A+++ I needed a D4/5 replacement rechargeable battery x3. Mark kindly disconnected the leads and soldiered them on the new batteries. Old tool now works great. Charges fine! Thx Mark!!!! Great service!!

Worst batteries ever… bought a jetski battery that wouldn’t start my jetski .. came back they claim there is nothing wrong with their battery… got a brand new battery from auto zone and sure enough my jetski started.. filed a complaint with corporate to this day still no response… do not buy batteries from this place.. this place deserves 0 stars i am stuck with a battery that doesn’t work

Wow, what a great experience. Needed a new car battery and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Eddy was awesome...very professional and friendly ! Needed another battery for our other car. Jill installed it in a timely manner and couldn't have been more helpful or friendly ! Definitely a couple of great experiences at this location.

The big box stores did not have what I needed and I had no time for a mailing. Batteries Plus did and by picking it up myself, I also scored a discount. It was ready for me when I arrived. Simple and easy and very much appreciated.

Great experience replacing my Subaru key fob. The fob was 1/3 the cost of the dealership; 1/4 the cost of the dealership’s installation. They had the proper equipment and installed is quickly. Thanks to Jill for arranging it and Ryan for the installation.

Came in seven minutes before close (which I normally don't do) but was in desperate need of a battery for my Honda key fob. The young man behind the counter tells me that the store is closed and registers are no longer open. If that was the case then the doors should have been locked. He was very rude and dismissive. I work retail also, and would never turn away a paying customer before our listed closing time. I live and work in Delray Beach and will never step food in this location again!!! UPDATE: I'm happy that you responded but that literally does nothing to rectify my inconvenience!!! Train your staff to do better.

I brought my phone in because it had stopped charging, and he went above and beyond to diagnose the issue. He determined that my phone needed a new charge port and even offered me a discount on the repair. I truly appreciate his kindness and expertise. Last year a purchased a battery for my watch and paid extra for lifetime replacement. A few weeks ago my watch stopped working so I went in for a new battery. They replaced it and the next day it stopped working. So a few days later I went to the location in Lake Worth because I was in the area and they looked at watch and said the battery was fine but maybe it just needed to be cleaned. So I went to the International jewelers Exchange and the jeweler checked and said the battery was very weak and there was also corrosion from the battery. He had to replace the battery and clean the corrosion and said batteries should never be placed over corrosion. So the lifetime deal that at Batteties Plus is definitely a SCAM!

Bought 6 golf cart batteries (over a thousand bucks). 10 months later, one terminal on 1 of the batteries has melted off making it unusable to me. This store would not honor the 1 year warranty for the 1 battery which I brought into the store, because it still had a charge. Give me a break

Needed a battery for my car remote key fab. I went in they replaced the battery for me for free. They told me I had purchased a lifetime free replacement battery for $ 21 about 3 years ago so there was no charge. Plus it's good at any batteries plus store. Honestly friendly folks. You gotta love it.

I purchased the lifetime replacement for my watch battery. They could not be more courteous about replacing it and it has been several years that I have had it. Also they are always eager to assist in answering any questions I may have about other products even when they know I am not purchasing at that time.

Visited today 8-20-24. Excellent personalized service.Staff made it simple to select the right batteries for my flashlights They took their time with me. Explai ed the difference in battery voltage. Could not have found a more fully stocked store with amamzing staff. I will be back and i highly recommend Batteries Plus, to my friends all people in this area.

Had my charging port and battery changed and purchased a new case for my phone that protects phone much better than regular case. Total $139. Cost of new IPhone $500. Service was fast, friendly and professional. They fixed my phone in about 30 minutes while I waited. If you’re having phone issues, DEFINITELY go here, before you waste a lot of money on a new phone !

Batteries Plus is an excellent retailer. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were able to replace two car key fob batteries in minutes. I have also bought other batteries at this store and had a great experience. It is so rare to experience good customer service these days. Service was very quick, and extremely helpful and friendly. I ordered a replacement battery online for in-store pickup. It was ready right away. When it turned out my unit needed 2 batteries, the staffer got me the right one immediately, and then took care of replacing the new batteries in the old pack. Prices were great, also! It's taken me almost as long to write this as it took me in the store - he was that efficient!
