I live in CO. If I could get service there like I got from Johnnys yesterday I would be really happy! My truck pulls a 42' fifth wheel. I need it taken care of. Very professional and got me in on time!!! Keep up the great work! Thank you!!!

I came in having an issue with my Oil Cooler on my Dodge Charger. I am so glad I took my car here to get the work done and not the dealer. They even installed an upgraded aluminum oil cooler so that it wont happen again. The service was amazing, and they notify you every step of the way. The pricing was also fair and no added bs or lies. I will be taking my car here for now on for any issues I want fixed. Thank you for your kind service Rebecca.

Professional, Courteous, and human. Not only explained everything, sent corroborating pictures, and walked us through each step, they helped us with a loaner so my wife could have safe transport to work. The BEST mechanic I have worked with since leaving small town USA, and moving to central FL. We will use them for all future mechanic services! Check them out! Mike at Johnny's in Lake Wales was great! We had issues getting in from Western NY for a short stay. He fit us in and got it done in time for our return trip. Wish they were up in Western NY! I highly recommend them.

I had to have my vehicle towed to Johnny's, from even before it arrived on the property they where already going above and beyond to resolve the issue I had. The communication and explaining what needed to be done and what it would cost as they went about fixing the problem was amazing! They didn't overpriced or ovwr sell anything! I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Johnny's with what ever problems you may have!

These people are Godsent?Just Superior! These people are so genuine, caring and honest. I received the best quality oil change, low prices, and I left with a rose! And a smile on my face. They filled my heart with their kindness and generosity because I work with a young man with special needs and he loves this place!! I simply ask for a card with their business name on it and They went above & beyond to even give me a t-shirt for him! They made his birthday and Christmas and the beautiful Day to remember.

Called Johnny’s Automotive to have my A/C serviced since it was blowing hot air. They were able to schedule an appointment the following afternoon. The following day, my car was ready and the A/C was blowing cold; however, since all of the coolant had leaked out, it is assumed there is a leak somewhere in the system. They added dye and told me to come back after about a week so they could check the system again and hopefully locate the leak, free of charge. I will follow up with that. Great service and personable personnel. Very happy to have a new location in Frostproof. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The waiting room (Lake Wales) was immaculate with snacks and water. A gorgeous red rose on the dash when my car was ready to be picked up was a really nice touch! Thank you!

First time here for an oil change and I was treated like a VIP! Easy online appointment, warm welcome, genuinely nice staff, great location, and they even left flowers on my dashboard! So thoughtful!! I'll definitely be back. Thank you so much!!

A life-long local resident recommended this specific shop for my vehicle as I just moved to Lake Wales Not familiar yet with providers of auto repair services. Towed my 20 yr old SUV here and was diagnosed a new Starter to get vehicle running and cured. Their courtesy shuttle took me home and picked me up before noon the next day. They found the new part and was installed within 24 hours! Five Stars experience I received So grateful.

How disappointing, quoted 12,000 in repairs for a jeep, after charging 99 dollars for a diagnostic. Thank God for auto solutions that charges only 80 dollars for diagnostics and figured out what was actually wrong with the vehicle instead of trying to scam innocent people. 700 dollars to fix the actual root of the issue and the jeep is running beautifully. Don’t waste your time folks check out auto solutions.

I cannot say enough about the service of Johnnys Automotive in Lake Wales. I was traveling through to go to Tampa for a meeting when my car broke down. I literally could not drive it and barely got it into a parking spot. AAA recommended them and I'm so glad they did. I ended up renting a car to get to my meeting and then back home again which is 2 hours from Lake Wales. They gave me a written estimate that was fair, honest and explained everything to me. They did their very best to get me back onto my car as fast as possible! (The car was not cooperating). Returned a part that was not of their standard and required a new one. All the while keeping me up to date and making sure they gave my car back to me in the a condition they would want their only family driving in. Knowing I had a stressful week and had to drive back to get the car to drive back home and they went absolutely out of their way to out a smile on my face when I got back in the car! (I'm not telling what it was, as it may ruin it for others......it made me so happy I almost cried). If you are deciding who to use or where to have your car towed......do not go anywhere else but here! Thank you guys so much, your professionalism and empathy was beyond words! Dawn W

The business and the crew is absolutely incredible. I got a regular update updates as needed without having to hunt somebody down or wait on the phone. It took me right in. Talked about problems. Impossible solutions wait out all the options and they were incredibly patient the entire way. They even went so far as the next morning to give me a call to make sure that the car was running to my standards This place has blown me out of the water and they’ve earned a customer for life

Johnny’s Automotive rescued us yesterday. Our car was acting up and we took it to our old mechanic Z they couldn’t get us in until next week. Not good ! My son has to use the car to go to work. We can’t be without our vehicle. So we called around and found Johnny’s. They got us in right away. After a short time they came in and gave us a diagnosis. They were very honest and straight forward. They didn’t make up anything extra that was wrong. The place was clean and smelled amazing! They offered complimentary drinks and snacks while we waited. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Greg (Service Advisor), Mike (Manager) and our Mechanic! Truly 5 star service! We have a new auto shop now!

After an accident that totaled her vehicle, I bought a used car in Indiana and delivered it to my daughter who goes to school in Lake Wales, Florida. I had some issues on the way I had them inspected. They found several things that needed to be corrected immediately, including brakes and transmission fluid and a new alternator. He showed me everything they were going to replace via pictures. Repairs were done in a day. They even stayed over to make sure the repairs were done to my satisfaction. I told him it was for my daughter. Had to treat the car like their daughters were driving it. They told me we will take care of her. That's what I needed to hear. Being from out of town, I didn't know who to trust. The Google reviews were great for Johnny's. I was not disappointed. I highly recommend these guys. This was for the Lake Wales location.

I am not sure I can thank you all enough. With my car stalling several times into our second day on the road , we were nervous about getting my car fixed. We had a couple more days on our girls road trip. The moment we walked in we were treated with kindness. After the diagnosis they went into how to get my car fixed and back to me. They were so kind to take us to The Bok Tower and pick us up. All was fixed and we were on our way. The car was brought around with the air conditioning on and as we entered the car we saw a most beautiful surprise. Not one but two gorgeous roses! Which we enjoyed for days. Thank you for making a stressful beginning into a grateful situation.

Amazing service! Love the environment, the complimentary snacks and beverages, Flat screen and comfy seats! The employee's were friendly and helpful. They also even tell you what they did and give you a copy. I'll be returning again soon and I'm happy there nearby as well. They also told me the exact price before the work and it's what was paid! Thank you! They also took care of me quick and with good timing. Love it!
