My tires needed air so I went to Old City Tire to ask if they could put air in them. I told them I didn't have an appointment but they said that was OK and took me right in. They found a nail in my tire and fixed it right away. Their sense of urgency was outstanding! They fixed me right up. I go there for oil changes and tire rotation. They were all friendly. I would recommend them. Thank you!

The new manager, Carlos, was there early tidying up the outside of the shop. He was very friendly, and attentive to my needs. They completed the job at a fair price.

I was helped right away, the gentleman at the front desk explained everything to me in detail. He fixed the tire I needed in an ample amount of time and was very accommodating. Thank you again 🙂

We couldn't have had a better experience. We had a nail in our tire while vacationing in St Augustine. They took care of us immediately and were very nice folks.

Was able to get an appointment same day and get my brakes replaced! Gotten two sets of tires here and they always do a great job and are very fair. Will absolutely continue going with them in the future!

Took my car in for an alignment and balance, ended up just getting a balance and rotation. Tech test drove it and felt it didn't need an alignment. The guys there are super nice as well. I can't recommend them enough!

I had a fantastic experience at Tire Outlet in St. Augustine. I drive a 2023 Lucid Air Grand Touring and the tires it uses are a bit of a niche 19” Pirelli tire. I had to replace a tire which had picked up a couple of big roofing nails so my tire wasn’t really repairable. I was afraid that I would have to special order my tire and wait a week or so, but Tire Outlet had my tire in their system and they were able to bring it in for installation the next day! The office folks were pleasant and courteous and they treated me like a friend, not just as a customer. An hour and a half after I arrived, I was good to go. Can’t say enough good about Tire Outlet in St. Augustine. Thank you, Guys!

Took my truck in for balance and rotate the tires. It took 1:40 to do it. They balanced but did not rotate. I was handed my keys and told nothing. Found out later they did not rotate them. When I called I was told the tech said they are wearing good and don’t need to be rotated for another 5000 miles. The fronts are starting to cup! They have never been rotated! Not sure what the tech was looking at. NO communication from management! This is very poor customer service.

They are very kind, true professionals! If there's anything on my car that needs fixing and they can do it, I will definitely only take it to them. And I think they do excellent work at fair and reasonable prices!

Outstanding!!! I drove up with a flat tire on a busy Friday they had only one tech on staff and still managed to get me out within an hour. With a brand new tire I was highly impressed and grateful!!

The whole process went smooth and even though they were very busy the job was done timely and perfect. Bruce and the whole crew were super friendly and competent. I’ve been there before and I certainly will go back to get all the services they offer.

Service was excellent and the price was reasonable. My Jeep now drives like it’s brand new.

I went to Old City thinking it was a Local business that I could show support to; to only find out it’s a corporation . I had my car worked on after dropping it off on Friday 10/18 and everyday I would call them inquiring about when it will be fixed. With all kinds of “ excuses” I finally got my car back on Saturday 10/25. It was clearly not fixed: I called the Corperate Office and was put on a 3-way call to discuss fixing it properly. Brought it back to the shop. Waited until it was done and AGAIN it was NOT FIXED! Bruce offered again to fix it. How many times does it take??? Not to mention I was overcharged and Never got an Esitimate!! Not good business practice!!! I want a refund so I can get my car fixed RIGHT!!

Took me in the same day I called. They didn’t make me wait for a long time to repair my tire. They were very polite and professional. I have purchased tires for this business in the past and will continue doing business with them in the future.

I took my car to get service for an oil change the man told me it would be about 45 min. Okay that was find because I normally take it to Nissan but I don’t want to wait 3 hours at a dealership just for an oil change. I waited about 2 hrs to the point then man behind the counter had to go see what was taking so long on my car. Moving forward I didn’t noticed right away that the oil was leaking I do a lot of driving for work. So one day I noticed that there oil leaching from my car I have a brand new car 2025 so I’m freaking out that the oil is leaking. The car told my the oil was low but I didn’t have time to get it service. I check my oil level it’s none it . Which is crazy because even if your due for oil change your still has oil just need new oil a filter. Nissan tells me that that my previous oil change that was perform didn’t seal it correctly and that’s why my order was leaking. I reached out to tire outlet to let them know what I was informed to get them to replace the money I just bought for the repair. The guy named Bruce told me he’s gonna reach out to his regional manager, and his regional manager didn’t reach back out to me about a week later, stating that they will not be refunding me for the repair. I had to get done due to my oil leaking because he felt that I was over on my mileage and I should have noticed it sooner. I’m a girl I don’t do cars. I don’t look at the ground every time I’m in my car. I noticed it when I noticed it and I felt like that was unfair. Bad business never had an oil change that was not sealed correctly. And how unprofessional to make the customer feel like it’s their fault that they didn’t get their oil changed check sooner I called Nissan. Nissan says the mouse on the car versus the origins had nothing to do with one another. It wasn’t so correctly and I feel like they should refund me my money for the repairs Which I gave the receipt to show and write there an OC essay due to previous oil change that’s why I was dealing when I was dealing with and had to miss a day of work on top of it. Bad business.

Had a very positive experience at Tire Outlet. I believed I needed a replacement tire pressure monitor but was informed it just needed a reset not replacement which saved me money. Honesty means a lot to me and I got that at Tire Outlet. Great staff and a local down home atmosphere! Thanks.

Great shop! I have moved to Saint Augustine about four years and have been coming here ever since. You make an appointment and they actually keep their promise to keep it. Bruce the manager and service writer D are great to work with.

The guys here are extremely helpful. I came in looking to get new tires, rims and a two-inch lift on my Bronco. They made suggestions, gave me multiple quotes for different rims/tires and got the ones I wanted shipped to their store in a very timely manner. They worked quick and brought my vision for my Bronco to life. Also, I hope Bruce gets well soon!! (Bruce was injured while working on my Bronco)

I got an oil change, tire rotation, and balance. The prices are very good however, after getting my truck balanced, it rode worse than it did before I dropped it off. They put different weights on them that was initially on the truck and now I have to take it back to get rebalanced. They had no problem getting me rescheduled and extremely nice. The only issue I have is I have to take it back for a second day which interferes with my schedule. Hopefully the second time will work

Ive been buying tires for years and had 1 bad experience which left me with 3 good tires and 1 defective that they put blame on me well the tire was holding pressure but split on side wall there were no signs of foul play but...... Well I still have three tires of which I dont know what to do with.. Been going elsewhere but this time I figured I would try them out again.. They found a tire that fit my needs and all four are on my truck now I feel like they are under new management which seems better than before great service so good job guys and I hope last guy in charge doesn't have an opportunity to put anyone in a position that I was put in

Great experience with their great service. Awesome prices. I called a competitor to price check and I saved 30% going thru Tire Outlet. Love The crew there. Very nice gentlemen.

I used to get my tires and things at Costco, but they are willing to match Costco’s prices and are very professional and caring. Excellent work and attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone and they are now my new mechanics and tire shop

Great experience from looking for the correct tires to meet my requirements. Bruce and D were very knowledgeable and willing to take time so I selected the best tire at the best value. I continue to do business at this location because of their professionalism. I will be back again.

Man to much to type for real but it wasn’t a good experience at all. They did KIND OF look out by not charging me for the mount and install but I rather have paid and not have my rims been scratched at all. (2018 mustang GT) I used to hear very good things about this location but I can’t ever come back here again. Even after a being offered a free oil change next time. Don’t even wanna risk the frustration man

Professional, knowledgeable and patient while helping me decide on what brand and size tires I wanted to go with. I chose the BF Goodrich KO2's and also had them add a 2 inch leveling kit. I was VERY pleased with the new look of my 2020 Ranger. Best of all, it rides as good as it looks. Better than factory! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
