Pretty dishonest not to change the tags when the price changes on the product…. And the tag price is not honored, so you think an item is at one price and when you get ready to pay for it, the price is, usually, higher! The guy at the front couldn’t care less, just shrugged at me and said that they don’t change the price tags in timely manner, so….. pay or don’t pay lol that’s such a stupid way to run business

Randy was fantastic. He not only helped me find the right battery for me car, he installed it at no charge. I was caught off guard and didn't have any cash on me to tip him as I was not expecting him to install the battery. I did the next best thing and am giving 5 stars for this location! Huge thank you to these guys! Traveling and threw a belt due to the tensioner failure. Not only did they have the part in stock but they were nice enough to get it to us so we didn't have to walk 45 mins. Saved the day!
I’m glad I didn’t pass by the store like I started! It’s been a while since I’ve been to this location because the last few times the people were kinda rude! But when I walked in today I was greeted with a smile by all the employees up front although they were helping others! Then Mike( I think that’s his name) came over to the next register and helped me get what I needed. He even went outside to get my old battery because it was too heavy for me to carry! He was very polite and professional through the entire transaction. When we were done, he took the new battery to my car! I had a very pleasant experience and I’m glad I stopped at Advance today! Thanks for the great customer service guys! Keep up the good work!
The place was backed with only 2 people inside ,The dude behind the desk took for ever to look for something . He Didn't even know where the part I wanted was.He said my military card didn't count because it was out of date and argued about it in front of other costumers , I was so embarrassed. I told him I have a navy federal card ,he replied anyone can get one of those. I worked for the DOD for 8 years.He said that he was the military too,I didn't feel like arguing with him. So if your a vet don't go here.Go to O'Reilly they are awesome.

Kudos to Casey Layton, General Manager, for running a store where customer service is second to none! I was amazed at the friendly service and "above and beyond" help from Casey! I had a head lamp out and went in to buy the bulb. Casey not only helped me find the bulb (and gave me a discount on a two pack because he didn't have a single pack) but then offered and proceeded to install it for me. The bulb was blocked by a fuse box in a very tight area, but he persisted and got the old one out and the new one in. As he was working on this, we had a discussion about how important customer service was and how you don't always find that anymore. He made it very clear that if you aren't willing to give good customer service you won't be working for him at this store! If you need help with your auto parts you should definitely go to this particular Advance Auto Parts store! Thanks, Casey, for a very positive experience!!

Paid for 3 parts. Received only 1 that was in the shop at the time of ordering. They took my phone number to call when the other 2 parts arrive. They never called. I called after 4 days. My order arrived 3 days ago they said. Ok. I came to the shop and they give me 1 part. Where is the other? You only ordered 1 they said. We gave you 2 at the time of purchase. This is not true. Obviously they made a mistake. After 15 minutes of going back and forth they never admitted their mistake… Incompetence at it’s best. Avoid this place
Super great experience. Went in for a new battery and was helped by Kurt who was knowledgeable and kind throughout the process. Will definitely come back, though I hope not too soon.

After noticing that our break lights weren’t turning off and we were far from home vacationing with our young kids I started googling for a solution. Hoping that we just needed to change the break pedal pad we headed to Advanced Auto Parts and thankfully we came across Mike Jr. who graciously helped us figure a solution to our problem. Mike jumped right in and helped me out. Great customer service and all around good guy. We thought this would be the end to our vacation and thankfully Mike saved the day! Great experience getting my car battery replaced! I’m always a little nervous getting my car serviced as I don’t know a lot about cars. Mike tested my (very dead) battery, explained my options, and replaced my battery in no time. I wasn’t expecting to get this fixed so fast and easily.
After the AAA person came out and told us we needed a new battery and he had one for $267 we opted to go to Advance Auto. I told Mike we needed a new battery and he asked "are you sure? Let me check" The battery was fine just needed some corrosion removed which Mike did and the car started right up. In today's market all to often the focus is the bottom line but Mike was out to help. We need more people like him and rest assured all my auto business will go to Advance Auto on US 1 South St. Augustine
I woke up to a dead car battery and Advanced Auto Parts came through! I was able to get a jump so I could get to their location and I was taken care of and back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Excellent customer service! They completely saved my day!
Mike and Casey were great! Stopped in tonight when I realized my headlight was out.They didn’t assume I had no idea what I was doing (I didn’t! Shameful, I know) but when they realized I was gonna wing it they were more than happy to replace it and show me how to do it for next time. Turns out my headlight was loose and didn’t need to be replaced, but they weren’t bothered at all that they wasted some time getting me the right ones/showing me the steps, and offered to replace them anyway, refund the lights I bought, or just keep them for when I need them. They were quick yet professional, knowledgeable, and both had a great sense of humor. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I appreciate you guys!
Advanced auto parts has got to be the best auto store I’ve ever been in. Brian was so helpful. He gave me all the information I needed and got my parts for me. He also suggested some places where I can get things that they did not carry. And he did all this with a smile on his face. In today’s world where everybody seems to be in a hurry it is rare to find such a caring individual.He took the time to really explain things to me and get me what I need it. Thanks, Brian.

Good stuff! I went to buy a new battery for my car, and it took no more than 20 minutes for me to buy it, have it installed, and be on my way. A few days after installation, I had a sensor light turn on in my car that indicated the battery needed to be checked, so I went back to Advanced to see what was happening there. The person behind the counter said he'd be happy to take a look at it, and it turns out all it needed was a firmer push for it to lodge into place. He also ran an extensive test on the battery, so I could know everything was great with it, and I appreciate it. Service with a smile and follow-up, I would recommend this place.
