Jason was extremely helpful! Caught him during his lunch break but he helped me out anyway and helped me set up getting a new unit. Building is very clean and everything is very organized, quick process to get a unit. Definitely recommend!
Jason is an excellent manager with impeccable people skills, the cleanest facility I have ever seen and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are well taken care of. His assist manager Trista is friendly and diligent, she excels the place that much higher. This duo is the best! They deserve a raise!

This is my 4th different Extra Space Storage unit in the last 4 years. Other than the web rates changing all the time, this sign up was great. I called and talked to Jason to ask about what unit sizes were available and the rates. He was more than helpful and even called me back to answer a question I had asked. I went in to sign up the next day and he let me know the web rate had gone done and it was actually cheaper than he quoted me the day before. He did a great job getting me through the paper work and I had the unit type I wanted quickly and I was on my way to moving into the unit. Kudos to Jason.
I stopped in their office and spoke to someone that just started and she didn't know anything, the other person was on a personal conversation and was frustrated that she had to get off and talk to me. Im not happy about their price plans, and the way they are advertised. I forgot I had their lock that I do not need, left it in my storage unit, tried to return it, but although its never been opened they won't take it back. I've stored items in their climate-controlled unit that are temperature sensitive with temperature/humidity recording devices and the temperature/humidity swings have been pretty drastic over the last few weeks. Ive been asked by them several times to leave a review but I would rather get good help and service not cheesy rip-offs like being forced to purchase a lock I don't need, dealing w disgruntled employees with a bad attitude and not constant begging for a good review when it's not deserved. How about do your job and then when I'm satisfied I'll let you know.

Extremely easy to do business, reserve the unit and move in. Unit clean and ready on move in day. Good communication throughout the entire process. Manager Will was very friendly, personable and accommodating. Makes you feel appreciated as a customer.

I’ve used this facility for years now and it is extremely well run. I primarily deal with Will and he is beyond top tier, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. But really, any employee if personally interacted with at this Gulf Breeze location has been great. Five stars.
Will is super helpful! He helped measure spaces so I could downsize my storage unit, found a discount that would apply, ensured the doors worked smoothly and found a cart that worked for our military be from one unit to the other! Love this company so much I paid a year in advance! Thank you Will!
Great customer service! Came in a few days ago and spoke with the manager Will and his assistant manager Conner. Both gave direct feedback and helped me pick out the unit I would need for what I wanted to store. I chose the (reasonable priced) climate controlled unit. The site was so clean and well run (such a change from where I used to use). Thank you Extra Space!

Called to talk about prices for the units based off their website prices. It’s rare to find what is advertised as what you’re getting but that’s exactly what happened here which was surprising. Staff is excellent everyone is super nice and helpful. The manager Will walked me around to show me the unit I rented so all in all a great experience.
The storage building and unit itself are extremely nice and well kept. There are carts for easy access and a large freight elevator if you have large stuff to move upstairs.
All in all a great experience and easily recommended.

Wonderfully Clean, Awesome Service, and Great Price!
I have rented MANY different storage units in other states and I've never met friendlier service or cleaner facilities.
I just moved to the area so I don't know how long they've been here but it looks like it was built recently.
I was able to do everything online and just check-in when my unit was ready. Bob kindly pointed out everything I needed to know and was patient with my questions.
You can tell they take pride in cleanliness and order - large clean elevators, no broken dollies, and the climate controlled units are actually a very nice temperature.
The best part is the climate controlled units have a grate top so the stuff in your unit gets good air flow!
I wish all businesses operated like this.
