we went in to do business , the rep was very friendly, helpful and honest! His honesty lead them to loosing money because what we were looking to get he said we really didn't need. That was very honorable. I want to find something i need replaced in the near future just to go there and help the business!

Today I had the excitement of dealing with customer service employees. I went in to get a screen replaced for my phone. Zach seemed excited and ready to tackle the issue. Somehow we talked about Christmas movies and then the pains of repairing phones. I once was trained on iPhone and we shared small talk of today's technology. It was so nice to meet such a well cultured and professional employee instead of the typical ones that make you feel like your bothering them because they have to put down the phone... Thanks Zach.

I was totally devastated, my phone would not charge. I ordered a new battery but the charging port was corrupt, trying to change the battery myself I destroyed the back of my cell phone. I am on a fixed income, I called my local batteries plus (pace fl) sw Zach he was very nice, when I told him my situation and that I could not afford a new phone, Alex his co worker jumped in the conversation and was amazing he said if I supplied the parts he would only charge me for labor which was very reasonable. God bless them. My phone is like new now and I highly recommend them. They helped me so much. I will always use their services in the future. Thank you so much!!!
Went in to change out battery in car key fob. There were 2 young men working. Both were very respectful and helpful. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Plus the battery is guaranteed for life!!! Will recommend your service.
We walked in and were immediately greeted by the man working there. He asked what we were looking for and we said "a ring battery" that's when everything went downhill. He asked which one. And we assured him there is only one kind. He then proceeded to treat us like we were idiots and violently grabbed several random batteries off the shelf and said "like this or this? There are so many kinds how am I supposed to know what you want?!"
I pulled up a picture... THEN he goes to his computer and said he could order one. We said no thank you and left.

Called today inquiring about possibly having to get a new phone screen for my IPhone 12 Pro Max, phone turned on and everything, but was not responding to my touches. Alex helped me over the phone to make sure everything was diagnosed correctly, turns out I just needed to force a restart on my phone. Truly a life saver! I couldn’t log into any of my socials or emails because it wanted to verify my identity my Iphone that was at that time* not working! Thankyou so much Alex!

Bought a lithium battery from this place for my motorcycle. took it home and charged it with the $50 charger it needed. Hooked it up and got one start and it went from full to zero. Took the battery back and they would not refund the money because I hooked it up. How do you know something don’t work unless you hook it up and test it. So now I’m stuck with a $200 battery and $50 charger I can’t use. Out $250 bucks and a non working battery. Comes with a 3 year warranty but in order to replace it the battery has to be unused lol what a crock. I would not go to this store,

Absolutely the best customer service. Knew what I needed for my wheelchair even though I did not have the original battery with me. They gave me a 10% veterans discount and carried the batteries out for and put them in my car. They have relocated to the Winn Dixie mall in pace. Much better and ample parking. This is the 3rd time I have bought batteries from them. My mom has 2 Jazzy scooters and I have a Permobil F3 corpus. Great prices and in stock.
I went in to get a phone battery. Austin greeted me immediately. He replaced my battery within a hour. Fast turnaround. Friendly and price was extremely fair and below other establishments. Batteries plus is my first go too..

I needed a broken screen replaced and had been having trouble with the port. One gentleman cleaned out the port and the other gentleman replaced my screen with a reasonable wait. The price was fair and everything works great!

Brought phone in about 10:00 AM to have the battery replaced and in about an hour and a half they called my mother letting us know it was done and my phone was available for pick up. With the promotion from their website, it was $64 and change for the battery replacement in my iPhone. A much better price than buying a new phone when the battery was my only issue.
Tim is awesome! Just had my battery in my key replaced! He made my kids paper airplanes and he also got the kids to help with changing the battery in my key. ( my LO was throwing a fit before we went in)

Went there on 12/28 thinking they had a particular adapter available in the store. It wasn't in stock but they were helpful to the point that they referred me to another different vendor in Pensacola. I asked other pertinent questions and they finally helped. Granted, I tend to be a little hard on sales personnel but they kept me informed. Being a customer service oriented person myself, I chose to order they part I needed from them rather than travel elsewhere. I considered that they showed me quality customer service. Brought phone in to have broken screen repair. Stefan was professional and the quick service was fantastic. I could not have had a better experience with Store appearance, quality of merchandise and helpful and knowledgeable assistance I received. I would recommend this to everyone and anyone. I needed a battery for the solar light on the top of my flagpole. I looked around Amazon but decided to just give this place a shot.
I walked in and the place was empty but an employee walked out from the back immediately.
He asked what I needed, I showed him my battery. He asked me a question and within 90 seconds I was walking out with the battery I needed.
It was a tad more expensive than Amazon but it is not always about price.
