The store had exactly what I needed. My family members have also found what they have needed within the last year at this location as well. They’re knowledgeable on a variety of vehicles. The staff is super friendly, especially since being a female it can be intimidating going into a car parts store. Mr. Tony is super helpful and a genuinely good human. We will definitely continue to shop here for our vehicle needs!

Absolutely terrible customer service! I've been here 2x and both times the cashier was on the phone. Had to wait for him to get off the phone. Answered my question rudely. Go west a couple miles to AutoZone where they will actually help you.

Set this one Napa in Midway Florida is totally disrespectful. I will never do business again with a Napa Auto Parts store because of this experience.

Good people just had to shop around to get the part I needed for a less price. Cost me the same at the end of the day. I should have just got it there.

5:15 pm on a Friday afternoon and store is locked up. Hours on line say they are open till 6 pm. What's up with this?

Very helpful staff that readily helped me locate the correct spark plug for my Honda lawnmower.

Arrived at 4.59pm, was told they were closing and I couldn’t come in. Guess I’ll stick to autozone.

Napa is good but if the hours are changed then change your hours on google so we all know not to make the trek on Sunday for no reason.

APR 23rd 2024. Best experience that I have ever had at a parts store. The 2 gentleman up front were extremely helpful and even loaned me a few tools to change my battery. Thank you Napa!

Excellent customer service. They went beyond just ringing up the parts I needed. The lightbulb I needed replaced was being tricky and they made sure I was well taken care of and fixed up! I will definitely be stopping by here when we need auto parts again.

These guys are all comedians at least when I'm in there. Get entertained, great service and most of my marine parts. And questions answered for free!!!

This is the most well organized and professional establishment as auto parts stores go. The personnel are extremely knowledgeable and go the extra mile to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Tyler and Cathy really make a difference in that store and are head and shoulders above their competitors. Those two set an high example of how to conduct oneself as professionals...GOOD JOB GUYS and thank you!

The people at Napa are always awesome. They all have been in the parts industry for many years and are super knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are competitive if not cheaper on price and better quality than other parts stores. I go there alot and they have become friends to me! Deffinatly worth checking them out!!!

These members of this NAPA are a culmination of decades if not a half century in auto parts. Just go there with or without the part in hand and their going to solve your problems.

Had a flat right there! They were nice enough. Didn't really want to assist/help Shame, this Review would of read differently.

Was suprised at good prices and friendliness. Had all the commercial buffing compounds that most other stores don't carry and they beat online prices.

One of the better map of us and definitely one of the better auto parts stores in the area. Always helpful always do whatever they can.

Had great service here previously when replacing my car battery. Went in today after my engine light came on to see what codes came up. Asked the staff at the counter if they read codes for the service engine light. Was told they did not so they wouldn't compete with businesses that buy parts from them. Not very smart since if the code came up with something I would buy from them to fix it. They just lost my business and anyone I would recommend to go to their store.

Always have great advice and want to help without ripping you off with parts or products you don't need.

The crew there is awesome!! Never fail to find me the parts I'm looking for, always willing to spend time poring through tech manuals to ensure I get exactly what I need the first time there. They're my go-to for everything parts around here!!!

Since 2007, my company ( The Tool Shack) has done business with this NAPA store in Gulf Breeze. The manager, Phil, is always professional and friendly. The rest of the team, that works the parts counter, is always courteous and helpful. As a business owner, I need relationships with vendors and suppliers that understand that knowledge and efficiency is a key factor...these guys understand that and continue to exceed our expectations. We've visited the store on Navy Blvd, in Pensacola, on a few occasions as well...been happy with the service there too.
