Needed to check the battery and replace it. Staff was kind and efficient. They switched out the battery and I was on my way in no time. In 3 years when I need a new battery, I'll come back here.
Bring back the self checkout. Waiting in line for 15 minutes just to purchase something while the clerk is helping someone with car issues is stupid on autozones part. I want to stress that I don't have any IDs with the employees or the job they are doing.
Just stopped in the store because I realized my brake lights were out yesterday. I don’t know the first thing about cars and the store manager Tina went above and beyond with assisting me with this issue. She showed me exactly what I needed to buy, and even educated me on what I needed to do to replace them. Being nice and personable goes along way in my book… thank you TINA!!
Absolute horrible customer service. Go anywhere else. Asked andy the parts manager to take my VIN to look up a part and he refused and wanted only make model and year and said it’s too much to look up a vin. When that is the only way to correctly look up parts. I was a parts manager for 4 years. This is the correct way to look up parts and not get the wrong parts. Pure laziness and unwilling to help people
Luke Kidd was so very helpful this morning! I came in to AutoZone off Walsingham in Largo, and noted I needed a new battery. He was eager to help me locate which battery I needed, as well as helped me to install it. While he was installing the new battery, he advised that I should probably get new terminals and showed me why he was making that suggestion. I appreciate that he took the time to educate me on his recommendation and explain how new terminals would be beneficial. He was very kind during my entire experience at AutoZone and I feel that he needs to be recognized for his great customer service! Thank you again Luke!! Vance helped us determine that battery wasn’t holding a good charge. At first came up good then retesting showed that it was going down. He also looked at alternator and that was fine. So we had to get new battery. Vance was very helpful and stayed to put install our battery before leaving for the day. Thank you.
Battery is in the Trunk and with no charge the trunk would not open, Vance crawled through the back seat to get to the trunk release and then proceeded to replace the Battery and I was on my way with a smile.
Very helpful staff. The young man that helped me replaced my windshield wiper blades and found products that I needed on the computer to save me time. I buy all my car batteries there because they install them for free.
I have nothing but amazing things to say about Vance. He truly went above and beyond helping my sister with her battery troubles and was extremely patient and kind. 10/10 best customer service I have ever experienced.

Vance is the nicest! My grandmother is 88 years old and had a hard time getting hubcaps for her car but Vance here at your AutoZone store was super helpful and she said he was the nicest kid she's ever met. She wanted to pay him for helping her but he refused her money, she just wants to make sure he got a good review because she really adored him and appreciated his friendly customer service and positive attitude. She said all the other guys there were also nice. Thank you for having patience and being kind to my grandmother, we need more people like you in this world right now!

Erik is one of the best employees you can have at autozone he deserves compensation for what he does. he was the sweetest and helped out my sister when she had a burnt light on her car he took care of us with such kindness and very informative!
Great location. Not busy. A nice young man named Jeremy assisted me with finding the right bulb and installed it for me. You do, however, have to ask for help installing, as it isn’t outright offered. So overcome your fear of talking to strangers, ask these guys to help you, and they will.
Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They are female friendly and also offer military discounts. The store is clean with ample parking and a well-lit parking lot. Rather than only offering high end products, they also have economy and mid-range options to accommodate every budget.
