I bought a used transmission on June 27th 2024 Had a mechanic put that transmission in it wouldn't go forth in drive making loud noise winding.Tried to get credit for it denied a refund. Honda he'll I wouldn't give my or any my friends to go there waste my time, yeah its like it says a recycle place junk parts
Great place. Very pleasant staff and know their cars. Helped me solve some issues I had that were caused by prev owner. Found things wrong nobody else saw. Had the parts, I installed them and now its problems pretty much fixed. Thanks.
Needed a K20 starter.... he sold me one ended up being an older generation starter I would have had to rig a connector... luckily I called back and he had another K20 starter from a newer generation he swapped it out no questions asked! the second starter looked brand new like if it were off a newer car but both starters worked when bench tested so I know he doesnt sell junk and will back up his sales!
The employees seem like they dont like what they are doing. There is poor CUSTOMER SERVICE. The prices on the parts are fair with a 30 day warranty. But employees need to take their jobs serious and with a possitive attitude.
Bought a engine from them and lasted 2 week It had a head gasket issue

i dont know why theres so many bad reviews if you want some oem parts for the low this is the place to go i purchased some hasport mount for half the price and a radiator fan and all works perfect! dany is the man to talk too! i recommend this pace to all honda enthusiast!
This place is a joke. Bought a 97 integra from there, told me everything was perfect with the car, that they already checked everything. Come to find out on the drive home, axles are shot. Called the next day (thursday) and said they will replace it on the house and will be ready monday. Couldnt make it monday but went tuesday and the car wasnt even touched. When i tried speaking to the people there, they were insanely rude and basically told me to go somewhere else.
Horrible customer service. I had called ahead for a piece they told me they had it, when I pulled up no one would help me for 30 mins they were to worried about the car they were trying to fix. Once I was able to get someone the part I needed was no longer there. I wasted my time for nothing.
They told me they had a genuine used honda distributor for a b16 motor. they wanted $120 because it was in very good conditions but they also had more. I told him I had a two hour drive so he said $100. I said that I was going to give him $120 but I wanted to make sure it was a "used genuine distributor". I drive out there 2hrs and when they show me the part they said in my face it was genuine. I said that there was supposed to be a td-44u stamped by the factory. I showed them the stamp on the distributor that they showed me and showed them it was from China. Then they said that they didnt have it. I almost fell for it. They wanted $100-$120 for a used distrubutor made in China when I could get the same one brand new for $40-$60 in ebay. I lost a day of work plus gas for nothing. I will never buy from them again. I feel sorry for those who fall for it. My recomendation is don't buy unless you are very experienced in parts. I should of read the reviews first. These guys are sharks.
BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not buy from these people, they will lie to your face and sell you garbage saying it's good then when you tell them something is wrong they yell and accuse you of doing it and refuse to give you the money back. DO NOT BUY FROM HONDA HEAVEN!

BEWARE.. My son bought a motor from here, they gave him a warranty that they will not stand by, the motor is garbage. Next call is to WFTV News 9 to have them investigated. Seems this happens quite often from the place. More like Honda Hell then Honda Heaven.
I purchased a motor from this company last week and the motor was damaged, made a phone to them this morning for them to tell me i broke the motor. Spark plugs were all rusted. All the intake valves were stuck. I was told I had 15 days if anything was wrong, I could get a new one or my money back. They denied even saying that today on the phone. When doing business with the public you should stand behind your warranty. I will not recommend this place to anyone. What's even worse is I manage a bodyshop and would have referred a lot of people your way. You need to make this right!
I don't normally write reviews on here, but I feel compelled to do so after the spectacular service I received today. I was helped by a Latino young man name Jesus, and he lived up to his namesake. I am a highschool teacher, but today I was the student. Jesus and two of his coworkers not only located the part I needed and explained how it interacted with other parts on my 2005 Honda, but also installed it on the spot to verify that it actually fixed my problem...all while refusing to accept any money for their help. There are still good people left in the world and you will find a few of them at Honda Heaven.
