Wow! The team at this Autozone is incredible. The manager helped me purchase and install a new battery in just minutes. After a stressful morning, it’s great to know I have an Autozone with an expert team that can I rely on for all my auto part needs.

I had the best experience at Autozone - I went in for help with some car issues and, being completely unfamiliar with cars, I needed an idea of what was going on before having it serviced. A gentleman named Joseph Martin assisted me, and he was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. Not only did he provide excellent customer service, but I was also impressed by his leadership skills. He was able to guide and support his coworkers without causing any delays in helping me. He also got my car fixed up and working great, which I really appreciated. As a woman, I often feel hesitant about car repairs due to the stigma of being taken advantage of, but Mr. Martin made me feel completely comfortable and respected. He made me feel like I had someone trustworthy on my side. Because of the exceptional service I received, Autozone will always be my first stop for anything car related.
I recently visited this location and received top-notch service from Stephen and Joe. After testing my battery, Stephen efficiently installed a new one, getting me back on the road in just 20 minutes. Hughes went above and beyond to help me in multiple ways this morning. I first purchased the wrong size steering wheel cover. When I went back inside to return it, he came to the isle with the covers, showed me the different sizes, then came outside to help me install the cover. I was SURE it wouldn’t fit, but he didn’t give up. With his strength and perseverance, he got the cover on, then made sure the exchange was done properly, as the first cover was more expensive then the first. You have a REALLY AMAZING MAN working for you guys!!! He made my day!!!
I was traveling on the East Coast, visiting from Fort Myers. I had an issue with my car where it wouldn’t start. I suspected that it was my battery so I brought it to the closest Autozone. Rey C really took great care of me. He greeting me when I walked in carrying my battery. He quickly checked the battery which had zero charge. He provided a replacement battery and let me know it was under warranty. I was in the store for probably 5 minutes total. Rey is the type of employee that keeps me coming back. Thank you Rey

Joseph Martin is a leader in knowledge and custoner service. He helped me find the right wipers and made feel confident about my purchase. He went above and beyond and even though this store is a little but further from house, I will definitely come back to this store just because he is there.
We stopped in to get some oil, we came in just before closing time and when we couldn't find what we were looking for Michael stepped in and helped us out. He found the oil, took our phone # to check the system for our account and saved us 20 bucks because we had a coupon! Thank you for your amazing service Michael!!! U could have let us leave since we came in so late but you went above and beyond. We appreciate you and the friendly service!!! ?????
Efficient & speedy customer service by Andrew (?) Sales Manager/Rep, a knowledgeable mechanic in my time of crisis. He was patient & informative, assisting me with my reoccurring car battery problem, & still was willing to come out to the parking lot to test my battery within minutes of closing which I very much appreciated.

Joseph M was outstanding. He checked my power steering fluid & added what I needed. When I first arrived at store 6348 my car was hot. Joe burned his hand a bit. That did not deter him. I waited for the car to cool & he then added the needed fluid. Please give this man a raise. He is helpful, courteous, & professional.
Daniel, was amazingly helpful this morning.
He knew the best windshield wipers I needed for my car, and the liquid to repel water from my windshield when the rainy season came.

Justin at Store 6348 was very helpful and knowledgeable during my visit as well as another young man who’s name I didn’t get. They were both working the front & acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. Justin took excellent care of my needs. I was there 2 days prior and given the wrong part Justin was determined that I left satisfied & with the correct part. I will definitely be back to that store as long as those 2 young men are employed there. Thank you again fella’s and I hope they will be considered for management!
This is the first time my shopping from any auto parts went so well and smoothly I went to this autozone Wes & Richard made my shopping so great with no headache at all. They make impossible become easy possible. Thanks guys keep up the good work in there.
Wes was amazing!!! I called to ask about if they did check engine light and he said yes!!! I went in the store and we meet me with is mask on and did everything make sure me and him were safe. Destiny was so helpful this afternoon. She asked immediately how could she help me. I told her I needed a battery. She should and explain the difference in the warranties. She even offered to install it for me. It was not an easy installation because of the compartment it was under but she did it. Amazing customer service.
Wes was great! I needed a battery in my car and he really helped me out. I called the store and they told me they would do a battery test when I got there. Without delay Wes confirmed that I did need a battery and within 15 minutes the battery was replaced and I was on my way. Thanks again!

Joe and Destiny were beyond professional, personable and helpful when I went in today to replace my car antennae. They even went so far as to come outside and offer assistance. I have not encountered such friendly service like that in a long, long time! Kudos to your team
