I am truly sorry about the review i left this afternoon…. Seems like i left it to the wrong body shop ! Two businesses with the exact same name ! I spoke with jody and after a few minutes, i could tell he really cares about his customers and i would do business with him any day of the week!!! No wonder he cant find my records, he s in florida and im in canada ???. Again very sorry , and i will direct my negative review to the rightful owner……

We had the best experience getting my wife's car repaired at Bayside, they are a Gulf Breeze favorite. Very friendly people while being very professional, the work turned out perfect, we received regular text messages throughout regarding the repairs and timeline. We actually got the car back a day early!

Bayside and especially Scott went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle and make everything as pleasant as possible. I couldn't be happier with the results from the extensive work they did on my SUV after I was rear-ended. They handled the insurance company and kept me informed a long the way. The ladies upfront were so nice and helpful and the whole experience with Bayside was great. Scott also recommended and coordinated Lloyds Glass to replace my passenger front window while my SUV was in Bayside's care. This was very convenient and saved me a lot of money. Bayside also got my vehicle finished sooner than promised and that was a relief. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Bayside (and Lloyds.) Very highly recommend!

Not my first experience with Bayside but they remain first class in response and customer service. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable they made the process efficient and fully explained what to expect and when. Great business and great staff.

By far the best Customer Service I’ve ever experienced at any type of auto body shop. kept me up-to-date on one vehicle would be ready. And it was ready exactly when they had informed me. Car was perfectly done.

I have been thinking about what I wanted to say for a while. First I’ll start by saying the regular office staff is lacking in communication and customer service. We were in a car accident in February of this year. Not our fault so the insurance company that was paying for the claim referred us to bayside. They repaired the damaged to the car and on the day of pick up my husband noticed the back seat had been damaged from want appeared like an animal( squirrel ?️ would be my guess after finding acorns/poop in the car) their was foam all over the trunk and debris. Confused by how no one noticed or reported this since they had just replace one of the panels in the inside of the vehicle that previous week. Also very angry that no one clearly inspected the vehicle prior to trying to hand us the keys. We informed them we wouldn’t be taking the car in this condition and they needed to fix it. A few days later I received a call from Cortney asking if I could come pick up the car till parts came in as they didn’t want to cover the rental, my husband and I refused, was later informed they they found more damage to the lift gate that they missed from the actual car accident. ?‍♀️ Never did we once hear an apology for the incident. Two weeks later we go to pick of the car the damages have been taken care of but yet no one detailed the inside of the vehicle, there was still foam, acorns, hair poop and a smell inside the car. It was a Friday we picked up the car. So Monday morning I called and spoke to Cortney who was mainly the one we had been going through. I told her that I was very upset and I wanted to speak the body shop manager she said he wasn’t in and would have him get back to me. It was after 2pm still hadn’t heard anything so I called back requesting to speak to the manager. It was then that Cortney decided to inform him of why I was calling. After telling him the issues and that they needed to pay for my car to be detailed he agreed. I am very thankful for that but it honestly didn’t seem like they cared enough about it. I know that it was probably a fluke incident but the fact that none of the body shop people noticed nor reported the damage to the inside of the vehicle made me mad. I don’t want to give them 1 start because the work was good but as far as the customer service experience was poor and the fact that no one did any type of inspections prior to calling us to tell us the car was done. They had the car for 9wk prior to the us attempting to pick up the first time so I find it hard to believe no one noticed this. I do hope they improve their process of customs service, Communication and inspection prior to turnover.

Well my truck has been with Bayside three times so far. Third time the job came out better. However I have over spray on my passenger window that wasn’t removed and missing parts that was supposed to be ordered. Now that the job is complete. I can’t get anyone to assist me. I’ve emailed and I’ve called. Crickets. I've been told Bayside collision was sold to a new owner so customers BEWARE OF BAYSIDE COLLISION service. Very disappointed with this company. I will be more than happy to remove post once everything gets completed to standards

Our brand new Santa Fe was hit by a teenager while we were stopped at a stop sign. Our insurance company recommended Bayside Collision as a preferred vendor. I had never even heard of Bayside Collision, but the online reviews were positive, so we decided to use them. Using Bayside proved to be a great decision and positive experience. Courtney was our main point of contact and she did an excellent job of keeping us updated on the status of the vehicle. Bayside used OEM parts, and the paint job matched the rest of the SUV perfectly. I can honestly say, we have zero complaints on the work/ service received. Hopefully, we will never need a body shop (again) due to a non-fault accident. But if the need should arise, we will not hesitate to take our car to Bayside Collision.

Bayside did great work on our Bronco after we were rear ended. Chad was extremely helpful and they went above and beyond for the repairs needed. Not only does it look great and drive great, but the time in the shop was less than 3 wks.

Shaun and the team did an excellent job on my wife's Lexus! Communication was excellent during the process and the final product was better than we could have imagined. Shaun also not only recommended the mechanic 2 doors down for my blown radiator, he helped me get my vehicle there. Extremely grateful! So if you're looking for quality work from a good business, I highly recommend Bayside Collision Center!

Great shop, I got an honest estimate and had good communication throughout the process. The results were like new. Based on the results and my interactions, they clearly take pride in their work, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately someone hit and run my car, and I was completely devastated. I took my car to bayside collision center, the man who inspected my car was an absolute sweetheart, and offered to get the scratches off my car on top of the damages. I just received my car today, and my car looks amazing! I think they even vacuumed the inside of it. Thank you so much Bayside Collision!!

I got in a little accident that damaged my tire/suspension. I was worried I’d have to take it multiple places to address the body/mechanics. Sean has been excellent since the first time I called , he set my mind at ease and gladly received my car with determination to get her fixed up for me. He has called with updates to keep me informed on certain progresses and plans. I am very impressed with him and his commitment to providing a great experience for customers. Thank you Sean!

I had a pretty good sized dent on my SUV, and they were able to repair it without replacing the part and it was done fairly quickly. I worked with Chad and he was extremely responsive to my emails and questions, and my car looks brand new! Definitely recommend.

I wish I could have had before and after of their work, I took my vehicle into multiple shops for estimates on what was a small "L" shape crack on my bumper from a parking lot bump. Everyone I talked to was quick to look and decide that they would have to remove the whole bumper and replace it. Bayside however said, " its not that bad, we got this new machine, and I think we might be able to repair it to save you a few $". They performed the job, and in 2 days, I got my vehicle back, not only washed inside and out, but they left me some candy in nice cup in my holder LOL. This actually is not the first time I used them, they also replaced a door hinge bolt in my door on my truck on the spot. They did it for about $20, dealership tried to charge $400 I will no longer entertain another body shop as long as I live here.

Bayside did a great job with all repairs and body work. My car looks perfect. The office provided updates frequently on the status of the repairs and any delays in receiving parts. Thanks for getting my car back on the road!

After my car got hit on the interstate by a blown out semi truck tire, I took my car to Bayside and Adam and Nick did a great job making my car look and run as good as it did the day I bought it! I received phone calls from the front office regularly to keep me informed on the progress of the repair. I hope I don't need Bayside any time soon, but if I do, I'll absolutely choose Bayside again and would recommend them to anyone needing body, paint or mechanical work on their car.

The work they did looks great! Exactly like it did before the accident I had. Used them through geico and it was very convenient and easy, and they communicated with me the entire time they had it about what they were repairing and how long they estimated it would take and also followed up after I had it back for a week or two. They also have a limited lifetime warranty on the work they perform which is awesome. Would definitely recommend them!

A great experience with Bayside Collision. Their estimate was 1/3rd of another estimate that I had received. They were extremely flexible in scheduling, as I had to change my appointment twice. Then they allowed me to have a friend pick up my truck, as I was out of town. The work they performed was excellent, and I have not had any issues with it. All in all -- I would recommend them without hesitation.

The ladies working at the counter were phenomenal. The buddy work that was done to my BMW X5d was not so remarkable. The first deal was the extra week it took to be completed. They needed to blend the paint again, and again. Then they called 30 minutes prior to closing on a Friday and told me the car was complete. I had to do an after hours pickup, only to find out my door wouldn’t unlock or open. And the decal was in a plastic baggie in the back seat. After they fixed that issue the following Monday, we saw the distinct paint color variance in the sunlight and started discovering the molding pieces were not aligned properly and a piece of trim is not attached properly. I am still awaiting to have these repairs complete as enterprise doesn’t have rentals available due to spring break... ugh... I will update this rating once the final attempt to make the repairs good is completed.

They did amazing work on my SUV. A tree fell on it during hurricane Sally and it had a ton of small scratches and dents everywhere. It looks beautiful now, never would have known anything was wrong with it. On top of that they were very friendly and let me know what was going on during the time they had it and took care of almost all of the communication between the rental company I used and my insurance. Very helpful and would definitely use them anytime I needed work done.

WOW! After being stressed due to an accident and a damaged, new car with less than 1200 miles, we felt as if our luck was running pretty low. Bayside Collision Center was just the panacea we needed! They were professional, communicated with us twice a week to let us know of their progress, and delivered the car a week ahead of the projected schedule. I cannot say enough good things about this business. Thank you for the beautiful work, it is much appreciated!

They exceeded my expectations in several areas 1)They knew their product and could answer any question knowledgeably 2) quality of their work was exceptional, 3) reasonable length of time for what they completed, and 4) cleanliness of the immediate office area.. no dirty rags or car parts lying around. Also, customers were all treated with respect and importance, not to.mention they put me in a nice clean car for the duration. I've already recommended them to others.

Great experience like always with Bayside. My family has been bringing cars here for years and they always impress me. Most recent time the car was ready quicker than expected and cleaned impeccably to a T on the inside. Great customer service. We'll continue to have body work / repairs done by Bayside in the future.

I was in a little fender bender a little over a week ago and my car is already fixed and looking fabulous! Excellent customer service and they kept me updated on my vehicle constantly. Every employee I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Also, not only did they fix my vehicle in a speedy time, they also cleaned my vehicle inside and out! Needless to say, I was in awe when I picked up my dentless, spotless vehicle :) And to top everything off, I had a cute little cup with candy in the cup holder from them thanking me for my service! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Thanks again, Bayside Collision! :)

I was having the worst day ever, that is until I went to Bayside Collision Center. It was my first accident and I had no idea what to do. Ann was amazing at talking me through the next steps that would be happening. She helped me deal with problems my insurance company wouldn't. She even helped me with the rental car aspect of my accident! Bayside Collision Center took care of me and my car. The promised it would be done in two days and it was. I am crazy and called like three times checking on the status of my car, and they were very polite and informative each time. Once it came time to pick up my car, Shannon was very thorough in providing me with care instructions as to not harm the new paint job. She also explained everything they had done to the car and where the charges came from. I really appreciated this because at other shops I felt they took advantage of my lack of knowledge to overcharge me. I work in customer service, so when I receive BEYOND GREAT service I have to let people know. I hope I never get in another wreck, but if I do I know I am going to Bayside Collision Center.
