Went to have my alternator checked after getting a battery from O’Reillys and the guy that helped me was very rude from the beginning and told me to take it to an auto shop which is fine. But the treatment from the employee was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional.
Mr. Martinez. That great employee who changed my battery and did a testing confirmed its highly unlikley my alternator was the issue. He spotted the problem in my battery, and seeing im in banker clothes went ahead and took care of thr switch out for me. Give him a raise
5 Star service from Mr. Tucker, without a doubt that kid is going places, he was very helpful and very understanding and seemed to have all the answers to my questions, AMAZING SERVICE!!
I spoke with Tucker today about my vehicle he helped me solve my problem right away I would 100% recommend him over anyone, he is extremely knowledgeable and also taught me about my problem and why it happened and how to prevent it.
I came in this afternoon to have my vehicle checked for codes and after I used the scanner, I had a very pleasant interaction with Brad. Brad was not only very personable but he was also very knowledgeable and gave me several helpful suggestions on some of my car troubles. Great service all around!

Wen asked if the hand held battery tester can sense a bad cell..she said no..
Ok so wen a customer tells u their battery lights comes on...we replaced brand new alternator....brand new terminals was installed...why u couldnt take 2 min out of your precious time to go and put it on the bigger machine

We got stuck traveling over 4 hrs....
Half way we got stuck...in the middle of nowhere...for almost 3 hrs.
Until our kids and grandbabies drove all the way down to bring us a new battery.
ALL OF THIS COULDVE BEEN AVOIDED IF U DID YOUR JOB!!!

This is one of the cleanest friendlst parts store with the kindest people I've ever delt with dennis and bill are 2 of the best in the business A. Pleasure working with both of you, 2 over the past years. Never backed down from a question. Always had correct answers. Always pass the correct parts over-the-counter years of perfect business. It’s always a pleasure to shop somewhere that I’m treated with kindness, respect, and that the workers truly go out of their way to not only help with any questions I may have, but are always polite and explain things without being condescending. As a woman, I really appreciate the respect I’ve always received at O’Reilly’s and highly recommend the Pace location specifically.
If you are a woman watch out shopping here. The men that work at this location make sure that you know that you are inferior to them and they will mock you and scoff at you. They will talk about you when they know you haven't left the store yet.
Wouldn't be surprised at all to hear how they're treating their women at home that's if they even have one.
Well I used to like O’Reillys until I just went in there and ask for them to scan my daughter’s Tahoe and she handed me the scanner. I told her I didn’t know how to do it and asked her to do it and she got mad and snatched it out of my hand and rolled her eyes as if I’m bothering her by asking her to do her job!! Needless to say I went somewhere else and I will NEVER go back!
Stopped in after getting an oil change somewhere else and my check engine light came on once I left when I went back they didn’t know what to do so they sent me to O’Reilly. The guy at O’Reilly, who helped me took a look under the hood and told me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it even gave me recommendations to a local mechanic. Very helpful and kind I should have gotten his name, but He didn’t even charge me for helping me out was a great experience, knowing I got professional advice.
I don't know why I keep going to this store. The customer service I have gotten here has ranged from arrogant to belligerent to being completly ignored. The Advanced Auto parts is a little farther down the road but they at least They don't ignore me.
Went in with my little brother for to get supplies for an oil change. After looking at oils and filters, we approached the counter to ask for advice and to make sure we got proper supplies. A man by the name of Addison looked up our supplies and was very rude about it. He acted like it was an inconvenience and that we were disturbing him. He looked up the oil type and when asked what type of filter we needed, he said in a very sarcastic and rude tone, "I don't know!" Would not recommend giving Addison any of your time because he obviously doesn't want to be present and customer service isn't a good skill that he has.
How can you have a simple service of turning Rotors and never have anyone able to do the job employee states "we only have one person that can do it and they only work until noon." And they are never there on the weekends. This is just poor they this company can't train more people to do this.
O'Reillys the #1 shop to go to for all your auto needs and wants! The friendliest and most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen at an Auto Shop. Great Deals, Prices and Warranties! If they don't have your part they'll get it.... or help you find it. 10-10 best Parts Store. I don't even know how other Auto Part Shops are still open?
Awesome service ! Will drive to Pace any time I need something for my car, the Pensacola/Milton stores just aren't up to par. The manager Dennis & Bill made sure I was set, they definitely go above and beyond for their customers!!
O'Reilly's Auto Parts has yet to fail me on a part I need to be in stock. I'm not a mechanic, but if there is something wrong, I'm going to give it a try first. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the store was clean.
So, I am a die hard fan of an auto parts store that has an orange sign, but after visiting the O'Reilly's store in Pace Florida today I have to reconsider my devotion.
The customer service in this store is by far the best of any auto parts store I have ever patroned. The gentleman that waited on my wife and I was so friendly and helpful it was almost over the top. I had them look at resurfacing a set of rotors for me but decided to buy new ones in the end, which was $45 cheaper than the other two big name auto parts store.
I'm a big dude, but the older gentleman who waited on us would not let me carry 3 heavy brake rotors and pads to our car by myself. He insisted on helping. He's a top notch gentleman from New York.
I will be back for sure and I must say....Well done O'Reilly's, well done!!
When no one else had available gas tanks, this store had them available and allowed me to reserve a few. This made it possible for my family and I to drive back South after hurricane Irma.
I will continue to come back to this place until there's no reason for me to. I've been there twice and both times I was extremely impressed, especially with this most current trip. The battery in my dodge caliber was basically trash and I showed up there to buy a new one. The manager came outside and worked very hard. She was able to get my battery changed and fix the terminal, which had been severely damaged by corrosion, and did so in the heat with no complaining. Awesome store!
