I would like to give a special thank you to the store manager Hezekiah. He was very helpful with changing my vehicle battery and made a great recommendation for my new battery. Hezekiah was kind and pleasent as he changed my battery, making sure it was the right size. Thanks Hezekiah you're the best and you did it all while keeping a ? smile on your face. This location is fantastic, with the cost of repairs so high that we have to fix our cars ourselves. They run an electrical check on the vehicle, tell you what is wrong, and supply you with the parts. I can't say enough good things about how many times they have helped me. Thank You!

What a fantastic Autostore with great staff! I called to make sure my online order wasn’t canceled (they were nice enough to hold it longer for me). When I went to pick up my order, they price-matched my wiper blades. John is a customer associate superstar - he found my blades and put them on in under 5 minutes while being courteous and knowledgeable. His co-worker who worked the register was very nice too. I’m never going to the stupid big box again and come here for top notch customer service and great prices!

Hezekia was very helpful. I needed a boost and instead of selling me booster cables he offered a loaner. I borrowed a self contained battery with booster cables so I didn’t need to attach to another car. Really nice guy too. I bought windshield washer fluid.

I purchased a battery from this location about a year ago. The battery kept giving me issues for about three months straight , and it was causing me to constantly have to keep paying upwards of $75-$150 for jumps. I kept bringing my car to this location to have them check the battery with those little machine machines that they use, but on the machine the battery kept checking out as good. On one visit they told me that my starter was going bad. so I purchased a new starter, but yet The battery kept dying. I kept coming over and over again. They kept telling me the same thing that my battery was good and that it could possibly be something else , I never believed them because I had my car checked out by three different mechanics and they all confirmed that it was more than likely the battery. I drove the vehicle down to Fort Lauderdale. Left the car running for about five minutes. when I came back to the car the battery had completely died out again. I had to call for a jump and it cost me another $60 this time. After I received the jump. I took it right away to the Advanced auto location close to where the car stopped and the location there actually took the battery out and checked it. They told me right away that the battery was bad because it was on the verge of exploding. The entire outside of the battery was swollen due to the heat. So they finally gave me a new battery after several months of coming to this location and getting the run around. So had this location did the same thing they would have discovered the same problem but they kept using those scanners that clearly don’t work and are very inaccurate. This is a Huge Problem Considering that they won’t change the battery out unless the battery comes back bad on the scanner. The worker at Fort Lauderdale told me that as soon as I told them that the battery kept needing a jumped, they should’ve just given me a new battery anyway , but this location refused right along with the other location on federal going towards Boynton Beach. This new set of guys that they have working here are very irresponsible and lazy. My guess is that they probably didn’t want to change the battery because it was so hot outside. So you would rather inconvenience a customer and let them keep breaking down in the heat with small kids in the car, instead of giving them a new battery or just taking the battery out and checking it to find out what was wrong with it. I’m also going to be calling the corporate office as well.

I recently stopped into this store because a battery from my car needed a charge. Jordan assisted me. He was very helpful and went the extra yard to help me. He told me we needed to leave the battery for 24 hours and that he would make sure it was charged properly. I also needed a special nut for the bracket for the battery and he helped me locate one in the store. Appreciated the help by Jordan and making it easier for me.

Omg the manager at the Delray Beach federal highway store is SO Helpful and knowledgeable!! I pulled in need help with fluids for my car and he was able to look up my car model get me the correct fluids and he WENT one step further and even helped with where to put the fluids. I haven’t seen this kind of customer service since the 1980’s I had to pinch myself. He is a RARE breed in today’s world that’s for sure Advance auto parts is LUCKY to have such an employee who is so dedicated to the business and customer!!!

Stopped by to get some mineral spirits aka paint thinner the other day. ANDRE instantly knew what i was referring to and helped me locate immediately. I love it when i go to a store and there is a brilliant employee who knows and understands their product database, who is happy and friendly and professional, and who excels at customer service … ANDRE is that employee at this location. George behind the desk who knows nothing I needed a tail light bulb for my 2014 Camaro just a bulb. He had to get the manager Ian. Ian asked me the year in my car and I told him 2014. George wanted to argue and said I said a 2000 twice. I said why would I say that that's not the year of my car? I should know my car and he got nothing but rude. And I said maybe I should call and complain about you. And like everybody else now a days. He said I don't care go ahead. Terrible store

Had issues with the new windshield wipers I purchased. The manager Ian was kind enough to come out and determine what the issue was. He went over and above to help me which allowed me to drive off safely. Kind, helpful, problem solver. Thanks!

We purchased a battery from here 3 months ago with a warranty and the battery died. We jumped the car and brought it here and explain the situation, but instead of honoring the warranty, they told us that there was nothing that they could do, they were not willing to replace the battery, and our alternator was probably broken too. So I took the car to my usual mechanic instead and he figured out in like 2 seconds that the pin that activates break light was broken, So it kept the lights on and caused the battery to die. Definitely will never be coming back here, these employees definitely do not know Anything about cars or customer service.

Like most of the advanced auto parts locations this store also does a good job! They pretty much know quickly off the top of their heads if they have what you need. This saves plenty of time when you just need one thing quickly to finish a project your working on. Their website, we've all been there... It's faster to just run up to your local store. If you need batteries for car or truck, visit this location. Service and install is great. Tips not required, but tip them anyway... Recommended

I was recently in the store replacing a dead battery in my car and I got great help from the Manager JC. After I got a replacement he then took the time to make sure my alternator and electrical components weren't part of my issue as well.

I work at a advanced a couple exits north and the manager Ian provides no customer service. He would rather follow the rules than to help the customer. I wanted to return an item since I live in the area and was returning a brand new in box sealed and all item. I had my card on hand but wanted to use another to return the item since I paid my credit card and would have money I couldn’t use back on my credit card for statement credit. I’d rather have it on my debit to use. Nonetheless I explained that and said I paid for it showed him the name on the receipt and my identification and he still persisted about the rules. Told him In the company who I’ve worked under in the past in the store and who currently runs it. He was ridiculously uncooperative. All to save himself the effort of giving me MY money. My condolences to whoever steps foot into that store.

The manager Ian was very condescending and I will never shop at this or any other advance auto parts store ever again. I would also like to mention in my 33 years on this earth I have never felt the need to write a negative review until now.

Super customer service today; specifically from Vincent, who was the most patient human ever with me!! Vincent was extremely helpful and kind when I walked in, frazzled and stressed out from a dead battery in the rain at 5pm, right when I was leaving work! Hero!

I called to see if they can replace my battery. They confirmed that it's in stock and the price, and told me to come in and they will be happy to change it. I got there within an hour, and I was told, sorry, we don't have anyone to do that right now. Thanks for nothing!

I usually go to the one in Boca but I went here for a change. If im being completely honest I don't think I want to come back. I asked where a product was located in the store and the guy I asked with the pot leaf tattoo on his arm literally had no clue what I was talking about. Even though he works there. The girl that worked there helped me out but she had kind of an aittitude the whole time. She wasn't necessarily rude she just was acting like she hated both her life and her job. I just never feel comfortable shopping at places where the employees look so angry or upset all the time. It isn't the worst place if you want to just stop by and grab something quickly. But my first impression wasn't the best. Hopefully they lighten up a little bit or get more positive, motivated staff. This staff looks like they have zero motivation.
