I contacted Klaus Body Shop to address some minor paint and body alignment issues on my vehicle. I was informed that I would need to bring the car in for an in-person evaluation before they could provide an estimate. Although I live in St. Petersburg, I didn’t mind making the drive to Largo to get the ball rolling.
When I arrived, I was greeted by the receptionist, who handled the estimate. She walked around the vehicle, took several photos, and explained that they would review the images and follow up with a quote. If I had known the appointment would consist solely of photos being taken for later review, I likely could have saved the hour-long round trip by sending pictures electronically. I understand wanting to see the vehicle in person - especially if a technician were assessing it - but that didn’t appear to be the case here.
It has now been a week without any estimate or follow-up communication.
I can’t speak to the quality of their repair work since I didn’t get that far in the process. I can only comment on the lack of communication and disappointing experience.
Klaus does exceptional auto body repair. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and are excellent at communicating keeping you in the know throughout the repair process. Again, absolutely beautiful work! Highly recommended.
WOW ! What a fantastic job they did on my 2024 Acura MDX Aspec which had a ver deep scratch on it . Not only was it done perfectly it was done within a couple of days and they even cleaned the inside of the vehicle which was a nice surprise the prices and dedication that they offered me were exceptional and I would recommend anybody to bring their vehicles here
Klaus Body Shop in Largo, FL is absolutely top-tier. After my car was T-boned, I truly didn’t think it would ever look the same but you cannot tell it was ever in an accident. The quality of work and attention to detail are phenomenal.
Janet and the team kept me informed throughout the entire process and took the time to explain everything clearly. What meant the most to me was their honesty and focus on safety! they even caught that my tires needed to be replaced, something I was unaware of.

I had to get my bumper, paint and wheel fixed after someone hit my car. They did an awesome job, worked with my insurance, my car looks great and they even cleaned it for me!
Their prices are most competitive, if not the very best pricing. And their employees know their stuff! I dropped my vehicle off Monday AM, and had it back close of the day on Wed! Excellent turn around time! This is the second vehicle I took to Klaus. And I am very satisfied w/their work!! Extremely skilled and knowledgeable! I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere but here! And the customer service was excellent, pleasant and knowledgeable!! They also went way above my expectations!! I highly recommend!! Thank you again Klaus!!!
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received after my Tesla was involved in a bad crash. Nico, Yanet, and the entire team went above and beyond from start to finish. They were professional, communicative, and treated my car with such care and attention to detail. From the onset of repairs, the staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and informative. I was regularly given updates on the progress of the work being done and when technicians would be finished. When I picked up my Tacoma, it looked new. Absolutely phenomenal work and customer service. I would highly recommend Klaus Auto.
I want To Thank Nick And Janet For Providing great services and went out of their way to fix my mirrors they provide great customer service and gets the job well done I highly recommend this place and will be coming here from now on to get and bodily damage from my vehicle worked on .
All staff was very knowledgeable, and receptive of my concerns with my vehicle. Repairs were made in a very quick timeframe. The shop extended my rental coverage, and even addressed a separate repair with my vehicle. Left happy, and I will be returning back for any future automotive needs.

This is one of the best workshops I've known. I'm super happy with the work they did to me. It was the best service they've given me and attention is super wonderful since I arrived. They attended me with the best. They gave me coffee, grapes, snack. It was an excellent service and I recommend them to everyone. It's a great workshop ..... I don't know how there are people who say the opposite of that workshop because they have excellent service but there are people who have a bad day and then when they go to do a job they treat the workers very badly, and then they go for a service they can't go like that with their bad day, because it's an excellent workshop and very good service and fast that they give
The staff here have absolutely no respect for your time. Walked in and no one said hello but there were two workers just talking to each other behind the desk. Completely ignored for almost 10 minutes even after saying hello twice! I was supposed to have a rental truck and when I dropped my truck off there was no rental and they just did not care. Absolutely horrible service. Would never recommend this place to anyone that wants to be treated with some sense of urgency, respect or just common courtesy.

They helped me a lot, I didn't know what to do to solve the problem of removing the sill on my car, so I called Anet.
We agreed on a time, I arrived and very friendly staff helped me in minutes!

Did a great job on a small repair on my van's rear door.
They also went beyond expectations in helping me with an issue with the side sliding door that was not opening properly due to a safety catch from the fuel door being broken.
I would definitely recommend their services.
Sianna was able to quickly give me an estimate. I arranged to drop off the car at my convenience. Work was done in a day and a half and at the estimated price. The repair was flawless, and I’m glad I brought the car to Klaus Body Shop for repair.
I brought my car in for repairs, and unfortunately, the work was done incorrectly, leaving my vehicle in an unsafe condition. I had to take it to another shop to fix the mistakes and ensure it was safe to drive. Very disappointed with the service and the lack of attention to detail.
Update (February 2025): I just had another experience with Klaus Body Shop, and they continue to be absolutely incredible! The team remains as friendly, courteous, and professional as ever. Sienna, in particular, went above and beyond—truly exceptional service!

(2022) I rarely feel inspired to write reviews, but the service and customer care that I received at klaus Auto Body Shop, was extremely far above, and beyond excellent. This was my first experience with them, and they now have a new, loyal, and lifetime customer. I can't say enough good, to even come close to how happy and satisfied I am with Klaus Auto Body Shop. Although when we went to pick it up. We noticed the slight difference in the paint color and they promptly took it back in the shop and corrected it. The girl in the office(I didn't get her name) was very nice and friendly.

I had the worst experience at this body shop. They kept my car for three months, only to have it scratched and missing parts. They attempted to fix the damage but failed miserably. On top of that, they installed the wrong bumper parts, which I only found out after moving to a different body shop. Twice, they gave me my car in an unsafe condition to drive. The staff seemed unskilled and unprofessional throughout the entire process. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!
Klaus Body Shop did a great job on painting and installing a replacement part for my car at a reasonable price. Office staff was very friendly and Sianna was very helpful & knowledgeable.
I absolutely loved this body shop!!! Everything they did was perfect. Friendly people, getting my car fixed was fast and inexpensive, less than other body shops I’ve been to in the past. I would love to give them 10 stars. I will pass the good word to everyone to have their body work done here!
Needing a body shop in three months it’s not fun… but if you do going to this establishment is your best bet. I was originally referred to there by an insurance company, and I took my car back two times because they are nothing but professional, courteous and do great work. The entire staff is really fantastic and the work they do is phenomenal. I could not recommend this place more and I really hope I don’t have to go back to a body shop soon, but If I do for any reason, it will be there. Sienna was my contact person and she really knocked it out of the park. A manger (probably an owner) even worked with me on pricing for an out-of-pocket repair. My wife had a horrible experience with the major collision company when she was in a minor accident and my experience was completely different here. Truly wonderful people, oh and did I mention every time they got my car done within a day except when I was T-boned, which only took a few extra days. If I could give six stars, I would.
I brought my van here after being hit by a drunk driver. The service was fast, the vehicle looks fantastic and they even did a complete detailing which was a very unexpected bonus. The van was finished at 6:30 on a Friday evening and they stayed open late so I could get it and not have to wait until Monday. I am thrilled with the service Klaus provided and will absolutely return for any future needs.
I brought my wife’s 2016 Ford Escape.The vehicle was hit on front driver side fender, and door, the door would not open properly.I called Klaus Body Shop, took it in for an estimate, they made the repairs with in three Business days. Exceptional Customer Service, Exceptional vehicle repair, back to factory standards. The car was detailed inside and out, which I did not expect at all. I strongly recommend Klaus Body Shop. Can't tell you how disappointed we are with this last paint job done at Klaus. We always had excellent work done there. This time we get the truck back with overspray all over the windows and inside the cab. Not sure if they've had a change in personal or what but time to find a new body shop for us.
