I called AAA for a lockout on my boyfriend’s vehicle late at night yesterday and was so thankful to have been assigned Dylan who came to my rescue at the 1:30am and helped me in what was already a difficult time for my personally and even more difficult at that moment. Your employee made sure I was safe and went the extra mile to ensure that! As a lone 30 year old female, scared tired and alone I was thankful for his help and kindness! And him going above and beyond expectations. I will call anytime I need help in Highlands or Polk county and recommend this company highly!

After waiting for 4 hours at the parking lot arguing with the rental company, I really wished I had called Meyer’s sooner. They were efficient, timely and patient. Alexander provided an excellent service and was most of all very helpful and kind. Thanks for all the help!

Andrew winched my car out of a ditch after I moved over for a police car. Response time through AAA was really fast, and he was absolutely fantastic. Best of all, it was late night on a Sunday! I'll definitely tell people to use Meyer's!

I give it to Andrew never have I called AAA and within 7 minutes I got a tow truck arrived to me he called within 2 minutes introducing himself letting me know his arrival time and he was awesome. Is Myers towing is triple AAA go-to they will definitely get better ratings. Myers towing did there thing @11 pm.

They did the towing for my car tonight. AAA used them and they did a great job at keeping me updated on the drivers eta. The driver was nice and diligent. Did n’t see anything that would cause me any concern.If anything I think the whole process went smoothly.

Great customer service, my car was stuck after hydroplaning, after triple A let me know that Meyer’s Towing were the ones who were towing me I called and John picked up the phone and did a great job at letting me know that I can go home and the driver will call me. The driver, Andrew, was exceptional, he towed the car from the correct points and got it wedged out from the sand. No damage to my car caused by him. He was kind and friendly and got my car unstuck after 5 minutes and even helped remove some barbed wire from the bottom of the car that got stuck. Great customer service and Andrew is top notch!

Joe was so awesome. Had to drive in traffic 66 miles to St. Pete, let me visit n be with my friends n just was cool with that while he hooked me up. His arrival time best n fastest I have ever had. So polite kind and just pleasant and 100 %professional. Made my horrible broke down 70 + miles and from home a wonderful and just great service . Just when I needed it most. 5 stars not enough.

Excellent timely service. Thanks to Dennis who helped me after my road service from Allstate Insurance failed me waiting over two hours for a response with a commitment 3 yours later. Definitely will call Meyers again if need help.

I had need to contact Meyers Towing for my Car. It was, unfortunately a Friday. As it happens, it was a over 3 hr wait. I was with my soon to be 90 yrs old mother . However, when our towing person showed up he was very professional, very courteous and kind. I understand it is not always easy dealing with the public, especially when you are the one arriving to assist someone in a frustrating situation. I give them a 4 rating, only due to the wait time but realize being a Friday, how could it be helped. My hats off to Dustin who I believe help make our bad day, end on a good note.

We had them come and tow our car to the our dealership today. They were dispatched through AAA. He did a great job and was very kind and professional! The dispatch worker on the phone was friendly and helpful when it came to my questions. Would definitely recommend this company!

Had a great experience with Meyers towing today. Darren did an excellent job getting my truck out of the driveway (no steering) and getting it hooked up and on his truck. Courteous, professional and arrived when he said he would. Great job. Thank you so much!

John was great!!! John was very helpful!!! However the first driver they sent out parked in front of my house, never called, never even left his vehicle to see if it was the right place and then left!!! The dispatcher was also quite rude and said that the driver told her that he called 3 times which he never did!!! I used them through AAA and honestly unless it's John that you get I would NEVER EVER use this place again!!!!

Both the dispatcher and the man who towed my car were fantastic - very helpful after AAA messed up my request. I was especially impressed with the man who did the towing. It was 6:30 at night and had been a long day for me (and him I’m sure) yet he was still friendly and professional, and made things very easy for me!

Terrible experience. Tow driver rude. Driver refused to pick up that exactly where a different tow truck driver(1st driver was very nice) had dropped it. 2nd driver lied to AAA dispatch telling them our pick up was stuck in cow pasture. AAA did an awesome job of dispatching Broadway Towing who was there, hooked up and on their way all within 30 minutes. Would never recommend Meyers, but highly recommend Broadway Towing.

So a little over 6 months ago I had two separate car issues. Both situations needed to take my vehicle from Kissimmee to Tampa. I cannot express enough how well I was treated by Rickey Todd. I told him a long time ago that I would leave a review because of how great of a service he gave my girlfriend and I. Sorry for the late review but his service never left my mind. In a time of need he could have easily said he couldn't drive us in his truck. However, he embraced us into his truck in the middle of the night. He was a great conversationalist, kept us laughing, very respectful, and helped us get our broken down car back home. I cannot express enough of how great he made us feel. Rickey Todd set the standard of exemplary service he provided us. If I am ever in need of towing services again, he'll be the first one I reach out to. Thank again from the bottom of my heart Rickey Todd, and thank you Meyer's Towing for hiring this great man. God Bless

We had a great experience with Benny tonight. My car stalled on I4 near Haines City and had to be towed back to our home in Brandon. Benny came out and was there within 15 minutes of starting his shift for the night. Benny was extremely professional, polite, and extremely helpful. We really appreciated his help getting our car home. 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend!

Your service was incredible. I was stuck on the Polk parkway with flat tire and traffic was whizzing past at 70÷mph... so nerve wracking! Alex showed up, changed the tire in the rain, advised me of the cautions I should take while driving on the spare tire and finished within 1/2 hr from AAAs dispatch. He was so caring & professional. You've got a gem in that employee and so a special thanks to him and AAA for a great experience! Kudos to all of you ❤?

Joe, who I believe is an independent sub-contractor with Meyers, went WAY above and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent service. My son's vehicle wouldn't shift from park. AAA was given this information as we knew that would affect the towing capability. In spite of not being given this info by AAA, Joe still put forth the extra effort to tow the SUV right away vs. returning to get the proper type tow truck, which would have made his job easier. I hope Meyers' knows what a valuable asset he is!!! Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable-told us exactly what was wrong, so we knew what part to have our Service Center order.

Brian is a true asset to Meyers Towing and to the Towing industry! I myself drove a wrecker for 6 years (damage free) and was on the rotation list for 5 law enforcement agencies, as well as AAA, Good Sam's, Cross Country and many other 'clubs'. My truck fell frame deep in an old disused septic tank. Brian quickly assessed the situation and the best way to pull it out, without causing ANY further damage. His positioning of the rollback and where he hooked up the snatch block, cable and chain to the frame of my truck was flawless!! Most people don't realize that physics come into play when it comes to vehicle recoveries. Because every recovery is different it can't be taught. A man either has it or he doesn't and Brian is one of the few that can easily handle situations that are beyond the normal tow! Anybody can be taught how to perform the usual 'hook and go' but Brian showed me that he CAN handle ANY situation put in front of him!! It may sound strange but we both actually had a pretty good time before, during and after the recovery process! Brian made me feel as though an old friend came to help me out of a really bad situation and I can't thank him, or Meyers Towing enough!

Our driver Joey Ledbetter was awesome! He drove a very long distance to drop our truck off and was so accommodating and friendly! I give him a 5 star rating and would recommend to anyone! Best towing experience I've ever had.

Richard woods helped me out so much. Not only did he at super professional but he answered all types of questions I had about my vehicle. Myers has been great but Richard definitely is a great guy. Hopefully if I have to use them I will get him again.

Can't say anything but good things about this company.I was broke down over a 100 miles from home. Richard Woods was the driver to come get me. Right when he arrived his awesome attitude got me out of the funk of having my car break down. We went through the worst traffic Orlando has to offer and he was still in a great mood when he got me home. I can't thank him enough. If your ever in the unfortunate scenario of needing to be towed this is the company to call, and I would definitely ask for him.

My tow guy Richard Woods was spectacular! He arrived ahead of schedule and was hilarious! He was quick and had me out of the parking lot within 10 minutes. I would recommend this company and Richard to anyone seeking a tow! Thanks Richard!

AAA called them at 8am, I received call from Meyers at 8:05am and Gilbert was at my house by 8:40 in Bartow. Gilbert towed our car , it was at WinterHaven shop by 9 am. Thank you for your fast efficient service. I also received a follow up call after delivery from office to make sure everything went smoothly. Awesome response and service.

Over the last fifteen years, any time I call triple A it goes through Myers or Joyce. I have had great service with Myers. Seem to have a knack for finding good people. They always call and say exactly what their eta is, clarify directions. Great for swapping out a tire, charging a battery or taking car to the shop. Glad they are around.

Super fast and friendly! After my fuel pump went out (in the middle of 98!) AAA quoted me 1 hour wait time. Tim called and was at my location in less than 20 minutes- coming from Auburndale! He was so kind, and my new rescued Great Dane loved the ride back home. Thank you so much for getting us home safe :)

Richard just got us home safe! Excellent customer sevice, and we've never seen a better parking job ! Excellent care of our super old little cabrio! He even offered us Gatorade and he was doing all the hard work! Thanks Richard! Five stars for Myers towing. Thank u.
