Walking to the store to look for a special tool a young kid there was really nice tried to help me even tried look up the tool come to find out the only place in Tampa I still give him credit for trying to help me keep up the good work

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! Came here to get a new battery for my car, not knowing that it was under warranty, and they told me that it was under warranty and gave me a replacement for free. Most other places would jump at the opportunity to sell me another battery at full price.

Went in for a quart of oil...ended up needing 3 because I neglected my car...but the guy came out and did it for me, answered a few questions. It's those little things that go a long way and are appreciated!

So I spent 350$ on a remanufactured throttle body for my car, after three months of use the throttle body went inactive, no communication to the ECU. When I call to redeem my warranty somebody on the phone told me “we have no history of purchase” so here I am going back with my bank statement to prove I spent the money and I need a new replacement part. Fast forward a week, the throttle body goes in active again. And when I show up to the auto parts store I am told “I am going to have to figure something else out” “there’s got to be something else wrong with your car “ like the part being inactive and or unresponsive is my problem… I already spent the money ! And his rebuttal was “you can just return the part, we can’t do anything else for you” David you are not into diagnostics Don’t try to tell me what’s wrong with my car. Your job is to find my parts in your store. This is unacceptable. And a little bit frustrating. The parts come with a limited warranty for a year, obviously I’m happy my money was returned, but by default. I didn’t get the option for another part, just an argument in store ensued. With David saying “nobody spoke to you like that in this store, you must’ve called a different store” don’t insult my intelligence David. And my reply was “I’m not about to argue with you about this right now, I’m not here for an argument” To sum this all up, you won’t catch me buying parts from an oreilly’s again, not the best experience. There is a gentleman named Dave that works her and he’s absolutely atrocious & needs customer service training ASAP. Went in to pick up two items (which were not behind the counter) & located them fairly quickly & proceeded to the cash register. I’m standing at the checkout with my payment in hand and Dave decided to help two other folks that came in after I did and who needed things behind the counter that required extra assistance. At this point I walk out & head to Advance Auto Parts to buy the two items I needed. I’ll never set foot in an Orileys again, bravo Dave 🤙

Stopped in to get a turn signal bulb and Jamie came out to the car to make sure which one needed to be replaced. Checked the connections,all of them were working so he offered to return the bulbs. We decided to keep them but we're thankful for his explanation and patience.

Thankful for this location, Great stock on items as well as great customer service, have to give a shout out to Gary who even came out to help us check and make sure our brake lights were working after we replaced the bulbs! Having several vehicles on the road makes businesses like this essential to us and we couldn’t be more thankful for you guys! Appreciate you 🙏

I needed a new grease gun and found many stores had none. This store had a choice of three different models, two with lifetime warranties! My purchase had a manufacturer's machining defect. The manager pulled a new unit from stock and immediately handed it over. When using the new gun, it was hard to release from the zerk fitting. I took a close look at the coupler that was supposed to be adjustable and realized it was not. I picked this unit because the box clearly stated it had this feature. Back to the store to figure this issue out. Once gain the manager apologized for the unit and replaced the coupler with the proper adjuster unit. It seems that the PT Performance tool Company is having manufacturing problems but this store and manager understands customer service. This store is my first and only stop for parts and tools.

Came in for a new battery and install - while associate looked up car on the computer another associate came up behind and pointed out a “Difficult to install” warning on computer. Proceeded to tell me they could sell but not install. I explained the battery is in the trunk hence the “difficult” tag, but easily accessible, not complicated and has been done at a similar store before. Still not willing to help so I thanked them because maybe I was wrong - went down two minutes to Autozone and same thing came up on computer about install being difficult…except this time the associate came out with me to take a look and said “not difficult at all, maybe ten minutes if not less, no problem.” Sure enough, Autozone employee took out the old one and put the new one in no time. Moral of the experience is that employees at this location do not want to work or help you in any way. Doing their job is inconvenient. Best to just stick with Autozone.

More bang for your buck. As a guy who likes to see exactly where my money is going. I spent way less buying the exact same part from O'Reilly than I would've buying from the other guys. Even with buying the tools to perform the task at hand. And I didn't for a second feel like I was paying for a lesser quality brand.

Last night first time in store. By far best service hv had in many years. Highly skilled technicians and quick and troubleshooting my car problems exactly correct too. Honest about if I needed an alternator ..even checked battery and fluids. Yes battery was not working properly! Needed fluid too. Helped me from being stranded on the road. I am a senior and so glad I can go here and they will habdle everything perfectly. Best hours open late. I will recommend to everyone. Kw

guy named Jimmy I think he's the Manager there was awesome very knowledgeable I will be coming back the guy to treated us like we would just part of the family got everything for the right price it's a good place to even send you a wife they won't send it out with the wrong thing greatly appreciate the customers service and the attention to the customer. Honestly surprised I'm writing this. I loved going here because of the awesome people who worked there. They're always helpful. I went in tonight and bought $100 worth of parts. My service was at drawer 3 at 7:26 pm on 10/24/18. I told the guy my car and instead of just getting the parts, he thought it would be cute to insult my car. Instead of just getting the parts, and taking my money he now makes me want to return the items tomorrow morning and buy them at AutoZone. Same exact price and awesome service there as well.

Had the guy run the computer on my car since my check engine light was on. He had me call a place and get a quote. That place tried to rob me blind, but luckily I'm smart and know a little about cars. Besides his awful recommendation, I'm happy with the service I received! :)
