I've used Cook's 3 times in the six years I've lived here in Pace. The office staff and repair shop are top notch. You can depend on the job being done right the first time.
Jacob and his team are incredible!! i went with a minor issue and Jacob walked me and my wife through step by step and assessed the issue with a smile and assurance to fix the problem so we wouldn’t come across it in the future, such a genuine and sincere team definitely appreciate and recommend them ❤️
These guys are absolutely wonderful. They do a great job and the customer service is wonderful… Even waiting a few minutes past closing so that I could pick my car up.

I cannot say enough great things about Cooks in Pace. I've unfortunately had to use them twice this year for different accidents, and they have done excellent jobs both times. Both repairs came back quicker than they quoted and good as new.
Special shout out to the ladies up front. They kept me updated through both vehicles and the customer service was top notch. I am beyond grateful for them and the rest of the team here.

They did an awesome job on my vehicle after I was rear ended, it looks exactly how it did before the accident. The staff was very kind, flexible and easy to work with!
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE the girl that does estimate with low ball estimate if you don’t have your repairs done their she will not include all needed parts an labor charges on your estimate that is visually seen with your eyes unless she is blind katey will use the excuse oh when you bring your vehicle to a shop to do repairs then they will do a supplemental estimate add on for repairs so basically they will make sure they get paid for total damage repairs and parts but if you don’t go with them she will purposely leave parts an labor off your estimate she sends to insurance SO BEWARE if you use them for estimate make sure you have them do the work otherwise katey will not put everything visible on your estimate bad place terrible customer service
I just picked up myBuick from Cook’s a little while ago. It looks like a brand new car … When I brought it in the day to be Fixed, Jacob went over every bit of the car and showed me what was going to be done…Evidently they detailed the car after it’s fixed. It is spotless inside and out. Jacob and the ladies at the front desk are very nice to deal with. I highly recommend this business …

I unfortunately had to have body work done on my SUV twice this year. I’m always hesitant to take my SUV to a shop because I’m from Houston and well, You know… us Houstonians are scared to drop cars off at shops because our cars are likely to be stolen, returned without rims or our money stolen with no work done. If the work is done it’s shotty at best!
Anyway, this shop in Pace, FL was recommended to me by a mechanic in Milton. Both times my car has been here have been nothing less than phenomenal. The staff are polite, kind, professional and they remember your name.
My vehicle always comes back on time or before it’s scheduled to be returned. The work they do is phenomenal and my car always comes back looking better than I expected with literally no issues. Today I took my car back for a weather stripping issue expecting them to schedule out an appointment but the manager/owner took my car back to the bay immediately, had it fixed and I was off in under 10 minutes.
Y’all really got to check this place out because it is unlike any other. They definitely earn a 10 out of 10 in my book.
Got hit last year and again this year. Back bumper last year and front bumper this year.. lol. Worked with them through StateFarm insurance. Minus the long wait for the parts, which is most cars now a day. They did an amazing job. Communicated well, very courteous and professional service. Would come here again. Big military supporters which is a big plus.
Kindest driver and office staff I’ve ever encountered. Genuinely good people that look out for you. I was in a bad situation on a road trip and cooks was more then happy to go out of their way to help me out in a rough spot. Im very thankful for them and would recommend them every time.
Always amazing!! They were Johnny on the spot when my son was in accident they told me take care of my son and then get back with them don't worry about the car. It was such a comfort I will always use them. They make you feel like family not just a customer..
I had a car towed that would not start, asked them to drop it off at the base of my carport so I could roll it on the carport later. Came home, didn't see the car, thought they didn't have time to tow it. To my surprize and delight, not only did the driver get it, but it was parked under my carport. Thank you for an amazing job!!
Great experience! I stopped in for damage I caused to my driver door. Jacob was great to work with. He provided an interim/temporary solution and also gave a fair and honest quote for repair. Knowledgeable and professional. Recommend!
Absolutely terrible customer service and worksmanship. They will tell you blatant lies to protect themselves. The paint dings on the corners are after new bumper covers were installed and the plastic guard was not aligned correctly.
I got into a bad wreck for the first time and was pretty lost on what to do. My car ended up being totaled, but in trying to work through everything and find a place to tow my car, Jennifer was so incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. I was a total stranger on the other end of a phone line, and she reached out to my insurance company and worked to get them in contact with me. I’ve never experienced someone going through such lengths to give me a hand. Thanks Jennifer for making one of the worst days of my life a lot better. If I ever end up in need of their services again, I’ll be heading to Cook’s in Pace.
Mediocre at best, waited nearly 60 days for my vehicle to get repaired. The rental coverage was maxed resulting in me paying out of pocket for Cooks ridiculous repair time. I asked if they would reimburse me but was given a run around answer. Not to mention I received my car half hosed down from shop debris and with more scratches than the original condition including on the NEW rear bumper. The battery cover was removed and not put back on. They also "missed" to inspect and write a supplemental damage on my cracked tail light. When speaking to someone about it they said bring it back and we will write one and fix it. I decided not to try my luck since they couldn't get it right the first time.. This was my second experience with them my first was 5 years ago and it was similar. I again had to pay out of pocket for the shops convenience to get my car out of the shop when the insurance company refused a supplemental charge. Looking back on this business with 5 years apart I can personally say this place doesn't look to help you rather than to how much money you can make for them on substandard work and for those reason I will never go back and will advise my friends and neighbors to steer clear
They have a great paint and body shop, however their 24 hour towing service left me out to dry. My vehicle was disabled at 5 points in Pace and called to have them come(shop is two miles away),. 20 minutes later and no call back from tow truck. Called back and the guy told me he had relayed my request to the driver and he would call me. 20 minutes later, I apologized for having to call back, however, no call from driver. He then called the driver while I was on the phone. 5 minutes later I get a call from the driver telling me that there is no way he could come out as he was headed to an accident. 40 minutes would have been ample time to pick me up and drop my car off 2 miles down the road. I'm sure this is a one off event(everyone is allowed one now and then). An apology is always good to a customer and an offer to make it right would have been great. As I mentioned, everyone can have a bad experience even at great places.
Cooks did an excellent job in repairing my car. You would never guess that my vehicle was ever hit with over $2000 worth of damage. I highly recommend Cooks !!!
Cook's was recommended by my insurance company (ad plug for Progressive here) and I'm beyond glad they did. It was worth the 50 minute drive considering the level of service and professionalism of their staff. They made what could have been a painful experience seamless and stress free. Thanks Cook's!
Wouldn't trust my car with anyone else! When I got my car back, I couldn't tell the difference between the before and after photos...it looked perfect. And the staff there is very friendly and helpful. When I took my car in for the estimate, they even fixed the door for me quickly and on the spot, so that it would stop making a noise when I opened it, even though my actual drop off day was the following week.
Chose Cooks for my car repairs after my first wreck and Mathew was extremely helpful in the process, and gave me more information than my own insurance company and FHP! Thank you for making this process easy for me and making me feel like my car is in good hands!
I am giving Cook's 3 stars because they were nice and did give me a free estimate. However, the price Ray gave me was twice as much as the price that I received from two other shops in the Milton area. Therefore, if you work for your money as hard as I do, I highly suggest you shop around. I saved myself over $400!
Excellent People, Had work done to my truck and it was done very quickly and professionally. I hope that I never have to use them again because it would mean an accident was involved but I would not hesitate one second to have them work on my truck. In fact I would prefer cook's before any other body shop.
