I used to come here for free and the guy tried to hustle me for an entrance fee. They also can’t give a straight answer on what cars they have in the yard. Just go to the bigger yards.
With so many negative reviews I thought I'd share my (mostly) positive experience. Both the owner and employee were friendly. Asked me what I was looking for, the employee showed me where multiple cars were in the yard.
One negative was most of the cars were so close together I couldn't access the parts I was looking for, and the one I could access had "do not touch" on it.
I did end up finding some other parts I wanted and paid a fair price for them.
I would definitely come back.
Please don’t ever go there with any other parts in your bag. I went there to make sure I had the right one this time. I bought one from another junkyard and it wasn’t right so I tried to match it up. They told me that any part that comes in, can’t leave out, the high price is $32 for a window. Switch is crazy long story short they kept both of my window switches and I had to pay three dollars to get in. They won’t answer the phone the junkyard the worst worst junkyard I’ve ever been to.
Wanted to take bc a ride to boneyard which is about an hour ride but due to most of the reviews seeming to be negative. I chose to use their website to avoid not getting all the info I’d need or not getting there within time due to closing stories read, which the belief would be to make it easier save them time asking BUT your website is very DRY with basic info which isn’t enough to go off of... even simply verifying a part or price no info. Let alone throughout the day to make a call no one answers box has been intentionally left full for over 2 yrs now! Ricky since you seem to be the one helping everyone see if you can give a word to whose operating their page. With everything being unorganized I just rode to LKQ to get er done...
Went here awhile ago and it was later than hours listed on door and they still weren't open PLUS you can never get ahold of them on the phone, voice-mail each time
Never come to this establishment these people are not professional and don't know how to run a business. They don't care about the customer or making any money here.. they refuse to let you buy parts this place is basically a Junk Yard Dealership not a U Pull & Fix. BEWARE the Puerto Rican guy in the front office!!
This is an excellent place to find used automotive parts for many cars brand names. You have to to dismantle the part by yourself, and the prices are reasonable and affordable. They open 6 days a week abd closed on Sundays only.
That's a horrible UI website design, why can't simply put list of car models that you can search by and see if there are certain models before coming it.
I'm not a "car guy" and the gentlemen who work there were very helpful and professional. I had a great experience. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Not recommended Over priced and parts not that good. I would rather go to different junk yard. and buy the way they will charge you entrance fee on the way out, and they do not tell you there in entry fee when you get in. AVOID
Ricky is good people. Nice guy, extremely fair pricing and great selection of scrap cars. Will always go here 1st if I need anything in the future. Highly recommend this place!
According to Google, this place closed at 5 pm. It was a 20 minute drive to get to this location. I arrived with 30 minutes to spare, and a guy came out and said in spanish... "Were closed, we're closed... Come back tomorrow". Unfortunately, i can't come back tomorrow, and probably never will. Whatever happened to the good ol' days where you knew a place would be open simply on the fact that that they had good business ethics?
Waste of a junkyard! Says it closes at 5... came a 4:20, door locked, no one answers phone, looked through the window and employee just sitting there staring at me... didn't get up, didnt say they were closed, norhing....just sat there...
please go out of business already so someone that really knows how to run a business can run it

They closed the place over an hour early. No sign out front saying why. You call no one answers. Don't waste your time here. Also this is not a legit U Pull & Pay. They listed it as a U Pull & Pay on google to trick people. When I called the corporate office they said they had only one location in Orlando. The real one is on Jet Stream Dr.
The guy at the front was friendly. The car was nowhere near where he said it was. Really unsafe. They have cars stacked on top of one another. Not organised at all.
Pulling up I didn't have high hopes for this place, but at 30 minutes closer than the You Pull & Pay down by the airport, it was worth a shot. The man behind the counter was very friendly, and we didn't have too much trouble finding the vehicle we needed. At checkout there was another man, equally helpful, and as a pleasant surprise, my parts cost about half of what they would have at the other yard.
All in all this place is worth a shot, although their inventory isn't huge, they seem to have a little bit of everything, and the price is definitely right.
