I’m from upstate ny and visited my daughter in Gulf Breeze on January 6th 2026. Went out to my truck to leave for the beach and my truck was dead. Jumped it with my port pack and drove to Autozone. I don’t remember names, but 2 gentlemen working there were more than helpful. Tested my battery and actually downloaded my info from my truck on what they found for diagnostics. Printed it and gave me a copy. Great guys!!! Thank you again for taking the time to test out my truck.
Shawn was excellent. I had an issue with my vehicle and he tested the battery and showed me that wasn't the issue. He saved me from buying a battery I didn't need. Then he spotted that my drivers side wiper was broken, had the replacement available and put it on. Great customer service.

I have been detailing and upgrading my Chevy Silverado for the past few weeks. The last thing I bought was new front headlights. I replaced them but couldn't adjust them. After calling numerous businesses and finding no one that could help me with the adjustment, I stopped in the Auto Zone in Gulf Breeze. I was so relieved and happy to gain the assistance of Nathaniel who helped adjust my headlights within a few minutes. I bought the other products that I needed to finalize my detailing from Auto Zone then and there. I made a promise to buy all my future products from this location due their assistance and commitment to their customers. This store went above and beyond to help me as a customer. Had to visit my local Gul Breeze store thinking I had a fuse issue causing my Amps not to work. Thad was more than helpful! He saw that I had a battery cable that had loosened up so he tightened it for me. He then figure out that my antenna on my amp was lose as well and took the time to tighten it and fixed the problem. He went above and beyond what he needed to do and the store is very fortunate to have him! Thanks again!!

I went to this store the other day and was very happy. Got exactly what I needed and was in and out. The employee who helped me who I believe was named Madison, found me the best affordable option. I was skeptical at first because I didn’t want to talk to a man and feel condescended the whole time. She made me feel welcomed and really listened to my problems I was having. I will be returning just for her.

Kurt, one of their employees went above and beyond helping me with a dead battery. I had to leave my vehicle and battery there. He made sure to call me when his shift ended to give me a time estimate for when it will be done and to pass the information on to his co workers. Exceptional customer service!
There was a brunette male worker who absolutely exceeded our expectations. His service was phenomenal and didn't make us feel chastised like we did at the nearby ORileys. He came out and ran a diagnostic and also a battery test to better point out what problem we had in our car. His dedication and kindness was so helpful. Thank you to this man. We probably would've been stuck on the side of the ride if not for him.
Needed a bypass hose to fix a leak out of my radiator. This particular hose wasn't pulling up under my car, but the guy was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with us. He finally found a hose that was the same diameter that we could use. We just cut it down to size and it worked just fine. Love this particular store because they are always more than willing to help you with whatever you need for your car. Great attitudes and very friendly service.
