what was wrong with it. We’ve had so many other complicated issues with this car, we assumed it would be another crazy fix that would cost a lot of money and take a lot of time to repair. I found Raul while looking around on google, and I’m so glad I did because he was able to get the car fixed in less than a day. He even stayed at the shop past closing when I had to have the car towed to him. Turns out it was just a bad battery and some cables that needed replaced. He was honest and upfront about everything. It’s hard to find a good mechanic, but he quickly earned our trust, and we will be going to him for all of our future car repairs, which will hopefully be few and far between, but we are more than happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy mechanic. Raul is an amazing mechanic! He's very friendly and accommodating to his customers. I needed to have an A/C compressor replaced on my car and he took care of me from beginning to end. I was given multiple options to fix my issue to help with my budget. He also personally dropped me off at my home when I left my car with him for service. Then, he brought my car to me when it was done! Pure professional service! Cannot recommend enough!
Was on a road trip and my drive shaft broke off. He was the only guy open on Sundays. He had me back on the road in 24 hours at a reasonable rate. 10/10 reccomend.
We had a flat tire right before we were going to leave for our trip, and we got in right away, got our tire patched, and were on our way in less than an hour. Great service at a great piece :)
I would like to Thank R and R for his service I was on the Highway in winder ga and made one call and 15min he was driving up my truck just shut off while I was driving and it was 7pm so he figure the problem out and and went to the parts store and came back with the parts with that being said I was able to drive my truck home and fix he will always get 5stars from me
R&R Auto Repair saved me from a big headache. My battery light came on 10 miles before I got to my in-laws house on a Friday afternoon. All signs pointed to it being my alternator. I knew I wouldn’t make it back to Duluth without getting it fixed. I called around and no one could get to it until Monday, except R&R Auto Repair. He had the van fixed that day, and I was able to keep my appointments for Monday. Awesome service!
Needed some work done on my vehicle to be completed in a timely manner and they had it done. My driving experience feels safer thanks to them. Also, Raul was willing to work with me in regards to what needed to be done and how much things would cost. He's a kind honest man who's such a blessing. Will definitely be using his services for future needs.
Oh and to his staff, that was willing to show me the problem and get me some water though I didn't ask.... my baby and I needed it. He obviously paid attention. Thank you.

I'm really happy with Mr. Raul. my car broke down,I was traveling from AR. to Georgia and I had to come back to AR.I was scared for a moment because I thought that was no hope for me to fix my car tho he was very good trying to find what was going on with my car untill he found the problem.he was very polite, respectful and very professional. All I can say is come to this shop and trust me your car will be in good hands.
I went to the shop. Met a very nice man named Raul he worked on my Rav 4 and gave me a great price. He brought my car to me and on our way back to his shop I noticed I left my cell phone home and I wouldnt have my GPS to get home. He insisted to drive me back home and had his wife follow us so I could get home safe. Not only a great mechanic but also a very caring person. Thank you Raul you have a client for life.
