I can't tell you how much I appreciate someone who takes care of their business seriously. Definitely the reliable person that you want to hire when you need help!
Here is the situation I was in: I have a non-operative car shipped from out of State. The trucking company showed up but realized he lost the ramp and couldn't get the car off the ramp. The trucker could not maneuver the car into the narrow alley to our house even if he could unload it. He suggested that I call a local moving company to move the car from the street into the house. The trucker then left to retrace his route to find the ramp.
It was labor day holiday with the hurricane approaching. I called a few other local towing companies and no one is willing to work with the trucker. Finally I found EASY TOW. Ben talked to the trucker and worked out the place to meet and pick up my car, and then deliver to my house. The trucker was not punctual and ended up having EASY TOW waiting for an extra hour at the meeting point. Ben was patient and didn't let this irritate him. He delivered the car and tried to find ways to finally got the car into our garage. He was friendly and tried to resolve the problem. Definitely the reliable person that you want to hire when you need help! Thank you!

If you need a tow, these guys are the best. My truck was overturned and Ben had no problem flipping it upright and back home for the most fair price anyone could ask for. I was pretty rattled by the accident and he was genuinely concerned, understanding, and kind. Exactly the type of person I like to do business with. Ben carefully examined the wreckage, made a plan, and gingerly landed my mangled truck back on all fours. Very impressed. They take credit cards too! I rate them 10 stars if I could!

Really nice guy. My transmission gave out on my 15 year old car (also had no AC and very poor suspension). My destination happened to be far away and I was going to scrap it anyway, so I sold it to him in exchange for some $$ and a free tow. I didn't even have a title on me but he said to just mail it to him which is a cool thing to do. Good experience.
