The worst customer service I have ever received, they gave me the wrong part, I took it to the mechanic shop to have it installed, it was the wrong part, I tried to return it but they did not want to receive it, I went with the best attitude to ask for the return and I received the worst deal they called me a liar even a scammer for trying to return the part they gave me, I left the part with them I don't need it thanks Napa guys.
This place is trash!!! They say they are closed on Sunday at this location……. Ok but you need to put a sign ONLINE!!! Not just on the door of the location!!!! What kind of idiots are running this place?!?!?!?!!
Went to NAPA today to get A/C hose and Summer (the counter person) was the best! With so many auto parts stores around and so many choices she made NAPA the best place to go!

To get any of your Automotive needs as far as parts or accessories via vehicles he went for a way to help me with my 1956 Mercury Montclair they had to special-order a part of me and guess what it came in the next day all the way from Miami and no extra charge this is the best place to go if you ever need help they'll check your battery and charging system I guess your starter Duvall sorts of oils greases wiper blades light bulbs you name it they carry for your car just tell him what year and model and make it is prices are extremely reasonable

excellent in helping me keep my business repairing and selling vehicles much easier.
And NAPA prices for business help my bottom line everytime !

Worst place ever I order a motor mount for a Mercedes c300 they ordering the wrong parts I return it and they do not want to get it back the manager was being so disrespectful I will never go back there
Really good place to go if you need anything to fix up your car. My fiancee was changing the breaks on our car and he got everything he needed from here. The breaks are more reliable than the ones you get in AutoZone.

Very helpful. Broke down near the store with a water pump failure. Called and they had the part I needed. I walked to the location. Bought my parts and they made sure I had everything I needed, even printed out a diagram of the serpentine belt to insure I put it on correctly. AND gave me a ride back to my truck. Friendly, helpful store
The guys that this auto parts store are very friendly very helpful and very knowledgeable in the park catalog they suggest or recommend the appropriate and if they don't have it in stock they will get it for you within a day or two
