Even though it was the most expensive oil change ive had due to sludge from the old oil causing my valve to go bad. Firestone was right on it. They even covered labor since they were the ones to do the oil changed. The fixed me right up and without any haggling. Definitely recommend. Thanks firestone.

Honest,, accurate work performed. When I asked them to check my brakes, they showed me the life that was left on them and told me that they did not need replacing when I was told by a shop in Defuniak that they need s replaced right away. Angie and the team are top notch !!!
Brought my work truck in for service, I specifically asked for the tires to be rotated along with everything else that was listed on my paperwork since this is a lease program vehicle. The tires were not rotated, most likely not even removed. I know this because I marked them beforehand. I called after the service and noticed this had not been done.
The manager first told me that they were definitely rotated because she made sure to tell them. Then the story changed to “they are all the same tread depth so it doesn’t matter” and said that they would rotate them if I really wanted them to, if I brought it back up there.
No thanks. I don’t have the time to give you a second chance to do what you were supposed to in the first place.
Won’t be going back to them again.
Angie was absolutely amazing, she always makes things right for the customer and gives us the best experience! This is a very busy Firestone, and she’s got that place running like a well oiled machine!
FIrestone does not do brake pads only. The company policy is demanding of brakes AND rotors. Even if your rotors are completely good condition, they must change them and charge you for it. Just giving a heads up if someone else is in this situation.
Had an appointment for a 2pm tire balance. Vehicle was brought in by 1:30pm. My car was still not ready by 5:30pm… for a tire balance! And still got charged the full $65.
Absolutely absurd
In for a simple tpms sensor and took 45 minutes to read the sensors . Then was told the price of 4 sensors (400). Mind you I'm a mechanic from Arizona and I'm not paying shop rate for a tire repair. This repair should have not been over 300 . So went next door to Discount Tire and paid 269. This was for my in-laws and they are older and don't know pricing. Come on Firestone, get it together and don't take advantage of people.

The place that saved the day. The place that made it happen. Our family made plans to do Thanksgiving at Disney. Half the family flew and we drove. What went from being all fun turned into a story for the books. Firestone crew made the vacation that felt over happen and we are forever grateful. With all of my heart thank you.
Angela and lead mechanic was great. Broke down the day before thanksgiving and they got us in, got the parts and have us out before they closed. Very thankful for their help.
My car had a check engine light come on. I asked Angela specifically if they could fix it. “Sir, we are a complete auto shop.” Turns out, that was a lie. She called me a week later, telling me she recommended I take it to a diesel repair shop. A week in a rental car with the expectation that they could fix it, and all I got was a bill for the diagnostic…which I’m going to have to pay for again. Pretty terrible deal.
I go there for all my tires need. I was super impressed them today! They truly helped me out today! I appreciate them and made my day from bad to good!!!!
Came in with a stripped lug nut, after being turned away from other shops saying "no, we wont touch it". Ryan ( Master Technician ) tried multiple bolt extractors, spent a good 15-20 minutes to get it loose. Although he wasn't able to get the bolt to come loose without drilling the stud out and replacing it, I really appreciate him taking the time to try ( just before closing time no less ), and getting me setup to get the stud replaced. Would highly recommend coming to see Ryan for your auto repair needs.
Angie was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She helped me get new tires installed quickly and went out of her way to make the experience smooth and stress-free. I had to travel the next day and she didn’t want me on the road without the best tires. She even looked for ways to help me save some money, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Angie and the Firestone team for their excellent customer service and professionalism.
I was in this evening, just before closing, and they helped me quickly! I had an issue with my tire and they got it fixed in less than 30 minutes. They also did a quick overview of my car and fixed my washer fluid tank! Everyone from the customer service rep at the front desk (Rae) to the tire tech (didn’t get his name but he was amazing)was amazing! I can’t recommend this place enough!
Angela and her team are very knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. They want to make sure automotive needs are taken care of. They do what's best for you and make sure to make aware of anything that is necessary for a safe and. better running ride.

It’s hard to find good honest people with the integrity that we all deserve. This Firestone with Ryan and Angela is the best service experience I’ve had in a very long time. They turned me into a customer for life and I won’t be taking my vehicles to anyone else. And if you guys don’t know they do way more than just tires. Out of all the companies that advertise “we'll treat you like family” these guys actually DO.
Went in your get flat repaired. Told me to come back later and they could get to me. Went back and told them where the screw was in the tire. Pulled it in and 30 minutes later they had tire off and said they couldn't do it as was close to side wall and couldn't patch it. What really upsets me is there is another tire dealer who plugged it without any problems. Bought 1000 bucks from you all....but you lost a customer on this deal.
Tyler and Raiden at the Pace, Florida location did an amazing job replacing my oversized tires. They removed the old ones and installed the new ones, keeping me informed along the way. I highly recommend you bring your vehicle to this location as they will treat you and your vehicle with the utmost respect! I will be a regular customer with them for now on!
Staff was awesome! Guys were very nice and Stayed open late to repair my tire! Would highly recommend them! Professional and personable! No wait time! Got me right in and fixed up!
I went to get all 4 tired replaced and they had a great price on some tires. Did a full checkup on my car and sent me an email with a full breakdown on what I need to replace/fix. The tire change itself took about one hour (again 4 tires) and was very please with the alignment and balance on the wheels. I highly recommend anyone in the milton or pace area to go here for a tire service. I know I will!
Courteous, knowledgeable staff. Due to problems continuing to arise with vehicle, they sought ways to help with growing expenses like available coupons that could be applied and less expensive refurbished parts. I needed my vehicle completed in the same day, and despite having to stay late, I drove out of the parking lot in my fixed vehicle. They communicated very well and were very patient with my questions. I highly recommend this company. Very happy with the service received from my first call until I drove off.
I want the managers to know that you have a very special team at your store in pace. Rae the manager and ? Raymond service tech helped me out when I was in the middle of moving and my tire was flat and yes it’s Sunday and it’s a holiday weekend. Ray was very sweet to me when I called and has excellent phone skills and manners and said they would do their best to fix my tire at 3 PM and they closed at five and if not, it would be ready the next morning and I understood that they had been busy and we’re still busy when I arrived there not expecting to get my tire fixed till the next day but they did an excellent excellent job and had my new tire on the rim and asked me to come right back and put it on my car and put the donut away and it was fantastic. These guys deserve a raise our steak dinner or something and I will be back if I need anything else. Thank you, thank you thank you!

The staff was great, from my appointment to the follow up with my fleet maintenance operator, they stayed on top of the work order, kept me informed to the progress and updated the status of the work, and had my car parked up front and ready to pull out whe. I arrived. One of the best experiences I have had with customer service anywhere in a long time. I will always be a customer at this location.
The staff here at the Firestone in pace are so helpful and knowledgeable. They keep you informed along the way . I would not bring my vehicle anywhere else and highly recommend this location. Angela and her team take pride in making sure all their customers are taken care of. And Ryan is the master tech at this location he is really knowledgeable and and helpful with explaining vehicles needs.
Called ahead of time and they ordered parts for me on the spot that were delivered to the shop within the hour. Spent maybe 30 minutes total after I arrived while they went to work on my vehicle as soon as I arrived. Super quick, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Also, they typically are offering some type of deal or discount that really goes a long way. Worth the trip to this store location!
I want to give a huge thank you to the team at Firestone for their outstanding service and professionalism. I recently brought in both my Ford and my Corolla, and the experience was nothing short of excellent.
For my Ford, they completed a rear brake job, replaced two tires, performed an alignment, and took care of an oil change—all done efficiently and with great attention to detail. For my Corolla, they handled the oil change with the same level of care and expertise.
Special thanks to Rae and Cody, who went above and beyond to walk me through my options and made sure I got exactly what I needed. There were a few others who helped as well—though I didn’t catch all their names, I truly appreciate everyone involved.
If you’re looking for honest, professional, and top-quality automotive service, I highly recommend this Firestone location. 10/10—I’ll definitely be returning!
Customer service was probably a 3 but the work ethics a 0 after 1,400 spent on tires and service you would think they could clean them after installation but nope guess that's up to the owner sad
