I’m a college student that lowkey didn’t know who to reach out to and I gotta say that I received great service from Presendential Towing. The guy was really humble and helpful with me. The pricing was also fair for the job done. You can rely on this company whenever you’re in trouble and need to get your car towed.
I only have good things to say I was recomended by a friend I couldn’t believe the prices the service it is out this world the owner who treats everyone with upmost respect making one feel very friendly . I went to most of the tire shops around the treatment was like if I wasn’t there or the price felt like I was getting sentence to prison . I strongly suggest if u in need of towing or tires this is the place to visit
BMW Roadside Assistance should be absolutely ashamed to be associated with this company. I called for help after being stranded in the middle of the road with a low battery warning—my vehicle was clearly trying to start. When the driver arrived, I simply requested a quick battery boost, but he outright refused, insisting on towing only. It was clear he had no interest in actually helping—perhaps because he doesn’t make money from a simple battery boost?
After refusing to assist, he canceled the service entirely, abandoning my wife and children in the middle of the road. To make matters worse, he proceeded to call me every profanity imaginable before driving off. This is beyond unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB, have already contacted BMW directly, and will make sure this disgraceful experience is publicized as widely as possible. No one should ever have to deal with such negligence and unprofessionalism.
Amazing company and service!! Got a tow truck to me within the hour at night as well. Our servicer Ramon was the best, cannot thank him enough!! To top it all off was for a reasonable price. If you’re broke down on 60, call this company they have your back!!
Omg these people are god sent !!!! Our tire blew out in the middle of nowhere!!! Nobody had tires not even Walmart!!!! They were able to tow us and provide a tire as well!! The owner and workers are amazing !!!!!
My mom and I broke down all the way in Kenansville still a good hour and a half from where we needed to be and she was able to get it towed to plant city for cheap. Very communicative as well
Called broke down on side of highway 60, had a truck to me in 30 minutes, and straight over to the shop to get worked on. Prices were very good, and the service was fantastic.
This company was very helpful and had my car towed the same afternoon I called and it was a Sunday. The price was fair for a tow from yeehaw junction to lake wales of $150. Very professional and pleasant to talk to. I would recommend this company for a tow. Good luck!!
I am so beyond grateful for Ramón at Presidential Towing, who came to help my husband and I, after we were stuck on the side of the road on SR-60. We tried calling multiple towing companies and FHP to no avail and thankfully Presidential Towing came to help us. I am so thankful that we were able to make it home tonight because Ramón at Presidential Towing made the decision to help us without hesitating. I will always recommend Presidential Towing to anyone I know that needs help!
My wife and I were stuck on the middle of SR-60 westbound on her birthday. All other tow services denied service. Florida Highway Patrol couldn’t help us. Geico’s emergency roadside assistance didn’t come through for us. Ramòn at Presidential Towing showed up to literally rescue us in about 20 minutes. He drove us over an hour to our home and even stopped for snacks on the way, at a fraction of the cost. This was the very best case scenario in an otherwise very desperate situation. I will 10/10 recommend Presidential Towing for as long as I have friends and colleagues with cars. Thank you so much.

Raymond is friendly and professional. The prices are the best in town. I needed a tire changed from one rim to another. The used tire place in town wanted to charge twice as much. Iam so glad I drove out of my way to check on Presidential prices. I was pleased with the service and went ahead and had 4 more done.
If you need a tow, call Ramon. He’ll do everything he can to make sure you have the best experience. He had to haul my Can Am Spyder 100 miles, after figuring out how to winch it. Did the job with patience, kindness, and professionalism. If I could give more stars, I would!
My transmission failed while towing a livestock trailer with animals in it. Showed up very quickly and helped me split the truck and trailer while i was waiting on a friend to come get the livestock trailer. Towed my truck home 80 miles for me, was very helpful and professional. Thanks!
Absolutely the very best, Ramon responded in a timely manner. The pricing was fair. I was broke down in a Walmart parking lot and Ramon demonstrated a high degree of professionalism. I would recommend him 100%
