Just had a transmission service done recently. The customer service was absolutely amazing and it was done very quickly and promptly.

I had a 2016 Hyundai Elantra transmission rebuilt and I’m very happy about the service I received here. Very nice staff and got the job done! This is the best old school transmission place around!!

They were very kind and helpful to my mother in law in getting the car fixed. She said they were a great business and reasonably priced.

I cannot say enough about having a serious transmission problem and needing a quality level HONEST transmission specialty shop. They rebuilt my 2022 Toyota Tundra. These guys went out of their way to help my daughter when her transmission went out. As a single mom of two teenage daughters, her income is generally spoken for with not much extra for emergencies such as this. They did everything in their power to make sure she received quality work at an affordable price as well as assuring her car was repaired and returned to her quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate their attention to detail, not just for the car, but for my daughter’s circumstances.

Alltech went to bat for me and worked with the warrenty company to get my payments made and make sure I get my car back! Honest folk, needed some bands adjusted on the side of my transmission. They were extremely reasonable compared to everybody in the area. It was a minimal amount of work and they got it done quickly on the same day and were just awesome. So thanks guys!

I am Chilove, I did not write the prior post!!! I never agreed to have my picture taken, and I did not write this review or use this email, the garage impersonated me. Please be very careful with this business. They gave me an incorrect diagnosis, claiming my transmission was bad and needed to be replaced. Based on their recommendation, I took out a $3,000 loan from their finance company + $3025 from my saving account to cover the cost. That’s a lot for a single dad. After the work was completed, the car wouldn’t drive over 40 mph. I brought it back, and they told me, “Sorry, the issue wasn’t the transmission after all…. It’s actually cylinders 2 and 8 that need replacement.” Now they are asking me to pay an additional over $2,600. I’ve already lost so much money and still can’t drive my car. The right and fair approach would be to reimburse me for the unnecessary transmission work. This has been extremely disappointing, with no regard for the financial damage they’ve caused. Not having a car has completely disrupted my life.

Brought my Dodge 2006 Dakota & had a very pleasant experience. Everybody was explained transparently. I feel they are over the top honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

My name is Juan if you are planning on going to all tech transmission repairs you need to read this so you don't get ripped off by Kelly slater and Marc Levine I called alltech transmission on May 30 because I had issues with my transmission I spoke with Kelly she offered me to rebuild my transmission for 1,395 dollars for a complete overhaul of the transmission and the torque converter it would include parts and labor and I would get 1 year warranty on it I thought that was a fair price so I took my van overthere while I was there I asked Kelly about the warranty and the parts and labor and if the price was 1,395 for complete job she assured me that was t the price Kelly asked me to sign the work order so they could work on it i asked Kelly for a copy of the work order that's I signed she said i would get it after they did the test on the transmission so I left my van because I needed it to be fixed that was a bad mistake trusting Kelly Slater that she was honest the next day May 31 Kelly calls me and tells me to put me ahead of the line I would have to pay in advance the 1,395 to put me in front of everyone so I gave in and I said ok she said she needed the money that same day I told her I would go over and pay it she asked me if I was going to pay with cash or a credit card i told her i was going to pay with my credit card she said her credit card machine was not working if i had cash i said yes i had cash that i would go over as soon as I get a ride Kelly said don't worry i will send Marc over to pick up the money i asked Kelly to send me a copy of the work order so i could have it for my records what Kelly did was she sent me a piece of paper printed on the computer that was dated june 31 2023 there isn't 31 days in June I asked Marc about the receipt were was my original copy that I signed he said that receipt was good as the original I asked him to signed it for me he said he didn't have a pen I told him not to leave because I was going to go get a pen he signed it i don't know if that is his real signature that was the worst mistake I did trusting them I thought everything was good until i get a call from Marc the next day on June 1 which is my birthday that he needed another 2,800 additional to fix the transmission I told Marc I already paid for the transmission work already how are you adding another 2,800 more I told Marc you're ripping me off and i hung up now they have my work van and under duress i had to give in and told him to fix it but i wasn't happy about the bait and switch they had done on June 5 i went to pick up my van Kelly asked me to pay for it before i even test it i told her no i needed to test it me and Marc went for a test drive the transmission was not working properly so I told Marc don't you feel it it's not working properly Marc said it was all in my head i know a little bit about mechanic and i knew it wasn't working properly Marc said i had to brake it in 400 miles before it would work properly that if I accelerated it that it was going to brake beside that he said I had a year warranty not to worry that same day I paid alltech transmission and took my van to advanced automotive technology so they could test it Steve owner and head mechanic at Advanced automotive technology took it for a test drive and told me that it wasn't working properly that the transmission was starting of in second gear as you accelerated it it would drop down to first gear then it would slide into overdrive they needed to pull the transmission out I told them to do whatever they needed to do to fix my van Steve sent my Van to Low Cost Transmission were Sac tested the van and found out that it was working properly so they took it apart after they took it apart Sac found out that they had put part's with broken teeth on the sprockets Marc put all broken parts and they put the EPC was not installed properly I had to pay and additional 2,349 dollars to Advanced automotive technology to get it fixed properly and I got a three year warranty or 100,000 miles and I got a real work order receipt look at the pictures

Brought my BMW 330Ci for transmission fluid change DONT GO TO THIS PLACE I NEVER WROTE ANYTHING ABOUT THE SERVICE HERE THE OWNERS WIFE TOOK MY AND ADDED HER OWN WORDS TO THERE WEB SITE TRYED TO TELL MY TRANSMISSION WAS NO GOOD TRYED TO ME THEY FOUND A SCREW IN MY OIL PAN ALL KINDS OF METAL SHAVINGS ON THE PAN MAGNETS well the screw was from removing the filter there was only sludge that there mechanic removed TRYED to get me to get a credit card so they could put in a new transmission so long story is they recondition my old oil filter (wiped it off and painted it ) added new fluid and two days later I got my car back over $300 NOT HONIST PEOPLE ( RUN)

Excellent Transmission Shop. They had to rebuild it and i am thrilled. The Service is personable & the owners ARE Extrodinary People. I got stuck down here in Clearwater from a trip fromWyoming. And I just had my 2007 Dodge 3500 rebuilt back in Sheridan Wyoming less than 3000 miles ago. Now I am at alltech Auto / transmission repair here in Largo Florida because the torque converter bolts that we're installed during the rebuild in Wyoming came loose and were rattling like broken marbles. Stressful beyond measure because I drive my truck cross country pulling a 48-foot flatbed trailer, I'm also in the position where I have to reload tomorrow to head back to California and Washington State. Immediately the receptionist, Nico here at alltech transmissions immediately let me know that I will be taking care of in a timely manner and to stop worrying and they will get the job done. Well... After dropping my truck off at 5 p.m., my truck was ready and raring to go at 11 a.m. the next day. I love that she is a New Yorker. Great people and I am really amazed how quickly they got me back on the road. Literally less than 24 hours. They also had a full shop of transmission rebuilds and put me ahead of everyone. Also Marco helped me get a refund from shop in Wyoming. Thanks Alltech, you all are awesome.
