Great service. My technician Moises was very professional. My car was stuck in Neutral and I was panicking. But when Moises arrived he was easly able to manually put my car in Reverse move it in position to get it on the truck within a couple minutes in a very busy and tight parking lot. He put my mind at ease with his knowledge of vehicles and his ability to work with something I'm sure is not seen often, a car that is stuck in Neutral, cannot turn off or have the break pedal released without rolling away. Would call again! 5 starts.
Berlanga towing came out and helped me with my car today I was assisted by Moses he was kind very helpful even helped my dad he looked at the situation and tried every solution he got the car crunk up because of the issues I had previously it was just best to get it towed on out I appreciate it 1000%
My husband called needing his truck that was broke down outside our fence moved into our driveway. The guy on the phone gave him a quote of $40 and said it would be a couple of hours and he would call when on the way. The guy never called and never came and we live literally 2 minutes down the road from the shop. If he didn't want to or couldn't he should have just said that. Instead we waited around all afternoon when we could have called someone else.
