Excellent service!! I called the manager while coming to the store, and he confirmed availability of parts we needed and was very informative regarding ifnthose were the correct parts. Prices were nice too!!
when I called earlier, I got someone who answered " hello " which confused me at first, I almost thought I had the wrong number. I then asked if this was Oreilly auto parts and was hung up on. I checked again the number on the listing for the store to make sure it was the right number, and it was. I called back again and the parts person that picked up that time was slurring his words so bad I had to again ask if it was Oreilly auto parts which then I got a "yea". I then supplied a part number I pulled myself before calling to get availability for the part and was told they show the part, but they can't order it. I asked why they couldn't order it, and they said they just couldn't. I went to the Oreilly's website and chatted with someone on there who said there should be no issues ordering it. working a parts desk isn't rocket science and putting a little tone and respect into your voice isn't either.
Staff was very professional & helped remove battery posts/screws that did not come with new battery. Also referred to local hardware for obtaining tools not available at their store.
Poor customer service, no one helps or assists you, they are all standing there talking and you arrive and they don't assist you, they are the perpetual attention at least in the Congress Ave store
We had an electrical problem from the day that we purchased our Camper Van.
We were told that the auxiliary battery was dead and were told that we needed a new Solenoid. We replaced both and the problem went away for a short time and then reappeared.
We went back to O’Reilly in Delray to have the battery checked as we purchased it there.
We had been to multiple auto parts stores and the batteries and Solenoids were tested.
We were at our whits end.
Jorge tested our battery said it was good and then tested our alternator. He said it was going. He knew our mechanic and told us to check with him.
Our mechanic agreed. We purchased a new alternator from Jorge, our mechanic installed it and our electrical issues are solved.

Saw online the battery I needed was in stock at a different shop close by so I went to the auto bone and they said out of stock even though it’s online listed as in stock . They suggest there lake worth location 10 miles away had it. So then I called oreilly they said we have it stock and can install it no extra charge now . Drove right over . Nice girl and guy running the shop pleasant and friendly. Battery installed in under 10 minutes. I’m going to use them for my future car needs . Battery came with 100% replacement if it dies before 36 months. Other shop was 24 months
Their published hours say they're open until 9pm, but I just went there at 8:30 and it's closed, lights out, no one around. I'm not sure what time they really closed. FYI.

I needed a new accessory battery for my EV. I got the best price at O'Reilly. They installed the battery and ensured I didn't loose any settings while the battery was being changed. The installer was very professional. The whole process went very smoothly and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
I can HONESTLY say, the people working here are outstanding. Most places ALWAYS steer you towards the most pricey items When I go , I intentionally act naive , to see the real kind of people i am dealing with. They PASSED WITH 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I cant thank you all enough. I did the same at a competitors store, they FAILED ..... HORRIBLY. One bad experience, any where, can cause a consumer NEVER TO RETURN. Had the odd part we needed to finish the job. Decent selection. The counter folks are good but Amanda is the best and knows the meaning of excellent customer service. She went out of her way to get my account pulled up from another store down the road which got a decent discount only because she made a call and was persistent. Ask for Amanda when you visit this store. Soon to be the Manager!

Got really excited to find out they had the part I need it in stock. Showed up to an immediate buzz kill finding out this place does not accept Apple Pay. Great friendly staff but Mr. O’Reilly I think it’s time for you to get Out of the primitive era And find a way to accept Apple Pay. May this review serve as notice that your POS is a POS.
