In November, I made initial contact, and Maddie was prompt at texting back. She gave me Mike's phone number, one of the managers. I called him and briefly spoke with him; he said he would call me back. He did not. I reached out again to Maddie the next day and she said Mike would call. This time he did call and we spoke about my vehicle. He asked what I was looking for $$ for my vehicle. Then, he said he would need to do more research and call me back the next day. He wanted to save me a trip if he could not get to the $$. He never called or texted the next day. Finally, I reached back out to both Maddie and Mike and neither responded. These actions certainly demonstrate they are unreliable and that, additionally, Mike was too scared or uncertain to actually put a number on my vehicle because of limited data on my specific model/trim. Sometimes you have to put a number on it and go from there. It is also unprofessional for a business person to say they will call back and not do that. There are plenty of other places whereby you can sell your vehicle. I would not do business with them in the future and suggest you look elsewhere.
