After an afternoon filled with unexpected events, Safeway Towing made everything great. When I called the office, the owner answered, and she took the time to listen to me and ensure I was okay. I had been waiting for Alpine Towing for the past two hours with no progress, but Safeway came to my rescue. John, the driver, was excellent. He made sure I was safe, drove me and my car to the BMW dealer, and even parked the car inside. His reassuring words were, 'Don't worry, I've got you, brother.' This company truly made my day yesterday. Thanks to John and the entire team at Safeway Towing.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this group. I needed my car towed from the basement of a tight narrow garage that proved to be a difficult job. Jonathan was so great through the process, trying several things, but above all was patient and cautious. I’m glad AAA couldn’t do the job and I was able to find a company that I’d call again and would highly recommend.
I was so happy that they were able to help me with a difficult towing job. They are fast, reliable, priced fairly and great communication and patience.
So this is a bit of a different review and this is from the "Receiver" of the car vs the customer who requested the tow. A good friend needed a starter and her car was stuck 45 minutes south. Elier was great, he was able to get to the car faster than the owner of the car and pulled it out of a tough parking space by himself.
Elier delivered the car quickly and impressed me with not only his professionalism but his ability to back the car up between two cars, heck he was better at backing up a car on a wrecker than I am at driving a car.

My car had an issue with the battery and I needed to get it towed to a mechanic. The car was parked at the 6th floor of a parking garage in my building in Downtown. The garage is pretty tight with very narrow parking spaces and 90-degree turns so I was worried a bit. But little did I know how professional guys from SafeWay Towing are! They somehow were able to hook up my car and get it out with no issues at all. Fantastic job!

I was completely impressed with the great service I received from Safeway Towing in Miami Beach yesterday. After wasting hours with AAA on Monday and getting no where with them or two other towing companies, I found Safeway and they had my car towed to the shop in less time than it took to get a call back from AAA the day before. I paid easily via Zelle and had my receipt via email immediately. Best service I have ever seen from a towing company.

Great, friendly service. Safeway towing will be my go-to from now on if I am ever in need. I will also recommend them to friends and family who ask me who to call for a tow. My car is lowered and they have ramps to ease it onto the flatbed without damaging the front lip. Also they correctly use tie downs around the tires instead of chains through/around the rim spokes. After dropping off my car they sent me a photo of it safe and sound. On top of it all the pricing is reasonable. Can’t ask for better a better tow service.
In the city where customer service is on life support, this company really stands out in providing sincere, honest, and responsive customer service. I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend to anyone who needs a towing company.
Allow me to preface this review by saying that before finding Safeway Towing, we had four other tow trucks come to tow my 1994 Mazda Miata, and all of them told me that they could not tow my vehicle since it was "too low to the ground." Safeway Towing finally came to the rescue and got the job done quickly, carefully, and professionally. I felt like the car was being taken care of as if it were their own. Trust me, they will not let you down. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs a tow in the future, and I highly recommend it to you (especially if you have a specialty/exotic vehicle!)
Excelente service, I had to tow a corvette low ride vehicle and a previous tow company was not able to tow it they actually damaged the bottom of the vehicle. Then I read the reviews on Safeway towing and saw they were very positive and gave them a call. I was not disappointed they did a great job they were very informative on time and had no issues towing the corvette.
I needed my son’s car towed to a mechanic so I began to search on google for different companies. I called about 12 different places where they were either charging astronomical fees or just very rude over the phone. If they’re rude to you that way over a conversation, I can only imagine how they would treat the vehicle. Long and behold Safeway towing saved my day! I clicked on their business link and contacted them through yelp and the response was immediate! They gave me the best price and stayed in touch with me through the entire service! Felt like a VIP! Elier was the person that handled this until the end and they deserve these 5 stars for the stellar customer service and pricing!
