i asked them to come pick up my vehicle and set up a time. they never showed up ,an hour passed by and i messaged them, they said they were close by so i said ok … fast forward a hour a half no one shows up. i contacted the number and told them i was not interested anymore. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME
Don’t do it they lie ! I called to get a quote and was told $450 I explained and asked a few times if that was a definite price that would not change . The lady from the office Camilla told me no several times that the quote would not change . Sure enough when they got here I was told $300 because the original catalytic converter was removed and a new one put on. She went on to explain she had looked up my vehicle and it was in a wreck and that some mechanic must have removed it . I never heard of anything like this . I feel she should’ve told me before they came to get my vehicle I really needed the money, I should’ve told her no . They do this to people who don’t know about cars , rip them off to get their money . I’m very upset I don’t feel that was right . I would never tell anyone else to use this service they lied and only gave me $300 for a suv! Never use them again!
Called and was told my chrysler 200 Limited edition, with alloy rims and echo boost surround sound speakers would sell for $500. They lied, when came time to pick up the car, they only paid $425. I do not recommend Junk Cars Buys!

me ofreció $500 ,le explique los detalles y la condicion del vehículo y me subió a $550 la Orferta vía teléfono cerramos trato le dije que si ! Hicimos la cita y llegaron con la grúa por el vehículo! Y ahí me cambiaron el negocio ofreciéndome $350 por el vehículo! Te hacen perder el tiempo! Y no tienen palabra … y después te dicen que el sistema estima el vehículo en menos … eso no te lo dicen por teléfono .. para para que cuando lleguen con la grúa te veas obligado a negociar o perder el tiempo…
