Staff diagnosed and repaired two issues with my air conditioner on my Ford Expedition. Communication during the process was excellent. Repairs were prompt and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely use Shark Tooyyh again.

When my son’s car broke down and was towed to our regular shop, they didn’t do the work it needed. They recommended Sharktooth. Sharktooth got me an estimate that day and started working on it the next Monday. They finished much faster than I expected and the car runs great again. Whatever you need they can do.

I have a fairly rare foreign car that needed work. After calling around, and finding that nobody would work on it I was told about Shark Tooth they took it right in. I was able to go in the back and talk with the technician. They had it back to me the next day. No attempts to upsell me. When I picked it up, it was running terrifically and better yet, the bill was very reasonable. I would highly recommend anyone with a foreign antique vehicle.

I've had my car serviced several times with good results, However this time, my car was misdiagnosed. Tech told me I needed a computer, my car sat for two months. I searched online and found the part I needed, delivered it to Technician and still waited, Finally he texts me car is ready, computer not needed, ABS was sending wrong signal, car is ready but your ABS lights will remain on, but your brakes work. I spoke with manager( Kevin) to ask for money for computer I purchased because warranty had expired on it while in sat in parking lot. Kevin said he would not reimburse me. So now I'm out of 849.:00 dollars, a part I can't use, a light that is on permanently. Hopefully, you will never be treated this way.

Shark Tooth was able to get me an appointment the following morning and my car was ready within a few hours. Excellent customer service and I will be a returning customer.

Shark tooth Automotive has been my go to for years. I’ve never been able to complain about their service, their attitude, their thoroughness, or their professionalism. They do the work like it should be done, they check everything over, if they find an issue, they call and let you know in order to give the option of having it done or not. The price quoted to me has always been on target. I am certainly thankful again for Kevin and his staff at shark tooth Automotive. I had radiator lines blow to the heater up against the firewall. That left me stranded of course. I called them they had a wrecker out there within the hour my truck towed to the shop on a Friday afternoon before the Fourth of July. It was done the next day for me to pick up. Who does that! Shark Tooth.

My vehicle was recently running rough, and I brought it to Vannoy's Tires in Gulf Breeze to be checked. The technician believed it to be a bad coil. Vannoy's didn't do this type of work, but recommended several shops, with Shark Tooth Automotive being one of them. I took the car to Shark Tooth and made an appointment with Kevin. They too diagnosed a bad coil and replaced it. In addition, Kevin recommended that the spark plugs should be replaced. Once the work was done, I paid the bill. After watching the same repair work on Youtube, I saw that it was an easy repair. I went to a different shop on Gulf Breeze Parkway and asked them to write up a matching bill for the same work. I was shocked to see there was a $229.88 difference in the two bills. I won't be going back to Shark Tooth for any future repairs. Way too expensive on their labor charges and parts markup.

Took my 1979 Corvette to Sharktooth after it was at another shop for almost a year. The first shop caused more damage than they fixed. I explained this at Sharktooth and they were more than willing to take on my car. In less than 3 weeks they have corrected the issues cause by the first shop and identified a few more that were corrected as well. Since then, they have done some additional amazing work on my Corvette. I can not recommend them any more highly than if you need your car worked on, take it to Sharktooth! Great service, Quality workmanship and reasonable prices.

My daughter owns a 92 mustang. The belt was squealing so I took it to shark tooth upon recommendation from friends. They replaced the belt, but it continued to squeal. So a few days later I took it back, and they said they would replace the tensioners. My daughter went back to pick her car up and they wouldn't release the car until I paid, I talked to the front desk lady and asked her why I would pay for something for a service that I had previously paid for. The owner came on the phone and told me not to worry about the charge and let my daughter leave. About a week later, my daughters car broke down again and I had it towed to Shark Tooth. He refused to allow my car to be dropped. When I called him he told me on the phone that I refused to pay for the last service, which wasn't the case I merely asked a question and without discussion he banned me. Not to worry though the car was still squealing after all this. I took it to Affordable automotive down the street, turns out Shark Tooth put the wrong size belt on to begin with. I would not recommend there service to anyone due to both incompetence as well as terrible attitude towards customers.

I’ve had a bunch of cars and I’ve dealt with and a bunch of mechanics over the years. We have 12 work vehicles in our HVAC business so I know how important a good trustworthy mechanic is. I took my vehicle in on a Friday morning to have a wheel bearing replaced. They were not sure if they could get to it before the weekend, but the mechanic (can't remember his name) drove it to make sure that was the problem so that they would be sure to have the part on Monday. Instead, he took it straight back and replaced the part in about 45 minutes. He did an excellent job and the front office manager was very welcoming and did everything she could to help with my issue. I highly recommend Shark Tooth Automotive and will take my vehicles to them in the future for any and all maintenance.

Took the wife's pick-up in for service. Wanted general tune-up, timing done etc. Also requested leak at output shaft seal diagnosed, told them it was either leaking rear seal or out of the breather hole on the slip yoke. After 3 or 4 weeks, ended up with a truck that runs great now but still leaks transmission fluid after sitting for two weeks. The work done was fingers crossed, was competent but they did not take the time to properly diagnose the leak even with the truck sitting there almost a month. They partially did what I asked by replacing the output shaft seal and the output shaft bushing, but again didn't fix the leak. I had mentioned the slip yoke to them a couple of more times, there is an internal O-ring in output shaft housing that will get hard and allow fluid to pass resulting in fluid that leaks out of slip yoke breather hole. Either replace that O-ring or weld up slip yoke either of which fixes the issue. I usually do all my own work on all my vehicles and have 7 in my fleet I maintain, and I just wanted this done. All in all, new coil, plug wires, plugs, cap & rotor, and new intake manifold gasket, output shaft seal and bushing cost $1400 and change. WOW!!!! None of those parts are expensive and the work done is maybe 6 hours for all of it. Not going back, had to fix trans leak myself. The customer service face of the business was good though, but she wasn’t working on the car.

Traveled from Memphis, had an electrical problem with our Audi Q5 - the Shark Tooth was the only garage that was kind enough to help travelers passing by. The car was repaired and serviced fast (an afternoon) for a reasonable price. Great service, wish all auto repair shops are like Sharks Tooth!!

Great shop! Took both my cars for just a oil change months ago as a test. My cars are running with no issues. Just took my Pilot in for a Timing belt and water pump service. SUV is running better than before. Great honest mechanics with decent prices. A+ recommendation. Shout outs to Brent for the TLC he gave my car. Thanks.

Two weeks ago my car broke down in my driveway, they sent a tow truck ($50greatprice). I was very sad to see my baby towed away and scared on the problem plus cost. Shark Tooth could have came up with many things to fix my car, instead they went with honesty. My car only needed a new key and new battery. Please don't think it was because I am a man, because my Mother has been using them for years and I just moved here last April. I recommend Shark Tooth to anyone that needs their services and thank you very much Shark Tooth for your honesty and hard work.

A+ service. After my car died on the road on a late afternoon, Shark Tooth was able to fit me in last minute. They quickly diagnosed a complex electrical issue and provided an affordable quote. Due to the mileage and age of the car, I decided not to proceed, however, if I’m ever in need of service in the future, they will be my first choice.

About a year ago, I thought Shark Tooth was great, but recently, they’ve been very disappointing. My friend dropped his truck off for rear-end work. The axle was replaced with something that another mechanic would later say must have come from a junk yard, yet he was charged for a new one. The outside was rusted and there was a clunk whenever we turned. We took the truck to another shop who opened the case and showed us the black liquid which filled it. I doubt Shark Tooth opened and inspected the case. We took the truck back to Shark Tooth to give them a chance to redeem themselves. I took off work early to get there by 4pm on a Friday, so I could test drive the truck and confirm the issue had been resolved. Shark Tooth was supposed to close at 5pm. As I was driving there, I received a call from them stating they would close by 4pm, but they could “leave the keys” someplace I could get them. They repeatedly refused to tell me why they were closing early (the rumor is the owner races cars on the weekend and wanted to leave early to get to one, but I haven’t been able to confirm this). I informed Shark Tooth I wanted a mechanic there in case the issue had not been resolved. After much insisting, I was told one would stay. I showed up and there was only the front desk worker there (who was super nice and apologetic). The rear axle had been replaced again, and luckily, the truck drove better. At no point was any apology issued by the owners, any attempt made to refund the excessive cost of the axle, or any offer made to compensate us for the inconvenience. The questionable business practices and poor customer service toward people who had been regular customers for over a year is unacceptable. We will not be going back.

First let me say, I am extremely impressed with my first visit here. Before I brought my vehicle in for a coolant flush and brake fluid change, I talked to Kevin over the phone initially and then Bobby. Both were very pleasant to speak with. When I brought my car in the next day, Susan was in the front office and was very helpful and friendly also. I have been going to the same mechanic in Fort Walton Beach for 15 years, but the drive there and back was too far. Also, the owner of the business there was a great & honest guy, but very moody at times. The good thing about being a customer is that I have choices, and my choice after all those years of not knowing if he was going to be in a good or bad mood and the long drive there, caused me to find a new shop. Treat me right, and I'll be a repeat and loyal customer. Shark Tooth Automotive has won my business! I have 4 vehicles and this will be the place I take them to now for service. Lastly, it is a place where I would feel comfortable having my wife or sons go there alone if they had car problems, knowing they wouldn't be "ripped off". I highly recommend you give them a try!
