I highly recommend this Batteries + location and make sure you asked for Austin and Rich! World class service!!

I am handicapped and am in PT. My knees are bone-on-bone so I can do things sitting, but in a lot of pain to walk very far even with a walker or to stand. Todd has been and continues to be a tremendous help in taking care of my battery needs so that I can remain in my car. Such as car, phones and other devices’ battery needs. His help lets me be independent rather than having to bring someone with me. Thank you Todd!

I went to the store with a battery that had 6 months left on the warranty, they put a load on the battery to test it. When the results determined the battery was bad they honored the warranty, I walked out with a new battery. Zipity Doo. Perfect!

I'd considered taking my Iphone XR to have the cracked screen replaced to the Apple store in Tampa (an hour away, $259 for an Apple screen, plus the wait). No. Then visited an UBreakIFix store a little closer. Also no. 3 days to repair at the discounted price of $169. More research - found that Batteries Plus is a sanction Apple repair shop, called for an appointment and was in and out with a terrific, efficient repair performed by Dustin less than an hour after I'd arrived. Outstanding customer service, discounted for making an appointment (vs. walk in), and another discount extended for a screen protector. All in, 10 minutes away, in less than an hour - $117. Sold! (Screen I chose was not the official Apple $259 screen, but see no difference.) Will continue doing business here! (Update - 2 days later, I thought the screen had failed because I noticed what felt like a crack along an edge. Called Dustin. Took it in and right away defective screen saver was culprit, not the screen. Dustin replaced immediately with a new screen - no charge!) I highly recommend Dustin and this shop!

Yesterday my iPhone screen broke and i wasn’t able to do anything on my it, I brought it here and Austin really took the time and effort to get my screen fixed same day. He was so friendly and incredibly helpful, my phone was saved and the screen looks great. I highly recommend them for phone repairs!

They were awesome…they repaired the battery in our new door mat and walked me out to my car 👍

I ordered online and received a great deal. I picked up my order at the store which was quick and easy.

I went in asking to have my key fob programmed, 4 weeks post total hip replacement, I waited and waited for an elderly woman to remember her password. Two employees present, 4 in line, 1 clerk. When I finally got to the clerk, he then told me the other clerk had to do that. Went back to tell him but he told the clerk he was in bathroom. I waited about 10+ minutes more, and then left. Not going back

Ian was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this business, with extra musician.

Every time I’ve found myself in BatteriesPlus, I’m greeted with such enthusiastic courtesy…. Getting our batteries switched out and taken away for our golf cart was no different. Dustin was super professional, respectful and beyond quick. Great staff. Great company. I’ll obviously be back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience at Batteries Plus in Largo! I submitted a phone repair claim through T-Mobile/Assurant, and Dustin was my technician for my iPhone 14 screen repair. He was kind, courteous, and professional, and the entire repair only took a couple of hours. My phone looks brand new again! I truly appreciate the great service and highly recommend Batteries Plus and Dustin for any phone repairs or assistance.

I am never disappointed in this business and today was no exception. Austin provided great service with a friendly demeaner.

For a specific battery I went to 12 different locations and they had it!!!! Huge shout out to Ian as well. He even talked me into doing my windshield wipers installed them for free!!! Amazing customer service! Also extremely quick thinking Ian had a medical emergency and Dustin snapped right into action. Through everything Dustin was still taking customers and handling everything so professionally. 10000% will be coming back. Austin and Rich are the best.... I had an issue with my key fob. I called the store first, told him my problem. Rich told me to get down to Batteries Plus. I would say no more than 5 minutes after arriving Austin fixed my key fob, just like that. Problem solved. Thank you so much Guys..

I broke my phone screen and they had it fixed quickly, despite heavy foot traffic in their store. Repair was less than $35 after tax, thanks to the phone insurance. Very nice, knowledgeable employees, who notified me of sales but weren't pushy. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be back the next time I break my phone.

Had battery replaced, Samsung A425G cell phone, took 3+hrs. Less than 2 Mos later phone started bootlooping. Can't transfer data to new phone. Took phone back thinking they could replace battery and it would be fine. Waited 4 hrs, went to pick up and they had done nothing..took to UBreakI Fix, they fix a lot from this Batteries Plus store!

I was helped by Ian, he was very helpful. Lifetime warranty on both of my key battery replacement, and he sent me home with a discount for bothe of them. I was treated well here. I recommend batteries plus.

My key fob stopped working. I was near a Batteries plus in Largo and Ian took excellent care of me. Replaced the key fob battery in minutes. He went out to my car to make sure it worked. I was in and out in minutes. Highly recommend. Thank you Ian!

Special shout out to Austin and Rich who helped me out yesterday! My truck wouldn’t start in the parking lot, and they helped me check the battery, and the starter. Thankfully we were able to start my truck without calling AAA. They were very kind and helpful. You don’t come across costumer service like this often. I appreciate their assistance & will definitely be back for battery help in the future. Thanks, guys!!!

Seminole Batteries Plus is beyond excellent! Rich was my sales associate and he has a way of making me feel so welcome and appreciated as his customer. Rich offered & brought a chair from the front door up to the desk about 35 feet which was greatly appreciated since I use a cane! Excellent, efficient and thoughtful and he even found me a discount coupon for my wipers! He offered and checked out my wipers and wiper fluid. I will definitely be back and recommend that store. Dusty, the manager certainly has well trained his employees!!!

5/5 Stars for Dustin! I came in to purchase a new battery for my car key fob as well as have my iPhone fixed. Dustin was very knowledgeable, hopeful kind, and greeted me with a smile. His service was super speedy. I was in and out of that store within five minutes. he is such a great asset to Batteries Plus!

#ScarlettSuggests … visit batteries plus for more than just batteries! Did you know they sell windshield wipers for your car and keys? I came in today to get a battery for some film equipment… It was a strange size and they helped me right away. Shout out to Daniel for helping me today
